After being a customer for almost 10 years had a DISAPPOINTING experience, we are the largest martial arts organization in South Florida opening our 7th. Academy so we order large amounts from Orange Sunshine, our last part of the order were also 32 GREY shirts but received ASH GREY and order form specifically described GREY. I even texted a pic of the GREY we have in stock so they can see it was NOT the color, so make the long story short ask to speak to owner instead she had an employee call telling me shirts wont be replaced. Now in reality 32 shirts THEIR COSTLY on a high end is probably $4, so 32 shirts is $128 so for them to LOSE a LONG TIME LOYAL CUSTOMER over that amount told me what type of person the owner was, not even a COURTESY of a phone call. Their loss is so beyond $128...there are plenty of shirt companies that will even deliver and VALUE you as a CUSTOMER.
