Love the hours. Open when ALL other suppliers are closed. Not to mention a lot of available stock when other suppliers said 6 to 8 weeks for a transformer I called Lucas and he informed me it was in stock and at a competitive price. I don’t wast time with other suppliers I use MDES for all my electrical supplies.

They get 5 stars because they are the only people open 7days . One very helpful gentleman at front was by himself, helping one customer at a time at least they are open so I truly appreciate that . Some of us work Sundays lol 😆

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is rude and lies aboit their return policy. I came in to buy some supplies and wasnt sure if I had the right stuff and asked for advise. I asked if they could en returened if it was not the right parts and they told me yes. The parts they sold me were infact the wrong stuff and when I went to return it they refused.I pointed out that they had said I could return it and the guy just looked at me with a nasty smile that had gotcha written all over it. I asked to speak with a manger which i was rfised and I ended up walking out at a loss.

We just purchased $21,000 worth of material from this place because they have an excellent customer service . Lucas helped us and he made this sale because of his professionalism and customer care . I will come back and purchase again . Thank you
