Took my 2019 Silverado into Highpoint at the Recommendation of a friend. Got new tires, rims, & leveling kit done. Truck looked absolutely incredible. The owner was super busy but still made time to answer my questions & got me in same day. I know I got a great deal & I love the look of my truck. It’s a small mom & pop kinda shop & customer service was incredible even on a busy Saturday. I would definitely recommend & next time I need tire or wheels I’m definitely bringing back my business.

Definitley recommend.Update: love the tires, however as you can see bought approximately a month ago. 600 miles at most and right rear.on my F 150 pretty much descentagrated. It broke around side wall. I always ensure pressure is correct. Anyway, called Hi Point this am, happened Saturday night, and told them what happened. Pretty much told me to pound sand. Ive moved to TN so I cant go to the store and discuss it. So, Ill be dropping the stars because of customer service..

If you buy your tires from anyone else but High Point, prepare to waste your hard earned money! I had priced four new 10 ply tires for my truck at at least 8 different tire sellers. I even priced tires online, planning my mechanic would mount & balance them for $20 per tire. A kind soul told me I should contact High Point for tires. High Point BEAT MY LOWEST PRICE BY $125.00!! The owner and his wife run an ethical, reputable business, they do not overcharge their customers and they are very nice, professional people! The owner listened to what I wanted and went above & beyond to give me tires that drive great! THANK YOU, HIGH POINT! Look them up next time you buy tires or want a lift kit, wheels and tires installed on your truck! Or car! High Point has secured all of my familys future tire purchases!

I was originally going to order rims from custom offsets website. They seemed to be the best price I can find until I checked out this place. Joe from High Point hooked me up. Great price on rims, leveling kit, and install. I highly recommend. Great price and product. I would buy from here again.

I’ve been to High Point several times. My brother that owns Bonified Customs recommended me to them, and they are fast and well priced. I would recommend anyone to go here. The service is friendly and if he don’t have what you need in stock he will get it in quick.

Great place, nice owner, but plan on leaving your vehicle for work, waiting outside in snow and 22 degree wind chill sucked.. but overall not bad

Went in today and was given absolutely no customer service PERIOD, walked around for about 5-10min with no one saying anything to me.Rep was sitting right at the front desk ignoring me. Guess I will take my money elsewhere.

Prices are unbeatable.. the guy is super cool too. He’s got all kinds of rims and tires for every make, I called around to Midas, monro, tire-discounters and several others and all were $110 to $120 ( out the door) for 1 tire. Came up here and got it for $85 out the door ( new ) as well. Definitely somewhere to come if your looking for rims or tires for a good price .

Ive gone to Joe for 5 years now and got 4 sets of wheels and tires, one set for each car. The prices are fantastic, shipping is fast if he doesnt have it in shop, and the quality of the tires and wheels is amazing. Never had a problem with them. Im about to get my 5th set here soon.
