Great selection and organized. The problem is at the counter . more than once the cashier will examine your items and decide the price is wrong and snatch that item away. Explain it’s mispriced. And refuse to sell it at all at any price They tell you come back in a few days when someone can put another much higher price on it. is this legal ?

No refund or Exchange on electronics and overpriced on free stuff.This is a thrift store which receives free items from individuals and donators will get a receipt paper for tax reductions. However if you are purchasing items there is a sign which says they do not give refunds or exchanges. I took up an item in the electronic area which uses batteries or car charger. However there is no way you can test. There is a rule where electronic can be taken for 24hrs and return if it doesnt work. They say its miscellaneous so if it doesnt work when you get home your lost. The prices on items given for free you can check the photos below to see its ridiculous and understand my question why is it so expensive if its a thrift store.

Always a great selection. I love looking through the CD, movie and book selections. Always guaranteed to find a jewel or 2. Housewares are decent variety. Always a great inexpensive hour or two get away without breaking your pockets

This thrift shop has a wide variety of items, clothing, kitchen and dining items, toys, jewelry and accessories, paintings you name it. They have some unique items and they are very reasonable. Staff is friendly too. It would not hurt to browse around. You may be surprised at what you find.

I go here pretty regularly. It fulfills the desire to shop without breaking the bank. Its good for lamps, hanging pictures, and basic clothes. If you look closely you can find things in good condition and with tags still on. Theres often a sale too,so look for the sign near the register for info.Also, if you are looking for a suit set they have some Blazer-pant combos that are a great price if you have an interview but might not need a suit everyday. I got a set for 7 dollars, very lightly used.

The old person named Ron (customer) who stays in this store from morning till night ran the shopping cart over my daughter so that he could reach the other cart full of merchandises I told him to calm down and then he did that again with another customer who spoke up out loud *** STOP***, what a disgusting attitude, inappropriate behavior but it seems that the manager doesnt care, this place needs a lot of prayers! I will twice before coming to this store once again.

Ive been shopping here since they opened! The Owner and manager are very friendly and helpful. Everyone who works in here are friendly! They have a huge variety of clothing, toys, shoes, bric-a-brac and jewelry with a daily updating inventory. The store is clean, organized and well air-conditionate. I do recommend this store to all my friends and family. Thanks for being in our neighborhood.

Went a few yeara back and it was neat, organized, easy to find a size for a baby. Went this time, barely any baby clothes and what they did have wasnt in any kind of order. Just had a thrown on a rack randomly feeling. It was so neat and organized before, Im reall surprised

This was the old CVS location. This a large location. I noticed plugs so you can test appliances. A lot of glass and home items. You can definitely find something good.

Ok my review of this thrift store i went on a Wednesday. 50% off certain color tags for seniors so definate bargan for them. Blue an white for regular customers. i only had purple an green so no discount. i didnt really see any high end stuff just regular clothes an stuff no bargins. The place was small it reminded me of a small Salvation Army. They charge 10 cents each for huge plastic bags which i liked. i went to another thrift awile ago an they had no bags at all to put your purchases in. Will i come back? Probably not. Its too out of the way for me just to buy basic stuff. Was very disappointed.

The store was Junky,I am a Plus size and I do not like shopping here because you have to go through all sizes just to find Plus sizes.Deffinately not one of my favorite Thrift Stores

Almost every time Ive gone here theres been awesome clothes. This store also has furniture and houseware items, games, and DVDs/CDs. Theyre usually pretty stocked at all times and often run sales. In the era of COVID, I think (but Id call to double check) that theyre are still taking clothing donations. They might give a discount for donating. Once again though, Id call to be sure. 🤙🏻 Overall, theyve got great stuff; definitely worth checking out.

I spent two hours in there shopping and when I finally find two things or three things that I want I get to the front register and there’s a man sitting there who smelt like pure alcohol were speaking to me with no mask on because I didn’t speak back that was nonsense I came all the way to Jerzee thrift shop thing to walk into a store with your so called security guard smell like pure alcohol I will never ever nor will I recommend anyone who is in Thriftway Tagore Tilles Place there’s nothing there you may find one or two items it looks like they’ve been digging through everything everything is overcharged a horrible thrift store

Over-Priced JunkSo sad. When they first opened it was possible to fond some real treasures at reasonable prices. No more. Looking for a nice vase? You can browse an entire aisle full of 1-800-flowers cast offs for $5-7 that wouldnt fetch 50 cents at a garage sale. How about grungy bags of used socks. If you happen to find something nice, look for a price tag that matches eBay in its heyday. No thanks

I live in Baldwin but refuse to go back. If you are looking for anything fun and vintage the dealers that they let in the back get first dibs. I’ve seen a few local vintage buyers and sellers waltz right in with snacks and out with goods that never hit the floor. Boo!

Poorly maintained and organized. Inexpensive clothes but the setup of rows are too close to each so you bump into ppl every now and again. Also the registers are lined up fairly close with a row of clothes and the exiting door. Really annoying

This is a great thrift store. Terrific selection of shoes, clothes and handbags. I bought my girlfriend a Gucci bag for $100, that I almost bought at a store in the city for $480 (just don’t tell my girlfriend that.) It was also very clean which I liked.

I love thrift stores, always find something I like. This thrift store in particular is pretty good. Prices are great and reasonable and Ive never had an issue with any of the cashiers. The only negative I have is the size sorting of the shirts. Theyre all mixed up- Cant really ever find my size. Other than that it is a thrift store that I would return to that is local in my area.

Whats the point to visit this store if the dealers who stay standing by the door from morning till night grabbing every little thing from the carts not leaving anything to customers! The issue was addressed on several occasions but the owner seems not to care. I will never donate anything to this place again and I will tell all my friends and community about it! I love this store. The prices can’t be beat. Unfortunately too many people have already found it so the treasures get found quickly. It kills me that the clothes aren’t sorted by size so you have to waste a lot of time searching. Fixing that would be appreciated.

American Thrift baldwin is one of the best thrift stores i’ve ever been into. Staff is very knowledgeable & helpful. Not only is the selection out of this world, but the prices are incredible too! Highly recommend checking this place out.

Great place that has everything you could want.

Although it was a little tight and messy in there, I was able to find a pair of cute silver candleholders for $6. Perfect price in my eyes. The cashier signed me up for their rewards program [she didn’t actually ask if I wanted to join, just asked for my information and said I was registered] which lets you know their daily deals which is cool. There’s a different sale each day, [usually 50% off] and they even have senior day. This is a cute little shop to check out if you have time to browse around

I visited this place on Wednesday because is the senior day, 50% off on selected merchandises sorted by colors, the cashier gave me a hard time just because I said to her I am 50 years old and she said the deal is only for seniors over 50, and again I said I am 50 1/2 years old, please check my drivers license and then she started talking a sort of language I could not comprehend, believe to be Spanish, What a rude person! I bought a beautiful summer gown $14.99 and again the cashier grabbed the gown and spoke out loud, that is not the price, I said the tags says $14.99 and she said, I need to talk to the manager and 5 min later she came back with a different tag attached to it and said to me the price is $29.99, I just told her you can have it! I asked to talk to the manager who was completely unhelpful because he was too busy talking to a dealer (friend of him) inside his office, I think we should be treated equally! Everything in this store is over priced and I could have find cheaper clothing if I had gone to Marshalls or TJmaxx and Id be buying brand new cloths! As a senior lady I would think twice before coming to this place again and I would give ZERO star if I could. Terrible management skills! Never again!

Clothes were not sorted by size. Im not going through everything looking for my size when other thrift stores sort and I dont have to look at things that will never fit me. Otherwise clean and well staffed.

Amazing selection. Just stopped in here! Walked out with Tommy Hilfger, Ralph Lauren, Nike, and Calvin Klein in excellent condition. All their clothes are clean and in good condition. I honestly wasn’t expecting that. I will be stopping in here again

I love the big selections and good prices. However, the cashiers are very unprofessional. They held conversations with each other while the long line of customers stood there waiting. I had to leave my items in a shopping to come back later.

Clothes were not sorted by size. Absolute deal breaker for me as searching through EVERY piece of clothing is very frustrating just to find my size. Otherwise nice place and staff

Not a bad thrift, prices are decent

Ive visited this location on multiple occasions and every time I come in, I leave with something. I think that the store is well kept and taken care of in terms of cleanliness and organization (to an extent), and that they have the best baby clothes for wonderful prices, but I still do have some suggestions for this thrift store to become better.(1) You can tell that they look up some prices for items (mainly electronics) on Ebay based on their price tags. Coming here for thrift prices on electronics other than DVDs/CDs is a mistake.(2) Their organization for their clothes is fantastic, but a lot of other stuff is spread out. If I am in the baby and childrens section, I do not want to have to walk to the front or other side of the store to see baby items like rockers, etc. and toys. It would be nice if everything was localized to one place per category. As for electronics, DVDs and CDs are in the back, but everything else is in the front. I think the store would benefit more from taking the toys, etc. off the top of the clothing shelves and putting them where the shoes are and taking the shoes and putting them by the clothes... little things like that!(3) CLEANLINESS of BAGGED ITEMS. A lot of this stores toys, sports equipment, anything in bulk, comes bagged. Yesterday, I was looking through a bag of toys and there was a bug crawling around in it. They also do not bag their toys according to what kind they are. For example, they have hot wheels and little people together, or boys and girls toys mixed in one bag.Otherwise, the staff is wonderful and they offer great weekly deals on certain color-tagged items. I frequently come here and will continue to most likely if they make these changes, but honestly, garage sales have been better for deals this summer than thrifts have been (in my opinion!).

I went here a few weeks ago in search for something specific, and they didnt have it but we still ended up leaving with something else because of all the thing you find here. This store is very well organized and clean and the staff are all so welcoming! The clothing are all organized in such a cute way, and all other items such as bags, house items and book/dvds are sectioned off neatly. The only little problem is the smell but thats not surprising for a thrift store full with this much things! 10/10 recommend coming here!
