Have taken my work phone here 3xs to get screen replaced and every time I have had great experiences. The employees are very professional and nice. They get the screen replaced within a short time and get me on my way. Also love that they sell other items that I can look at while waiting for my phones toget fixed.

Unfortunately I am a huge klutz and have broken my phone screen multiple times. The turnaround time for the repairs have been timely and the location near South Park is very convenient... much more so than going out to the burbs to be charged more.

I love it here! I’ve bought every phone here to be fixed. All of the 4 times I have had to have them fixed.

I was a little bit disappointed that they didnt have a screen in stock for my Pixel 4a. But they did offer other alternatives and a cheaper price if I was able to obtain the screen replacement. Other than I do recommend them for help. They have the largest selection that Ive ever seen for cases, screen protectors and anything else you need for a cellphone. They have many more other cool products. The employees there are friendly and they suggested other places that would help. Check them out.

I paid in advance to have charger port on my LG G7 replaced. I thought I was setting an appointment online, but when I called they said it is just walk-in. They were so helpful when I called and asked if I could also get a new battery installed as long as they had my phone open. They told me how long it would take for the necessary part to get to their store, about 2 business days. I didnt call, but showed up on day three, as soon as they opened, and the part was there. They got on it right away. It took the 1 1/2 hours they said it would and I opted to just wait in my car. I felt the price was very fair and they are just super nice people that I highly recommend. There store has an eclectic mix of items. They have a lot of posters for sale, and can print and frame posters, too.

They replaced the screen on I-phone 6+,, it took a little longer than they said it would but they had us in and out in about 1 hour and the phone has been working good ever since the screen was replaced about 3 weeks ago and they even threw in a FREE screen protector.

The worst customer service possible, I brought my phone in to get fixed and after two days they told me they couldn’t do anything about it instead of calling me and letting me know so I could take it somewhere else. Every time I called for an update they would say they would call me back and never did. Don’t waste your time here there are hundreds of other places that will do the job with better quality and professionalism.

They were awesome fixed my phone and they had very large pincoladas ;)

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me, and offered to check if there had been a mistake made on my repair. He opened the phone. showed me it was *indeed* the OEM screen from Apple. T Mobile/Sprint either lied or made an error. He then had the screen replaced as a gesture of good will. Im very satisfied with my experience here, and would recommend.I was initially pleased with their service, however, you can imagine my disappointment when I learned that I had paid extra to get an official Apple screen for my phone, and I had to take it to my carrier for a fix, and they informed me that the screen, which was no longer functioning properly after less than a year after they fixed it, was *not* an Apple screen. I will not use their services again, and I recommend not paying extra for what they claim is an official OEM part.

Just left there and they were amazing help, couldn’t unlock my phone due to google so helped me Pick another great phone. The music was amazing while we waited and the staff was awesome will go there from now on for all my cell phone needs. Truly was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealt with much appreciation to the staff and owner Adam.

I completely shattered my phone and went into the store within 20 minutes my phones was fixed and I was back on my way!

Dont ever trust them, they exchanged may phones parts (screen, etc) with the broken ones, and said that they were not able to fix ma phone.

Best cost effective cell phone repair ever! Staff are extremely friendly, and prices are just incredible... You cant beat their prices. Quality is much better than gem city digital which will cost you a lot more. My 5s is back in life again thanks to fix or cell now.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a watch for my husband from their website and received a dud. Stopped working within a month. I called and was sent a return label. The defective watch was sent back, and thats the last Ive heard. Everytime I called, no one knew anything, or the manager wasnt there. 8 months later, still no watch, and I have never received a replacement or a refund. Horrendous customer service, Ill be reaching out to my bank to make sure I get my money back. Steer clear, notworth the time or aggravation to get any help from them once they have your money, GO ELSEWHERE!

Came in for a battery and screen repair. After waiting 10 minutes for one of the men to service me they gave me a 45 minute wait period which was fine . I come back in and they couldn’t fix my fix my battery due to rust, so they didn’t fixed the screen . I left and plugged my phone in the car because it still should’ve worked just fine come to find out it wouldn’t turn on . After that they had told me they had my battery so I asked for it to be put back in so I could at least use it . After that they come back asking the girl who helped me if the screen had worked before coming in which it did and then went back to “fix it “ but instead took it apart and said I need to update my iCloud . Gave the phone back waited another hour and a half come to find out they put a screen on my phone I never asked for because the battery wasn’t repairable . Charged me for that and the home button didn’t even work and blamed it on the update . So I have a new screen with a bad battery and home botton

The people at fox or cell now have me great service! I’ve brought at least 3-4 phones here and they’ve fixed all of them. They’re very personable and always make sure you get the best quality service. Good prices and plenty of choices on new phones. Very pleased! Went in for a new battery, which they replaced quickly. But my phone began to have problems as soon as I left the store. These guys worked with me for over a week trying to get it fixed, but in the end, it was not salvageable. Their customer service is extraordinary and they replaced my phone with an equal value phone.If you need a screen replaced or need accessories for your phone, this is the place to go, very affordable and the staff are friendly. But internal software issues dont seem to be their specialty. If youre on a budget, they are definitely worth your time, though.

Super nice guys. Fixed my phone screen just as requested and quickly. Told me the price and that the receipt would be sent via text however I never received a receipt and upon looking at my credit card account this morning, I was charged $20 more than quoted.

I have an iphone 8 plus. I WOULDNT recommend going here. Your better off going to apple to get it fix. Apple prices was cheaper than what this place charge me. I got the price from one person than at check out another person raise it to 96. And when I told his that I was quoted 84 to fix my camera he responds saying that was the price for the camera, not knowing that the man already told me the part was 60. Even then he didnt drop the price he kept saying it was taxes. Apple charge 79 to fix back camera
