I ran over a shredded tire and had to get the front bumper and some other work done. I spoke with a few Honda dealers who couldn’t take my car in for over a month. Ricky and Foreign Exchange got it in and done with before I would have even been able to take it in somewhere else. It looks as good as new and runs great. I was visiting family in Dayton driving my 9-year old Mini Countryman when it started running rough and sputtering on a cold start up. After learning there are no Mini dealers in the area another repair shop recommended we bring it in to Foreign Exchange.They were great! Not only did they fit me in but diagnosed a fuel injection problem that my regular mechanic missed before the trip. After getting the car back, we drive it 800+ miles with no more problems.Dallas and team were professional, courteous and communicative. I hope I don’t have to go back but recommend them based on this positive experience.

Do Not Trust these people at foreign exchange. I had taken my bmw m3 for an inspection to find there was a sensor leak which was about $500 to repair as well as other things the car had needed which totaled to $1600 . I had asked Ricky if the car would be leaking after this repair he had said no, keep on mind these people usually have a warranty on their work and a good reputation which is why I had taken my car here. Once fixed, I had taken my car home to find it still leaking pretty bad and took it back the following week as he had said it wouldn’t be leaking. Ricky had told me there is an additional leak that would be around $1700, although why hadn’t they found it in the inspection I paid for? Only after I pay the throw more at me, Ricky would do anything to squeeze money off someone. Definitely would have went to the dealer if I knew these people don’t put warranties on their work and only tell you what you wanna hear until their pockets are full, sounds unprofessional if you ask me.

Foreign Exchange diagnosed cause of check engine light & cause of transmission not shifting. Several repair options were discussed. After considering my options I decided to replace the car rather than repair. Ricky was very professional and helpful and supported our decision to replace the car. We get our other cars serviced there and will definitely continue to use them when we need auto service.

This team has an inside-out understanding of the mystery that is the BMW automobile. If you are having problems with your BMW, they can probably identify and fix them. Of course, my first advice would be that you spend your car dollar on something that breaks down less and is easier to fix, but thats another story for another day. If your BMW can be saved, Ricky and his team will figure out how to do it.

Had a fuel tank leak that required finding tank support bracket that due to Covid was back ordered several months. After chasing around the whole country they found a used part and had it reconditioned in-house!!!

I reach them for an Engine valve replacement. I knew what was wrong. After I discuss the the job, they insisted of bringing the vehicle for an evaluation. I thought they could work in the rebuild. No way I pay for an evaluation, unless they will work on the repairs. Resulting on a negative answer. And, on top of that, charge me extra without my consent. Loose money and time. Not an honest move. They just want to make money on an evaluation.

Needed some pretty serious work done on my BMW so I was expecting a pretty hefty bill, but to my surprise the amount they were asking seemed entirely reasonable. I had to leave my car overnight to wait for a part to come in so they gave me a loaner car to use. The shop ended up getting all the work done (and then some) faster than they predicted. Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism, value and quality of work this business offered. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need more work done.

Did my starter couldn’t be more happier

I did not like the fact that I was given a quote then after agreed to repair my vehicle I was given a different price within no guarantee. I felt like I was being swindled because I am a woman. I feel moving forward a quote should be concrete and held with a crystal clear understanding and everything explained up front.

I was in a pinch and needed a place to take my van immediately. They took my car and I had it back the next day!!! They updated me with any cost or changes promptly and they called my extended warranty company for me as well. Great service.

Excellent service, I am very meticulous when it comes to my car and the service it receives. Foreign Exchange measured up to my expectation, they didnt let me down. In addition to my scheduled service, I had ran over an object in the road and needed to ensure there wasnt any damage done. They provided me pictures so I can see for myself and give me their honest recommendations. Now thats going above & beyond. All of my toys will now be serviced by Foreign Exchange.

Very costly! Charges people for services they dont even need! They cant even find receipts for work I had done in the past then tell me I need it repaired and I barely drive the car.. how does a rear end go out if the car just sits for almost 3 years after you get a brand new one costing over 4k.. ridiculous I wont be going back.

Everyone was professional and friendly. After I left my car was running like a champ, and the oil leak was completely gone. However, 45 days later Im leaking oil again. Definitely gotta go back to get it checked.

I’ve been going to them for 3 years for all my servicing needs for my 2004 BMW 330ci. Their prices are a lot more reasonable than the dealership and comes with a warranty (but I’ve never needed it because the work was done right the first time!). Ricky is the gold standard of customer service and is the reason they get a 5 star from me. From the first meeting it was obvious that he is car guy and is passionate about what he does. I have a hectic work schedule (70-80 hour weeks) and he would always work with me the best he could to get things done in a timely manner. He even lent me the shop car on one occasion so I could get to work while my car was being repaired! I recently changed cars to a 2015 535i and he was able to work with me and my schedule last minute for an oil change before a long road trip. I recently moved out of state and Ricky told me that if I ever have questions about something going on with my car, to feel free to call him and he’d be happy to give his advice/guidance. Who does that nowadays?! That earns the place 6 stars in my books! I would highly recommend this Foreign Exchange location. And I HAVE recommended them to several of my friends!

I liked they were straight forward with the information about my car. Someone else who was fixing it made it worse and foreign exchange fixed that mess. I love the feature of someone helping with a ride. The gentleman who drove me back and forth was super nice and sweet! While I was paying he went to get the snow off my car! That was super awesome! I will be bringing my cars back for sure!
