I had a exhaust issue with my 1997 Toyota Corolla and I was figuring that the fix would be pretty expensive. Thankfully Kevin of Mad Hatter Muffler, who was referred to by the first service station I went to, was able to fix the problem with my car and it was inexpensive. The repairs were made within one day of my car being left at the business. I was very pleased with the service provided!

I went to ask to get a muffler cut and see how much they charge, but when I arrived I went to the open garage door with one gentleman working on a car, I waited to see if anyone would come out to talk or if anyone wanted to ask if I needed help but for 10 min I waited, then a woman came with a man and they stood next to me and the gentleman that was working on the car stopped what he was doing and started talking to the couple and were laughing and talking about other things, so I tried to excuse my self into their convo and ask for help but the man ignored me and just said he couldnt help me. After that I left and would say they must have enough money or customers to just ignore potential new ones, just a fair warning to be hesitant with who you talk to here, hopefully they try harder or get new staff Because that is just tragic.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.. rude I called in advance and they told me the could do it then I get there and some guy told me that he couldnt do it bring it in anytime.. which Im dumb found how they just turn away customers. Very bad place wouldnt recommend anybody going.. just saying they close at 5:00 I was there at 3

Consistently great service for my muscle car!

I called this guy and simply asked if I could have my 2 flowmaster outlaw race bullets installed on to my race car after the headers (open dump) I would do it myself, but my welder is down...he said we dont work on headers, I said its not headers, its a dumped exhaust after the headers for racing. He said and quote, we are a busy muffler shop that does high end custom work and dont have time for cut and piece together bullshit exhaust...then hanged up the phone.. i was speechless. I not ONCE said anything offensive, vulgar, raised my voice..NOTHING. just simply asked him if he could install the race bullets. Either he was having a bad day, or simply could care less about the little exhaust work, but this isnt a jalopy fart can car. its a $150,000 race car i needed the race bullets on for tonights race. Thanks for nothing guy and I really hope your customer service starts matching your work. Until then, I will make sure everyone I know in the racing industry knows that you completely disrespected me and should avoid you at all costs.

I was told my exhaust pipe was too complicated to handle because it TURNS and BENDS is what the guys said. Then Hung up on me right before I could say anything
