Great staff and service!..

So, I called because I had a question about an order I previously placed, granted it was Mother’s Day and I know they were busy, and actually the first thing I ATTEMPTED to say was apologize for calling because I knew it was a busy day for them! The woman who answered immediately interrupted me, talking over me saying they were completely sold out. I made an attempt to explain myself and that I had a question about an order that had nothing to do with Mother’s Day, and again I was interrupted and talked over, and told there is nothing they can do to call back later, without even hearing the question!! Now, I am a very easy going and understanding person, it was not the fact that they could t help me, it was the way I was spoken to that bothered me. Just a suggestion, if you can’t handle the stress of a busy holiday without taking it out on your customers, maybe you should find a job that’s a little easier and doesn’t involve you working directly with customers! Needless to say, I didn’t place my order!

Fabulous product, fresh, yummy and balloons. Delivered before 5pm. They store adjusted the order at my request. Id highly recommend celebrating and gifting from Edible Arrangements - or just grab something for your own delight.

Ordered a fruit arrangement for a birthday, it was done in an hour. The fruit was delicious as well as appealing to look at. Almost a shame to smash that fruit

I was gonna order dark chocolate dipped fruit bouquet for my girl 4 valentines day. My girl has allergies n can only eat dark chocolate! Will they had not one arrangement that was all fruit dipped in dark chocolate. On holidays they only sell certain arraingments which I think is crazy. They had nice things but only milk chocolate. I wont be visiting this store on holidays😞 or for future gift ideas

A little pricey for what you get but it does taste good. Always makes a great gift.

This was a HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL experience. My order arrived 3 hours late and FROZEN. Please use other locations in better areas.

I bought an arrangement for one of my co-workers who is sick...I was very disappointed when I seen the pic of the arrangement that they recieved and was very embarrassed.. This looks nothing like the photo...presentation is everything, and I feel like it was just thrown in the bucket..I will NOT order from this place again..

Service was great. Strawberries were not ripe. They were still green.

This should be called inedible arrangements, the fruit wasn’t ripe other then the grapes which were borderline over ripe, had I known my family was ordering from this location I would have told them to save their money and go to Kroger for fruit... shame on y’all

Wife loved her arrangement on valentines day and it was great

I placed a delivery order for my boyfriend to receive at his place of employment. The store manager, Brittany, was absolutely amazing. She noticed what I ordered and called me to ask if she could use a particular vase for the arrangement to match the basketball theme. I thought that was awesome of her to do that. Also, I found out after placing the order that his work doesn’t have anyone to accept the delivery, but they were very accommodating to make sure my guy gets his gift. Outstanding customer service, thank you Brittany for helping me to make this special for my love, it means the world. I will definitely be doing business with them again!

I needed something sent quickly because another company (NOT Edible Arrangements) received my order but for some reason didn’t complete it. I’m so glad I called here. The employee was SO nice and my order was delivered within a few hours. I highly recommend this store.

Had a wonderful gift for my girlfriend, the website was somewhat unorganized, and cumbersome to use.

This was, without a doubt, one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had in customer service. The store owner lacks emotional intelligence and the managers are incompetent at best. They delivered my package to the wrong location and because I took advantage of a free delivery promotion they feel as if they are justified. I did get an apology from the manager, not the store owner. I would caution anyone to be careful because, heaven forbid, ifsomething goes wrong on their end, somehow its your fault.

They are not able to deliver by a specific time, only guaranteed by 5:30pm. Even when noted in order and called to ask in person if there is any way to get it there sooner. Not worth the money if they cant give options for delivery windows.

Beautiful arrangements. Great for celebrating anything. Friendly and clean. But you cant use discount or coupons in store, I cant even order online to use the coupons that I wanted, something was wrong with the system. I wish they would have used my coupon, it woukd have saved me some money...

I fat fingered my order for the wrong date, so when I went to pick it up, it wasnt ready. The young lady behind the counter made it right anyway. Very helpful and polite. My wife told me the delivery lady was also great.

I am very pleased that my arrangement was delivered on time for my nephews birthday. It came before he had to go to work. I will order from the Far Hills location whenever a special day occurs for someone in my family or for my friends.

This was the first Edible Arrangement I ordered and it will probably be the last. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my Mom on Mothers Day. I let her know to expect a delivery, but it never showed up. I got an email notifying me that they attempted delivery, which could not be true as my mother was at her home and waiting at the attempted delivery time. I called today to address the issue, and while the person on the phone was not rude, she also didnt even bother to apologize that my order wasnt delivered even after I clearly but respectfully expressed my displeasure. They are remaking a fresh arrangement for me today, so thats good, but they offered nothing to right their failure - no explanation, no apology, no refund or reduction of the delivery fee. This was a disappointing experience.

My husband ordered me chocolate covered strawberries for an early valentines day present... Well they came and half the strawberries were rotten and mushy while the other half were unripe and white... I was so disappointed because I usually love the fruit we get... I dont think we will be ordering again because that was $60 we literally just threw in the trash

Great place to go for a gift or corporate gift idea. The staff is very easy to work with and they helped to make sure that everything was perfect with my order.

If theyre going to substitute items and not deliver what is ordered, the sender should at least be notified or consulted. We pick what we want to send for a reason.
