It’s just a matter of me showing up and the store being closed even though it was 20 minutes past their 11 o clock opening time. Along with that they don’t answer the phone so I’ll never ever come here again. I really really am upset now, I wanted to give this company another chance but obviously it’s not worth my time if they can’t answer a phone. There’s things you need to do to have a sound business and happy customers, I’ve wasted so much time and for nothing at all besides wasting my gas and my time.

I have driven by so many times and finally stopped by as I saw they carry the brand of products I’ve been wanting. I don’t mind to use zelle but if that bothers you bring cash. I’m truly excited I can purchase from a local business rather than order online. I’m coming back for sure!

Great store. Knowledgeable clerk and very nice. He has a lot of different kinds of nutrients, HPS/MH lights, ballast, tents, and other supplies. Glad I stopped in and picked up a few things locally.

After finding out the shop wasn’t open due to the owner having COVID I felt horrible. Alex did call me personally to apologize and compensate me for my time, as this was my 2nd attempt. I really appreciate the prompt response to my review and look forward to taking you up on the offer for a free bag of soil on my next visit.

Amazing store with everything you need. Couldn’t find grow bags anywhere but here. Will be back for more supplies once I get deeper into hydroponics. Great vibes from the staff too! Guy with the eye of Horus bandanna was kind and passionate!

Alex was very helpful finding out what I needed by me Explaining to him. His knowledge help me out a lot with my gardening projects. Store stock up good and if not in stock he will order it for you and pick it up within a few days. So I will definitely be returning.

I found this place outstanding. Clearly above the rest. The store was organized and stocked with basically every line or things possible for the professional gardener ( if they didnt have it, they would not only get it, but get it at the best price ) What was most important to me was great customer service. The owner and his staff were obviously superior gardeners themselves and completely knowledgeable of all the products they carried ( it was impressively funny, its was as if they attended every product lines training seminar ) . The Family Friendly Like Atmosphere presented made shopping there a pleasure. Thanks Guys.

Great service, inventory and prices. Knowledgable and friendly help. If they dont have it they will order it in. I drive from the other side of town just to see Alex at Greentouch it is worth the trip, he is keeping up with the latest technology and very informative and always wiling to learn and share his knowledge.

We found GreenerTouch Hydroponics doing a Google search. We went here to accomplish my daughters science fair project. Brandyn and his co-worker were awesome ! They helped us purchase soil, coco and plant nutrients necessary to grow our strawberry plants. If youre looking for a hydroponics/growers store and want helpful people than this is the place to go...

Has good selection but the owner wont fix the credit card machine. Make sure you bring cash only.

Great experience while looking for general advice on DIY hydroponic systems and were willing to help with any part of the assembly. Knowledgable and friendly as well. Ended up leaving with a great deal and will be back for any further hydroponic needs.

Very cool place to go to theres a guy there name is Alex hes very knowledgeable about all of the products and he seems to know everything about all kinds of plants. I love all their products, plus great prices I will be going back as usual .

Actuall a far drive for me but its worth it.Knowledgable, helpful staff. Fun to talk to, I think I ask 5 questions each time I go. We all know this hobby allows many techniques to achieve a goal. Everyone has a little different style to grow.They Have a great selection of products.Prices are very fair.Ill keep making the drive.

Horrible. Got a ph meter that absolutely doesnt work that they wont help with. Also found out they have been overpricing their rockwool cubes by almost more than half. I will never go back. Horrible service. I suggest ordering online or going to electric bloomz better pricing with a more friendly staff. You lost my bizz forever greenertouch!!!!

Alex is the man and runs that place ver well. They stock just about everything you might need and can order anything they don’t have. Can’t beat the prices either

Been there 4 times. Staff friendly. 2 of the 4 times the front door had a sign saying be back in 15 min.

Saturday with signs saying open and hours of operation stated clearly drove 45mins her to watch 10 people including myself wondering why no one was there?!!!!
