WARNING dont purchase any intimates (Bras, Sports Bras, Panties, one piece, slim wear even if still in packaging) Non-refundable or exchangeable with/without a receipt. This location is the nastiest, poor customer service with an unhappy manager (white lady who never smiles & lazy). I bought $7.99 sports bras realized I picked up wrong size, told unable to exchange or return 🤬. I will never spend another dime at this location. And Roses will be a last resort when I return to Georgia. Zero stars for this location it should be shut down or cleaned up and with a new manager. No wonder the turn over is high. This policy should be printed on receipt or employees should advice at the time of purchase! Especially since the manager was the one who waited on me!! 1st and last time purchasing any intimates, not even a pair of socks. Word of mouth is powerful and I will tell anyone who will listen.

Nasty rude employees the shelves are usually empty nothing I want Walmart isnt even this bad.ill never shop there again.

Several areas had water leaking onto merchandise or areas with buckets or plastic laid out without any safety signs or cones accident waiting to happen

Why does it say everywhere hours r 9-9pm yet doors r locked and leaving at 8:45 i dont appreciate false leads on line that you are open till 9pm why closed 8:45 then ???????

Great place for cheap stuff. Went on a day when restocking was needed.

They are the most rudest employees you will ever want to experience and I shop there at least once a week because of prices for discounts. But manager and cashiers and so nasty no matter how nice you try and be to them. I think they hate their job but need a pay check. That have a public rest room but will not let you use it. Only when they feel like it. Always make sure they give you your receipt or you can not return nothing and they not give it to you of they can. Go some where else if you can.

I shop at Roses nearly every Wednesday for Senior discount day! 10% off your purchase. Roses sells inexpensive clothing in all sizes including infant and children. Roses is the place for school uniforms and all other occasions at a price thats very affordable. Household items, snacks, frozen goods, TVS, electronics, decorations..a but of everything.

NO PUBLIC BATHROOM! The prices on the items here are pretty good. The staff are typically unfriendly. The lines are almost always long. I do enjoy the wide variety of merchandise they offer.

This is a great store for certain items like kids clothes or everyday clothes to hang out in and other items but like any discount store you have to be a wise consumer.

Came to the store at 9:50am and they wasnt open yet one of the ladys was standing out side smoking. I saw on website they open at 9 am the employees was walking in and out of the store it was Ghetto and unprofessional I like the prices thats why I shop their from time to time but their presentation could be much better

You pay for what you get. Yes they have mostly off brand merchandise. Some time there is a line at the register, but you find lines in expensive stores as well. For common and daily use items you cant beat the price and the employees good friendly people.
