Best place i could find so far!

Although i got what i needed, i was not happy with the service. I was told to come in with what i have after explaining the problem, upon arrival i was told i would have told you not to come if i knew it was that, well i explained it to you over the phone & you told me to come in smh..... After telling me i dont know what im talking about (working on cars/trucks for 25yrs) i was than told that the hose i needed is 7.42 a foot yes 7.42 a foot that comes out to 55.58 for 7 feet. After getting rapped i stopped at local auto parts same exact hose is 2.30 a ft so i guess if the owner doesnt like you your going to pay for it. I will most certainly never go back there again i rather order it from Amazon & wait a day

Old school store, very knowledgeable and friendly people, before I told them what I need they knew for what is the hose/steel pipe I had with me and they offer me few options of fixing it. Highly recommended.

How should I start, I have been coming to this location for quite some time now and I have been noticing the owner himself has little patients to deal with customers. I run my own business also and I know how to treat customers. Today was a different story, the owner was really in a bad mood spoke to me in a very rude manner not alone in front of other customers because I didt give him everything at once to change my hoses and have to walk to the back twice. Some people like himself need to take a course customer 101, so that they can be very successful. I myself will never go there ever again, oh should I say the prices are very expensive in my opinion.

Very arrogant people!, Even though I know about hoses and fittings they still are very condescending. They dont care about customer service or even trying to be nice to a customer, thanks but I will take my business elsewhere!!! and they are very overpriced $$$
