I waiting in line for extremely to long and there was only one customer and he was trying on all his shoes while at the cash register and I had to wait on him to make up his mind and Gary the man work at the register did nothing about it.... I was very unhappy at there service then the lady proceeded to go take a smoke break

Great service with a huge selection of shoes. I couldnt complain about the prices to much. They seem to be more about the running shoes over most shoes. My kids had so much fun browsing before we purchased their new school shoes. We are all looking forward to going back again.

If there was a zero star rating I would give that. 1 Poor customer service in that I told the Young I was ready to check out She followed me I thought and my wife said why did she turn around? I told my wife we can leave the shoes here. She goes over to now 2 girls including the first rude one and says were ready to check out. The 2nd girl was rude, too .2. Shoes outdated and overpriced. Not coming back.

Nobody helps you at this store. I had to find my own foot measuring device to measure my sons foot. There were 3 people at the counter and they all worked there. There is no order to anything in there. Everything was out of place. I dont see this store lasting much longer with staff like that. SORRY NOT SORRY.

People have a fear if shopping in Trotwood. . This is the best Shoe Carnival around. There selection is huge, friendly staff, and actually an overall better experience than the BeaverCreek location...never judge a book by its cover, lesson learned.

This company sent me a box with 2 different shoes in it. When I called them to rectify the situation they told me I wouldn’t get replacement shoes for 25 days or more. And before I could get replacement shoes I would have to be inconvenienced and mail the wrong shoes they sent me back. After a 30 minute phone call and having to drive across town now I sit and hope they send me the right shoes in exchange. But not counting on it.

Shoe carnival is wonderful place to shop for shoes they have good sales and they are reasonable and customer service is very nice to the customers and they will work with you and thats what makes your customers keep coming back

Associates were walking around not asking if I needed help. They were talking amongst themselves. After about 10 minutes I asked for help. The check out was 💯 percent better.

I like the store but I dont think they have a big enough selection for ppl with bigger feet. My daughter wears a 12W and we only found about 8 styles that she could fit.

Purchased shoes from there found the shoes were to tight. Store policy you need to keep box and receipt and cannot be worn. I had 2 strikes against me. I was wearing the shoes and no box. I think that is a shame because it could have been a defect in the shoes and because they been worn you lost 76.00 because you worn them.Bad business!

I wanted 2 new pairs of shoes and found them. I had to go back because I left the inserts from my Dr in one of the shoes. When I came back I asked for the right shoe if they still had it. One if the employees made a comment to the other I will tell you something in a minute. If this was about me I thought that was very rude. You dont do that in front of a customer.
