This place is not professional. They are listed as a place to pick up and return Penske truck rentals. However, they appear to have no knowledge or ability to assist with the vehicles they are responsible for.I called them to give them a heads up that I would be coming in to drop off the tow for my vehicle and needed some help backing up my car and removing the tow from the truck. The woman who answered appeared to have trouble even understanding what I was asking for help with. As she was struggling to comprehend what was going on there was also a crying baby in the background very close to the phone, maybe this is why she was having difficulty paying attention to our conversation?Regardless, I assumed this was a mail center and a Penske rental service, not a day care.When she eventually understood why I was calling ahead and why i would be visiting their business, she told me that she was working by herself and she didnt know how to remove a tow from a vehicle and I would need to call another Penske phone number for them to walk me through how to handle that process. This really doesnt make any sense to me. How are you allowed to process Penske truck rentals when you dont even understand how the equipment you rent out operates? Plus she was by herself and couldnt even assist me with backing up my vehicle? Seriously?This location has lost my business and I found another Penske location in Miramar that was MORE than helpful and told me this is not the first time they have heard complaints like this from this exact location.I will be contacting the Penske corporate office to let them know my experience and hopefully they will only allow employees at this location that understand how their services work or at least have someone on staff that can assist when someone there cannot.
