I have been a member of the Youfit Health Club in Davie, Fl. for at least three years . With the encouragement and health advice from their outstanding manger Tiffany, I have been able to not only reduce my body weight but also improve my muscle tone! Tall achievements for the head of the Wolf pack! If it is personal training you need Lauren is your go to trainer. Laurens passion and professionalism will get you moving on your fitness goals in no time!She and mangers Tiffany and Haley are featured in the photos. Haley insures that your workout has the best equipment and cleanest work out stations imaginable ! It has been a life changer for me being a member! Thank you Tiffany, Haley and Lauren !

The place was clean and plenty of machines available. Location is good and lots of parking as well.

One of the worst customer services that I ever had in awhile . Needs improvement at the front desk . Other than that gym is clean .

I have been a member for more than three years unfortunately since Covid I am not able to come back to the gym, I tried to cancel my membership in two opportunities and it was not possible due to miscommunication and not response from Youfit. Until I have the fortune to talk to Priscila who made the time to listen and in minutes fix the whole situation. Thank you Priscila for showing respect and care for your members.

Joined March 2020 before I knew covid was a thing. Not their fault, I choose not to enter a gym as I have health issues and not willing to risk it. I paid for a membership for a year I never used. I went into cancel and woman in the front was rude the moment I said I wanted to cancel. Why?? Not even sure but it wasn’t very professional. She then told me I had to pay $10 to cancel. Eye-roll worthy when she promptly tells me rudely “it’s in your contract”. Not everyone is looking to argue and you should treat people with the same respect when they’re canceling as they did when they signed up. I have no doubt there is some fine print but really? Charging to cancel? I would not return to a youfit because of her attitude.

Never overly crowded, awesome trainers, friendly staff, very clean and equipment is well maintained.

Wrote down the wrong contract. Auto renewed when they said wouldnt. Would not refund. Have to send in a physical letter and pay $10 to cancel.

I am appalled. My goddaughter was a member and due to these unprecedented times was not able to use her membership due to the closure due to COVID-19, which is completely understandable. However, she was notified that she would receive a refund due to the closure from COVID-19 and has yet to receive her refund. It’s unacceptable, my goddaughter is a working mom of 6, recently divorced and recently sprained her ankle and should not have to deal with this. Take better care of your customers and maybe you will retain them.

The spirit airlines of a gym. An ok gym and nice enough staff but they will find ways to take money from you whenever they can. Poor customer service. Cancellation fees no matter your length of membership. They kept charging during covid while the gym was shut down and refunds were so hard to get that I gave up.

Went late in the evening. Very few people working out at a given time. Sanitizer provided to spray down equipment after use!

The sanitizer is water down. Then I got a allergic reaction during my workout, I had to wash myself in the sink. I loved the people at the front desk, friendly and know what they are doing. I told them about they where helpful.

Been to millions of gyms and this is just the Best... The employees are so friendly and sincere and helpful... Their equipment is amazing... Its always sparkling clean since before the virus... Definitely love Victor!

Nice, clean gym with every piece of equipment or weight you can think of. The staff are friendly and very nice. The other gym-goers seems to be considerate. Overall, this is a good spot to workout.I am considering hiring one of their trainers, so I will post an update on that when it happens.

The people and team are super nice :)). One thing I do not like though!!! Every time i use one of the treadmill or elliptical in the last 1 1/2 Month, either one of the TV monitors was not function, bad picture or no tone! Can happen but it happens to often for my taste.

EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE. AVOID! I had a year membership that I used 1 time during covid and then get charged $25 when I dont want to continue with another 1 year contract. Go somewhere else where they are not trying to hustle you.

Called and talk to manger of davie location to ask why my account was charged even though I tried to cancel during Covid lady on the phone said there was nothing she could do and said “ I already explained the legality to you” and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!!!! What kind of customer service is that!!!! Ps this is how you treat a customer who has had a lime card for 2 years!!! Really sad

Love this gym! Their staff is amazing and knowledgeable. The layout and the way its sectioned by machine and body circuits makes the workouts flow great. Its clean, sanitary offers the most bang for the buck.

Love this gym. Only thing I don’t get is why there are 6 TV’s, 1 is playing football highlights, the other 5 are playing child cartoons, soap operas, and the view. I can assure you no one in a room full of testosterone cares about what Barbara Walters has to say. Again, love this place, but let’s switch the channels my people!

The trainers/employees are always very inviting and encouraging. The equipment/facility is always clean looking. The bathrooms are tidy all the time.

I have been going to Youfit Davie for 4 months and have lost 35 lbs! I could not have gotten as far, as fast without the guidance and motivation of my amazing trainer, Frank - thank you for helping me take control of my life again! The rest of the staff is always friendly too, even remembering your name as you walk in and making you feel welcome. The facility is always clean and I would definitely recommend this location.

Stay away from this RIP off low quality gym. Wait for Golds Gym coming to Davie. Did not honor what I was told about cancel fee. Glad I will not join again.

This is my favorite gym. Theyre very sweet and theyre willing to help you out in anyway you need. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the equipment is all brand new.

Work out there twice out of three times a week.The staff is amazingly nice, from greeting you when you enter, a smile like theyre glad youre there to wishing you a good day when you leave.The gym and locker room are always clean and neat.Everything you NEED is there. No pool, its not a spa.Best deal for the money by far!

I’m usually really picky about which gym I go to and this location is hands down my favorite. It’s not too big so working out and picking machines isn’t overwhelming when you go during it’s slower hours. The staff is always welcoming and respectful. I don’t see myself going anywhere else anytime soon!

Its a gym, but sometimes theres more people than machines. They dont have a pool or sauna but they do have showers and lockers. I dont like the color scheme of the place and the weights dont feel good. The weights feel a bit like plastic, not rubber and I feel like its a mom gym. This would be a 3/5 but Im just comparing this gym to ones Ive been to before. On its own? Its a gym. Do your work and get out within an hour or two, but if youre a power lifter and prefer the atmosphere and aura of a gym, and you enjoy the quality of the weights and dont use weight machines: This is not the gym for you.

Really clean and nice place the employees, while you are part of the team theyre really nice when you come in. Thanks God I knew what I was doing, nobody ever came to me asking if I needed help. Place is full 90% of the time, very small, and if you are going to do exercise seriously, no chance. The moment I said I was going to cancel my membership employees turned extremely rude, they even throw my receipt for cancel membership. Maybe a little bit of customers service training will help.

Organized, friendly, ans clean! this is a great gym. Instructors always have a smile. Equipment is always clean and variety of items are great!

Beem workingoit in this location flrna few months now but today i encounter a staff member calling me out from across the room to re-rack the weights, when in fact I have never seen any member re-rack anybweithts whatsover . i understand there are signs everywhere but ylu single me out for the cplor of my skin, we have a problem. Not recoomending to any friends or family.

After working out at other YouFit locations in south Florida, this is by far the best. Friendly and always clean, the gym is my go to.Thank you to anyone that attends and puts away free weights after using the equipment!

Ive unfortunately ended my gym membership at this location after 3 months and the experience here has been nothing but positive.This facility is always clean; the equipment/machines are always organized/in working order; most of all, the staff here are always positive and helpful.I cant remember everybodys names but thank you very much to Tiffany, Nik, Ian, Frank, Mario, Corey, Elena, Brooke, and the rest of the staff who made the experience so positive.Special thanks to my own personal trainer, Ian, for pushing me to train harder for the past 3 months. I could not have made this progress without your training!Would definitely recommend this You Fit as outstanding in the event that anyone is looking for the convenience of price, location, and positive service.

Gym is ok but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional...they don’t even greet you when you check in just hold the scanner up and look away as you hold the card...the manager is by far the rudest woman I have ever encountered.. the staff sits at the desk laughing and talking to each other while customers walk in without even being noticed...I guess they only care about getting you sign up and after that you are invisible...if you can go to any other youfit in this area but this one

Punching bags missing... everything else is nice but wish it was bigger because 5-7pm its hard to find a bench or a machine free...

I like the gym a lot.Clean and good equipment. Staff seems fine. The one thing I dont like is that they dont enforce the no slamming of the weights. There are a few people that constantly slam the weights every set every machine. The staff says nothing. If they cant control the weight they shouldnt be using it. Have a little respect for the equipment and fellow gym members. Legendary gym owner Joe Gold would throw people out for the day if they got caught slamming the weights. He even threw out Lou Ferrigno for the day.

Dont go here if youre serious about fitness. The insecure members and even trainers will disrespect your hard work and dedication and accuse you of taking illegal substances. Pretty sad

Horrible club, always packed and have tons of people waiting in line for any weight equipment. a 50 min workout (at 24hr fitness down the street) turns into a 90 min workout because there are lines of people waiting for every free weight or machine. on top of all that they are still trying to charge me for some other persons membership fee after 7 months of me explaining I do not know the individual and cancelling my membership. I have spent more time trying to talk to someone about the issue than working out. they just keep pushing me off and saying someone will call me (FOR 7 MONTHS).

What a SCAM. I signed up and haven’t used my premium membership in 5months, so I was going to downgrade my membership. Then they hit you for a $10 fee to click a button on their computer screen. Oh and if you want to cancel there is another $10 fee. What’s next are they going to charge me to use the bathroom!!! I asked when I first signed up and they said nothing about it. Terrible customer service!!! Go to a different gym

Easy to enroll, imposible to cancelled. You have do it exactly 10 days before your billing cycle or you have to come back next month and next months nth......don’t forget to bring a notarized authorization signed by you grand grand mother

The gym its self is great. BUT, move away and try to cancel, and theyll make you mail them letters and still charge you if they cant cancel the account before the next billing period. No negotiating on that, theyre managers are too busy to even talk about it.Im mailing my letter to cancel. Ill be back in a few months, but Im not going back to YouFit just because of how hard it is to cancel the stupid membership. It shouldnt be this difficult and cost me in the process.

Epitome of Shady business !!!started with $10/month in addition to some kind of activation fee of more than $40 when I joined the membership a year ago. The monthly fee increased to almost $16 recently and they are charging me another $40 something as an annual fee which I was not informed about at all. AND they said I need to pay $10 to cancel the membership, which again was never, ever mentioned.You probably can go to better gyms, not dealing with scams...

I enjoy this gym..the one I go to in Davie doesnt have all the bells and whistles but everyone is nice and it gets the job done.

I joined the Youfit Davie location in 2015 with my wife. The gym is perfect for us. We had never belonged to a gym before and were somewhat apprehensive but we both knew that this decision was an important one and a good one. The staff is awesome. The front desk personnel are welcoming and make it a point to acknowledge the clientele. The atmosphere is not at all intimidating. The personnel has changed over the past three years but the gym hasn’t. One constant with our experience here is Nik Brown. He took my wife and me under his wing and has helped us become people that we never thought was possible. We both feel better about ourselves. We are both stronger, in much better shape and the changes in our bodies is very noticeable. This has been huge not only for our self confidence but more importantly for our health. We have watched Nik grow with the company and even followed him to different locations. We’re both very happy to see him back at Davie. His influence on us was huge and it is apparent that the Davie location is even better under his watch. This is directly reflected by his assistant, Tiffany. She’s the best, love her! If you’re looking for a change both physically and mentally, Youfit Davie is the place to check out but remember, the change that you want starts with you first.

This place has gone down since I started working out here the staff is rude act like theyre doing u a favor the equipment is old dont enforce gym rules Ive tried to bring to their attention several times with no effect.To top it off when you cancel they penalize you $10 giving some BS about 3rd party billing. Good business would be to comp the fee and try to persuade you to come back but of course that doesnt happen because they dont care. I now attend planet and they have more new equipment and more perks like massage, bed chairs and tanning booths for less than ufit. The staff actually enforce the rules Ive seen them cancel memberships over violations. Its sad really that theyve arrived here when they used to be the place.

Horrible! I worked out in this place - about 4 months, cant say bad words about place itself, clean, just over busy after 5 pm, my GYM was at Davie FL. BUT!I cancelled my membership because I moved to different place, I approach personal to front-deck, and frisking canceled my membership. I have been told what next month I still be charged (because canceling 21 day before) but thats it. I wake OK and ask if thats it. Yep replays them. Finally after 6 months I still finding out THEY CHARGING ME 10 dollars every month cense then!! how come I can get this money back! and stop payments!

Very clean gym and the staff are very friendly. Evenings are always jammed packed like most gyms but if you go outside of those crazy evening hours, its a great gym to workout at. Early am or late at night are always a great time to go there.

Go in the mornings, all the equipment is new, always in order, and the place is definitely clean. Pretty decent setup, could probably get cramped during peak hours, but at 6am, $10 a month, you cant beat it. Guaranteed.

Yes it gets busy and cramped during peak hours but otherwise perfect. Love the staff, they greet me with a big smile and they usally know my name before scanning card. I go 5-6 days a week as a serious gym guy and i have no problem with the atmosphere. hands down favorite employees are Alma, Pauland, Clay, and Ali!

Nik Brown has trained me for 21 months...He’s now Director of Training.I’ve lost 45 pounds and lotsa inches and gained my self confidence back. CiCi is now my trainer and she is amazing!!! The facility is always clean and the front desk staff is quite friendly.Thank you to YOUFIT for giving me my life back!!!

Personal training here is a mess. There have been 3 manager changes in the span of 2 months. My original trainer was a no show twice and then argued with me about it during a whole training session and told me i needed to find a new trainer. He was subsequently fired. Then my 2nd trainer was great for a few weeks, then he had two no shows. The 3rd training manager who I spoke to said they would find a new trainer for me, and would call me back in a couple of days. She however never called, and when i called her to inquire, she had no clue who i was. Moral of the story.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PERSONAL TRAINING AT YOUFIT IN DAVIE!!!

I have been a member of Youfit for the past 3 years. I started out with Nik as my trainer, the best thing that could have happened to me. As a 61 year old woman, I had no strength or endurance at all. Nik was perfect for me. He began encouraging me to push myself and I began to see results. I feel better than I have ever felt in my life. If more than a week goes by, Nik will text me to see if Im ok and then wants to know when can he schedule me again. This keeps me on track by taking a personal interest in my progress. Thank you Nik Brown! Davie Youfit is like a second home. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. It has made an incredible difference in my life. :-)

When i sign up they told me i have to come 10 days before my monthly membership i don’t have to pay to cancell that’s why i pay first and last. So I went in 20 days before and still charged me and I asked why if they told me I didn’t have to when I first signed up and told me that I was wrong . That if I cancell 10 days before I have to pay 10$ and if I cancell after the 10 days they charge me the monthly($21.99) plus $10.00. So I was okay whatever it’s just $10 dollars. So front desk lady got someone else to help me cancell and kept asking why. When I kept telling her I didn’t have time. And she asks me if I’m better than anyone else if that’s the reason why I’m cancelling. I was with youfit for like 6 years but 👋🏻👋🏻Just Incase you ask who it was she has a mustache.

This chain of a poor excuse of a corporation is ran by a bunch of thieves and its trainer monkeys who follow(not the trainers but the managers they have running their health clubs. Not only was my wife charged after closing her account with this sorry excuse of a gym, when she attempted to resolve the issue the manager showed no attempt to follow up on why the account was never closed. After this incident, my wife was charged three more times on the following week. Unprofessional and disregard for any customer care.

Youfit is clean, has a very professional staff, and is truly a world class facility. Ive been to gyms all over the country and its rare to find a facility that has it all.

More clean and taken care of then most Youfits.
