Amazing amazing experience! We did a total renovation to our office space which included replacing 11 wooden doors to glass. We started with a Empty storage room under our stairs, which was slowly transformed into our dream room. Architectural Glass & Design gave us the idea, the drive, and the look that we really REALLY love. Below I will add before and after pictures which I will add to Pinterest soon, that did THAT great. So impressed by what I see when I wake up, I dont drink Wine daily, but the look makes the house look bigger, more sexy and modern. The custom cut fit perfect, as well as they finished it with small touches and cleaned it up with finesse. I got a quote from Anthony over at Architectural Glass about a year ago when my fiancé and I were planning on remodeling our home. Then back in June we finally decided to pull the trigger and redo our staircase and showers . Their team was awesome! We wrapped up last week and it looks so modern, clean, and amazing . We will def use them again and have referred to all our friends and family!! Ask for Anthony!!!!!

We had a frameless glass shower enclosure installed when we remodeled our master bathroom. This really made our bathroom look incredible. We were extremely happy with the final product. Additionally, we were advised to improve the mirrors in the bathroom with floating mirrors. We went ahead and our bathroom looks marvelous. It is like a spa. We were so happy, that we went ahead and changed all the mirrors in our other bathrooms as well as put another frameless glass shower in our guest bathroom. We have been extremely happy with the workmanship of Architectural Glass & Designs, Inc. Our bathrooms now look like those you would see in a magazine advertisement.I usually do not write reviews, but the appearance of our bathrooms now is just incredible! Anthony showed up quickly and on time, he was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable, offering many professional suggestions based on my desires and budget. I agree with you Amy Bravo! I could give them a minus 1 star if I could. Very frustrated with AGM Architectural Glass & Mirror inc. specially with Anthonys customer service as owner of the company. It has been one year this month that I am waiting for him to come to my house and fix what his employees were not able to do it. They collected my check and deposited without finishing their job and disappeared. Unfortunately I was naive enough to trust them..... big mistake. After tons of emails and text messages with no answer, I decided to write a review after I read yours. My story with them started when I hired them to put my shower door after my huge renovation in my bathroom.... you can see in the pictures what kind of work they did. They broke my tile, delivered a different handle that was ordered, drilled in the wrong place to put the glass and tried to cover with silicone. I was at home the day that they were installing and the guy that was putting the shower glass was very rude saying he didnt want anybody around while he was working. They smelled cigarettes and not sure if they have drunk as well because I could smell alcohol too. I had to clean my whole bathroom after they left. Very bad service and customer service! When they left, they did not tell me anything about what happened and all the damages theyve done. When I checked their work and showed them that they have broken my tile, they told me the tile was already broken. Unbelievable they could lie on my face. I had the tiles done 2 weeks before their service and he tells me that the tile was already broken... seriously?? We learn with our mistakes and also when we read the reviews from people like us. I cant say enough about how great my experience was. I called Anthony with a timeline that nobody else could meet. I was finishing up an investment property and I was against the clock to get the shower door installed. The photographer was already scheduled and the listing needed to go active. We spoke at 5pm in the afternoon and he was there the next morning taking measurements. He gave me a great price and had the glass installed with time to spare. Looking forward to using them on all my projects!

Highly recommend AGM to anyone who wants any glass work done in their home. Hired AGM to install a glass shower door which they did a magnificent job ( lots of compliments). A month later we renovated our kitchen and hired AGM to install a colored glass backsplash instead of traditional tiles the result was amazing. They are efficient, clean and punctual.

Shower installed, looks great but had a bad leak. They came back, “fixed the leak”, and it turned worse. Its now 3 months later, still not fixed, even after several times of telling me it’ll be fixed. I paid the last check once the job was done. Now they don’t want to come back since they’re paid in full and because the guy who installed my shower was fired because he sucked. Plus he chipped the tile in my shower and I didn’t even stress that. I covered it with silicone. Lucky me. I Had to hire someone else to come fix the problem.

Really frustrated with this company all the way from the owner, office people and installers including his son. They didnt answer my calls, emails or messages for days and weeks, right after I pay them.Just 6 month later the shower door is falling apart and they ignore my calls, messages and lie to me right in my face, so they are not coming back to fix it.This is how it happened.Right after the installation the new bathroom got flooded after a quick shower. I had to call and leave messages several times for them to answer, they came and try to fix it several times, and every time they give me a different reason why that was happening, until the owner told me the seal on the bottom had a wrong pitch, so the water was going te wrong way. I had the tile installer replace the seal and we got flooded again. After more attempts to fix it, they manage to get it done. But now six month after they last fix one of the rollers got loose, the glass panel is no moving and they dont answer my calls and messages, after two weeks of let them know the problem and again no answer my calls.So I went to their office and on a Friday around 10 am, minutes after a text saying they were out of the office and really busy, I found the owner and his son seating on their desks, another installer and the lady who work in the office.After complaint with the business owner they start to attacking me verbally and justifying everything blaming to the tile installer ignoring the fact they measured the job after the tile was done, to make sure everything goes right and have the same flooding problem after the tile was fixedNow I have a falling a part shower door installed seven month ago and have to spend more money for somebody else to fix it.

Many, many problems with this company.1st they give you an estimate for both price & time to complete.2nd you make the down payment.3rd they delay completing the job. For me it was 4 times longer than what they stated. They told me 1 month and it took 4 month.4th once they have all they money they will abandon you and never help you if you have any issues or concerns.

Shower glass looks great, wonderful service

Hello everyone, this is a long overdue review. I had a glass bathroom door enclosure installed in my bathroom. I met with Anthony Martucci Jr. He promised me a 56 3/4 by 77 glass door enclosure with protective coating. well I received the door and they installed it and the door does not close snug to the wall. also, I never got the protective covering on the glass. I had to put a pitch in the inside of shower and on the sill that my construction worker forgot to do. they had to come back and take down the door so the pitch could me done. When they took down the door they did not want to take it back to the warehouse where it would be safe, I had to put it under my bed with a furniture cover so it would not get scratched, cracked or broken. Also they would only come down to Kendall when and if they had clients down here to do some jobs. Incredible, like I was not a paying customer! They came back and installed the door again and it was still not snug again against the wall. Also after using the shower it started to leak so I had to get a sealant and put it on the shower to stop the leakage. I put several calls to father and son regarding situation with the install and leakage and no response. Every time I take a shower I have to squeegee the glass and try to get the spots off the glass. Very disappointed. Would NEVERR recommend this company to anyone.

Unbelievably poor follow through and customer service. We hired AGM to complete a sizable project in our home. While the end result LOOKS beautiful, attention to detail and workmanship was poor, resulting in several problems. I have been trying to get them to come out to repair the safety issues (chipped, sharp edges, glass doors that rub/bang together and risk breakage) for over 6 months, and they failed to return countless texts and phone calls. Once I did get them on the phone and make a repair appointment, they did not show on four separate occasions that I arranged my work schedule to be home for. There were some aesthetic issues that needed correcting as well, but I had essentially given up on having those completed and simply tried to get them to ensure that the glass in my home was safely installed. I went in circles with everyone from the technician, to the office manager, to the owner and nothing was ever done. In the end, I had to have a new glass company come out to do the repairs. Interestingly, during construction, whenever it was time to collect a check for a deposit or payment, Anthony was always readily available. We worked with several contractors throughout our renovations, and AGM was the only company to conduct business in this way and ultimately disappoint us in a big way.

They were super slow and constantly delayed the project. They stated that the project would be completed within a month but it took them over six months. They installed materials that were not approved per the code.
