It would be really nice if Marsh answered the phone every once in a while, the website was easier to use.. Ive Kind of stopped using them. Its a bit of a drive from most jobs I do to get there. I like to call and ask if they have what I am looking for. I need to order $5-6000 worth of windows and cant get ahold of anyone and the website is just a joke. I am going to have to go somewhere else.

They are a good group of people. They either have it in stock or they will get it quickly.

I have been buying materials here for years now they say you cant buy anything without an account but they wont let you set up an account until after the first of the year Goodluck with that I will never be back

They have took very good care of me. Sometimes i have to wait for my material 2 hours before i call it but all in all people there are very nice and friendly. Couldnt ask for a better place to get my material. No questions asked lower than any gutter supplier in the state 110%. I do not recommend modern building supplier

I absolutely love this place. I go here quite often to buy materials for houses Im working on. They are very good at being quick so your not there very long. I work in construction and they have anything and everything you want an order to build a home. Great place I reccomend.

If you need windows, sinding and others dont miss it, great attention

We have been using Marsh for a while now and never had any issues until yesterday. I purchased a gutter coil in the morning for a job. I ordered extra in case of any possible mistakes, like I always do. Ended up being 7 feet short. So that footage of gutter was a waste now. So I had to send someone out of the way to go get more material. I ordered 20 feet I ran a 16 foot 4 inch piece out and barely made it. Thats 10ft short. Which caused a big delay yesterday and wasnt able to go to my next job it was a horrible domino effect.

Sales people not particularly attentive to customers nor particularly helpful. You almost need to know exactly what you want before you go there.
