Rude! Very rude! Very unprofessional.The old lady who works there literally took away the tape from me while I wanted to close my box. I was told to purchase my own “tape.” Sorry, but isnt it courtesy? Since I am doing my business with you, and I am your customer? The store is overpriced, and people who work there want to argue and prove themselves to a customer. Wow! This place needs an employee training ASAP!!!

Brought in a digital PREPAID label. They charged me nearly 3 dollars extra for their “print service”, including a fee for ONE sheet of paper, because that was a “different service from the prepaid label”. Seriously UPS Store? Thanks…

They are friendly, professional and are always able to assist with whatever I may need whether is consolidating mail and packages to ship or even printing for my business in the Caribbean.

Been doing business with UPS Stores in South Florida since 2004. They are usually very professional very organized very clean and reasonably priced. This is the second time that I had a negative situation going to the UPS in Pine Island in Davie. Its a different kind of atmosphere there...the owner is there, its an older woman and the guy with thick glasses works there. I witnessed him with other customers. He gets flustered very easily. And it seems to be micro managed by the owner who stays in the background but visible. I had a question regarding the stores pricing policy.. she did not Step Up. The first time I had an issue there was a while back and I just scratch at off to bad timing. But now I know this is not the UPS Store you want to visit.. they are not helpful ..they over charge other UPS stores in the area.

I have here my PO Box for some 15 years or so. Customer service is always really good. Is a family operated business with one other employee and everybody is very nice. They offer multiple services like notary, etc as other UPS stores. They also speak Spanish. I highly recommend them if you are in the search of your next PO Box, plus has the advantage that you would have an address vs. just a PO Box number!

04/29/2020 at 16:25I simply call this location just to check the status of my amazon return. As Amazon Prime Member, you can select to drop off return items at any UPS. The return process is not the issue. The reason I am writing a bad review and why I will not be coming to this UPS store is because I calmly introduce myself and asked a simple question and the UPS rep started yelling at me over the phone. I was not expecting such a response. Maybe he dealt with a rude customer prior. I had to tell him, Sir I am not yelling at you can you please lower your voice. Maybe he talks loud on the phone regularly. Maybe he is hard of hearing. Because it did not make sense to me as to why he was yelling. He seemed frustrated and annoyed. . It is not like I was rude. I greeted him calmly and appropriately. Bad customer service and phone etiquette

They are very thoughtful and are truly concerned about their customers needs. The service is prompt, polite and always in the customers best interest. I have recommended this store many times in the past and will continue in the future. I am grateful they are here. They offer many options that are very valuable to me in my businesses. I hope they are here for a long period of time.

Owner Linda was extremely rude today. I came in with 3 items. 2 did not require a box and 1 did so she assumes I’m not prepared and tells me I should be when I come. I ask what she is talking about and she says I don’t have tape for my box, I said it doesn’t need it because it was a box that closes on its own. I asked her how I’m supposed to prepare for items that require no box and for her to scan and she tells me I need to learn to read. I express to her how rude she is being and inform her I will write a review and she says go ahead that she’s the owner and just trying to run a business.

I was surprised an associate gave me an issue to tape up my box. She was going to charge me for tape. This has never happened at any other UPS.

The UPS Store at State Road 84 has staff that is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are always smiling and patient. Ive been with them a long time and only stopped service because I was moving out of South Florida.They are awesome with Package Delivery and informing when a Packager arrives for Pick Up!Ill miss them.

THEY TAMPERED WITH MY MAIL! The man working on 9/16/19 at 3:15pm was so rude!! I went in there to ship an eBay item. The label was in my email so I had to forward it to the guy at the store to print. After he offered to print the label for me he told me he was going to charge me $3 to print it. I told him never mind because I was going to just go to Office Depot and pay $.10 instead. He told me he already printed it and also that I needed to buy a $10 box (it was a small girls backpack). I told him to just forget it and I will pack it and print the label and just drop it off tomorrow. He then got very rude with me and told me I wouldn’t find cheaper printing and packaging anywhere. I left and tried to go to another store and guess what?! MY LABEL IS IN TRANSIT ALREADY SO I CANT SHIP MY ITEM! This rude man scanned my label anyway an hour after I left just so I couldn’t mail my item. I called UPS corporate and they put in a formal complaint but said it takes 48 hours. They said pretty much I have to get a new label and new tracking number because he used my label up. What kind of person tampers with mail and who would be ok with making someone else’s day worse and costing me more money because now I have to buy another label?! I hope this store closes and he has to sell flowers under a bridge.

Super Fantastic Service! We had an urgent need for Programs printed for a funeral. Lorraine was able to help us assemble the two part PDF that we had as originals. She produced an excellent product for us. But she really shined the next day when the funeral home failed to deliver a casket side portrait of our loved one for the service as promised. Specifically they emailed us with less than two hours notice that the portrait would not be ready. I instantly thought of Lorraine and pulled together a few good photos we had of our loved one and asked her to print them out in large form, high quality. We were able to use one to replace the missing portrait. Lorraine was a real event saver.

Poor Customer Service. Theres a lady working now Tuesday 26, 3:11 PM which apparently has no sense of customer service. Shes Been rude and raising her voice which theres no need for. Dropped off some boxes last night and left confident the packages will be picked up during the day at least thats what I understood from the person who received the boxes. But Nop, apparently the stock the boxes for a whole day before shipping them.

Full service location, with emphasis on Service. Always competent and willingness to go that extra mile. Usually deal with Ferenec (get it done kinda guy) who is extremely patient and knowledgeable.

Everyone there is very friendly. I needed to ship a large painting to Texas and they packaged it, offered me different options for shipping. The package got there safely and Im happy with the service.

I went here today for the first time and an old woman was really being a jerk. I had to drop off boxes for UPS pickup she had such an attitude. I found out later that they do not get credit for those type of boxes from ups so she had no interest in helping me. Apparently, she is the owner of this particular franchise. I did end up not wanting to deal with her and had a very nice young man help me in the end. Ferenc was his name. I do not recommend going to this location unless this location is going to make money off of you. Lady will give you attitude and make faces. Too bad. Customer service should be more important.

As a small business owner its refreshing to have somewhere to go to where every staff member can address all my needs in one trip. Great and friendly staff and highly professional people. And never a long wait like at the bigger chain office supply next door.

Lorraine is amazing! Shes helpful, reliable and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you need a reliable mail system, even flyers, come here. Shes helped us with various orders, and even worked miracles to get a last minute package out to Puerto Rico in time.

Terrible And Inconvenient Hours. Most people leave work at 5:30pm and have to deal with traffic. Then the stress of trying to get to this UPS Store before 6:30pm. Don’t they realize that people have jobs? Why not at least 7:00pm Bsetter yet,, be the more convenient of the other UPS stores and open until 7:30pm. This owner seems to not want to succeed.

I recently visited this location to print a copy of an PDF E-ticket . The place is an a great location with friendly staff, however the price that I was asked to pay was ridiculous. I emailed the store the copy to be printed and I was asked to pay $3.50 cents, yes for one single copy. I needed the printed copy so I provided my credit card but I couldnt use it because my purchase was below the minimum charge. I ended up going on a scavenger hunt in order to find enough change to pay her. I was only able to come up with $2.50 in cash which I offered her in exchange for the single piece of paper (black and white copy) Thankfully the lady accepted the money with a very unfriendly face. Thank you UPS, you made my day!

Since moving to this area last week I went to this store on Monday and the young lady took my packages happily. Tuesday morning 8 AM the guy who opened the store was not in a mood and was rude but took my packages, Wednesday 8 AM when the guy saw me coming in again with my packages he told me he is not responsible if he miss scanning any package because I am bringing a lot of small packages. Then he said why dont you go to the UPS hub and drop off there or call a UPS truck instead of coming here. I told him the reason I am coming here is that I thought I am helping the store with my drop-offs and since I drop over a 1000 packages a month this comes up to a decent amount in commissions. My packages are light weight a little over 10 oz. The guy said well I am not the owner of the store.I was dropping off between 175-200 small and light weight packages every week at a UPS store in Miramar. The owner of Miramar Store always appreciated me for dropping off my packages at that store because they were earning a decent monthly commission from my shipments and since my packages were light weight and I always drop off at 8 AM in morning it was perfect for them.Well, I am not coming to this store anymore. I will drive a little extra and go to my old store in Miramar where I am welcomed and appreciated for what I was doing for the store.

I just had a horrible experience with this store. I paid for an expadite delivery for a time sensitive document to be delivered yesterday in Mexico. My husband didnt receive it and there is no tracking information on their website. I asked for a refund for what I paid but they refused to give it to me and the lady was so rude. She cut me off while I was talking and tried to help another customer. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will surely not be going back to that store!

Extremely rude customer service. I just left and was rushed out the door by this old Latin man. He demanded I pay for taping despite the fact I have never paid for tape at this location before. He pushed my box off the counter and shooed my out the door. I will be calling corporate.

I was dropping off a 60 lbs box around 20x20x20, a short white guy from the store helped me pull it out of my car and put it on the counter to then tell me it was too large & heavy and he couldnt receive it giving me an attitude. He didnt help me put it back in the car and kept yelling me that it was too heavy for him to take it.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Over the past decade I have had many transactions with this UPS store location. From Receiving my mail to packing and sending packages to the use of their office supporting services. The staff is friendly, capable and always provide great service.

This UPS Store offers everything..... from basic printing, to banners, thumb prints, passport pictures and then some.

We had an account at this store and the service was great. I cant say even a bad thing about how they work and we really recommend it.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. OWNER ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE $10.00 to tape two boxes that had tape on them as they were being sent back to the sender. I honestly only needed maybe 6 foot long pieces of tape. The owner was very rude, and was on a personal call speaking another language with 3 customers in line. I asked to buy a roll of tape as she stated they start at $5.00. I asked which roll was $5.00 and the independent owner replied I dont know, pick what you want. I brought all 8 rolls to the counter for a price check and the owner stated no Im doing a price check on all of then, then picked up the larger roll which I knew was unnecessarily strong and double the thickness of the samller roll which seemed perfect. I was shocked by her poor service and awful communication skills. She actually stated swearting at me when I questioned why she declined to do a price check and stated I didnt need to use her store. I obviously was unwelcomed and will ensure everyone I know, knows that this is a terrible independent operation who does not treat people well or fair. Inflated fees are not reasonable, however when great service is provided I have no problem overpaying, but

Arriving to pick up my package the lady who manages this store rudely stated she would not accept deliveries again if I didnt have a PO Box at her store. She was very unprofessional and rude. The store is listed with UPS as a location to be able to use as a designated pick up address. Beware, she doesnt want your packages!
