I read a review on here from 2 years ago saying “Quote on Quote” these guys must not like female drivers well I’m here to say 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣 THATS NOT TRUE!!! My experience was wonderful… it’s First come First Serve sign on door says receiving hours are 7am-2pm… Only thing I can say to warn you 🗣DO NOT PULL IN THEIR LOT TO CHECK IN!!! They don’t like that because their drivers are constantly in and out their lot so they want us to park on the street and walk to check in… There are no parking signs on the street but there were not any authorities bothering me… Once in dock I was unloaded within 45 minutes… When they are ready for you they will walk to your truck to tell you which dock… Give them your paperwork, open your doors, slide your tandems then boom 💥 your out

I don’t even want to give one star. I know somebody who served for you for years and you let that person go at a very difficult time in life. You should’ve guided an employee to utilize FMLA but you didn’t. Instead you let that person go! Shame on you! Shame on your management! This company does not care about their employees!!! If you take care of your employees during hard times they will always be faithful to you! Don’t treat people like a number Bonbright! Get it together and make this right!

Had a friend work there and was fired after working there for many years. So much for employee loyalty. Sad thing is they had a very sick family member and was trying to take care of them and work.

Nice people. Busually pretty quicknto unload. Can be kind of tight if something is parked on the fence.

Shipping/receiving office open between 7:00 to 14:00 oclock. Park on the street. Dont park on property because local people working 24 hours. Was unloaded around 15:00 in after-hours time. People working fast. Thank you.

If you want job security this is not the place for youI know someone who worked there for 18 yearsAnd was let go because he had a sick family memberI dont understand why he wasnt informed of the family medical leave why they didnt work with him and help him instead of making things more difficultIt started after 18 years of dedication this is what the way you get treated

My personal experience delivering at this facility was good.I parked on the street, checked in, received dock right away and I was unloaded in about 45 minutes.The gentleman unloading me was polite I did not notice any attitudes like other people are reporting.There are No Parking sign on street I am not sure about overnight parking .

It seems like a good place to work it’s only been my second day.

The loads need to be on a list to get unloaded first.Their are off street parking and at 0715 a man comes to the Trucks,checks the driver loads.

Worst place to deliver!!! Only one dock and long line of trucks. No overnight parking. If you park here overnight...then the dock manager will ignore you and disrespect you and will unload other trucks. You will be sitting here all day.

Large selection of kegs and very efficient from purchasing the keg to having it loaded into the car.

This is my go-to for draft beer. They have a great selection. I do often purchase craft beer when it is in sale to supplement my home brewing efforts.

Picked up a keg for a bday party. Had what we wanted, everyone was friendly and loaded the keg for us! Great place and will definitely return. Follow the signs at the entrance.

These guys must not like female truck drivers because they are rude and condescending towards me.. Not sure if they are that way toward men but definitely they are towards women.. And they are very slow at off loading you hereSo much for the first come first serveThey jumped another truck in front of me because there supposedly had an appointment ..so,I went and asked the driver and they do not have an appointmentThis place is a joke, drivers better ask for a lot of money or dont haul here

Good place unloaded in less than one hour

I would not recommend delivering here. If you do, be sure to park on the street. Do NOT park in the lot before checking in. It is not posted anywhere, but the receiver told me I should just know not to park in the lot because it is just common sense. He was unnecessarily rude and condescending.

I run Eastern Bowling Lanes in Middletown and must say I have never had a bad experience with Bonbright. They are polite, courteous and very accommodating. I want to give a big thank you to April my sales rep for being my favorite phone call every week. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

I Will NEVER Deliver to this company again. Never been so DISRESPECTED at a delivery location in my driving history. If there were levels of rudeness the forklift driver Shawn hit the disgusting level when he Yelled at me and Ordered me to go back to my truck when I was simply trying to check in. The supervisor Ted wins the Unprofessional prize, by telling me he didnt need to be talking to me and I was wasting his time. If you have to deliver here brace yourself and put on your Offensive Armour, because the Insulting, Crude, Harsh, Gruff, Flippant Team is ready and waiting to give you the WORST Treatment ever when you arrive. Just trying to do a job and get some real direction on how to check in and unload procedure and thats what I got. Will never deliver here again.

Receiving clerk is rude and very unprofessional. I got here at 0700 like I was told by my DM, door says open at 0800, tried to check in and a delivery guy told me to wait in the street, I thought ok Im early, I backed out to the street. Went to check on at 0800 and the guy unloading the truck ahead of me tells me wait in my truck hes already pissed because I came o n his lot ahead of the truck that was shut down and dark on the street. When there is no parking signs up and down both sides of the street I try to avoid a ticket sorry. For my first time here not a good experience.

I have not had very good luck with Kegs from Bonbright. Also they dont have any website like Heidelberg which shows their prices or the beers they have available. Sort of wish they would invest in a website.I received a keg from them that looked like it was dropped out of a plane (extremely dented and would not stand up since it was so messed up) and the beer was terrible. I have purchased about 4 kegs from bonbright and 2 out of the 4 have been bad. I never had a bad keg from Heidelberg.
