They got me in and took the time necessary to fix the bullseye chip properly and for a reasonable price.

I arranged to have a morning appointment so that I could go to Columbus by the afternoon to care for my new granddaughter. Heather scheduled the appointment. On the designated morning, Daniel called and told me he would be arriving within 25 mins. He arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the windshield replacement within 1 hour and gave me specific instructions about the immediate care for my windshield. I watched as he did the work and am thoroughly amazed at how easy he made it look! I highly recommend this company!

The Tech came to the door when finished and I should have checked the work. He mentioned he was out of adhesive and with the windshield out he could have sprayed the head liner(which I knew was sagging). When I got in the van last night the entire front next to windshield was hanging and not back in place. Id used adhesive spray on a former car and just thought that was what he was referring to. Not that I was going to have to reattach it! I felt this was something he should have done and will never recommend this place!!

Great service! Great value! Great quality. Getting a windshield replaced is no fun, but these guys made it painless.

Called in about a small chip in my windshield, they told me they couldnt replace my car make/model windshield and hung up.... It was just a small chip, safelite was able to come out and repair it in less than 5 minutes. Maybe they only do full windshield replacements, but google brought me to their website for chip repairs.

I have a 2020 silverado brand new. A rock cracked my window.this company came out and replaced the window at my house.the price was very fair.great service man his name was will smith .you can tell he has done this along time. I am glad i used this company and highly recommend them.

I compare shopped and hesitantly went with Aito Glass Fitters since they are considerably less ($140 less to be exact) and I could not be more pleased. William explained what he was doing while he worked on my windshield. Fast, efficient and best price with quality work to boot. Hopefully Ill never need another replacement, but if I do, Ill be calling them!

Beware, you receive what you pay for. Had them scheduled to replace the windshields in two semi trucks. Only done one due to a misunderstanding, but that one was enough. The glass is scratched on the inside, wasnt sealed to the cab, and leaking water. Scheduled a follow up for replacement,but technition never showed up.

50$ cheaper than safelite. AND they came to me. So really 80$ cheaper. He was quick and very professional. Windshield looks great. Thanks!
