He guided us through the entire process and was able to provide my family with both an excellent price and a quality product. Where to start. I had someone come to my house about 9 months ago to measure for a door. They said it would be a few months to install and here i am 9 months later. This company kept giving excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long for the door to be installed, mainly referencing Covid for delays, but something tells me that isnt the full story and it has more to do with their incompetence.So When the Door finally arrives, 8 MONTHS LATER. It came incorrectly sized, my fiancé who speaks Spanish overheard them say this and also how it will give problems for the inspection. She told them not to install it if it was an issue and they proceeded to do it anyways. So they shaved into the wall as you can see in the first photo.The next big problem was the fact that the door has a 2 inch lip which is a tripping hazard. I have been to multiple houses with impact doors and what they do is excavate the site to push the door down so the lip isnt exposed. These people just laid it down on top and thought that was acceptable.Also they damaged my tile and left it exposed as you can see in the 3rd and 4th picture.So now I have been trying to speak with someone about how this will be fixed.. I must have called 10 times literally and each time I was told that the higher up I was supposed to speak to was in a meeting. Apparently this company has big meetings everyday about front doors and then forgets to ever call you back..... Sure........Now after a month I finally have someone from their company call me and ask for me to send photos of the botched job they did so they can figure out the next step, after I called for weeks and never received a call back but got excuses as to why no one could talk to me. She said she would email me and I could respond to the email with the photos........ Well guess what I never received an email from them..... How fitting.So heres the photos you wanted I am sure you will see it now.Also this company does fake reviews after they get bad reviews to hide them. They recently got bad reviews and now they have accounts with 1 review giving them 5 stars...I am sure those are legit..... as well as the other hundred or so.If you do business with this company, you should also hire an attorney to be ready to deal with their unprofessionalism and incompetence, I know I am.

We just signed our contract to move forward with USA Windows and Doors to replace a large picture window in our home. Michael Philips was excellent -- timely, knowledgable, personable, and easy to work with. He was transparent and objective on the project and we never felt like we were getting up-sold or pushed in a particular direction -- certainly cant say the same for some of the other companies we worked with. Further, we feel like USA offered a great deal and great overall value. Looking forward to installation.

The company really did come through with beautiful impact windows and doors. A lot of companies make false promises, the company kept their word. They told me the timeframe, what they needed from my association, and when we got the permit approved. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for impact windows and doors to use USA green contractors. They were timely and efficient in their service and installation. They offered the best prices and offer incredible financing opportunities making it possible for anyone to have new windows.

We signed a contract with USA Windows and Doors in November. Contract was finally closed out at the end of June. To start, they falsified documents for the notice of commencement to file the lien on the property. The notary they have on staff claimed we signed documents in front of her and we were identified by Government issued ID. We never set foot in their office, much less in front of this notary that works there. The salesman (Rashad) promised everything under the sun. Unfortunately, he measured out front door and side lights incorrectly and it was going to take so long to correct we cancelled that portion of the order. The time frame in the contract was not even close to being met and Covid 19 was the standard excuse for the manufacturing company. When CGI was contacted to vet their excuse, they had a different story. Once the windows were delivered, the installation took months to complete. Subcontractors would show up and do a small portion of what needed to get done and the excuse was, Thats not my job. When we called the company for answers we were met with aggression and behavior a prison inmate would exhibit from a person named Nikko (spelling?) At one point the company hired a slimy salesman type to mop up the mess and he resorted to blaming us for the issues. Other employees that were on site chuckled at what a disaster the operation was. The owners of the company finally came to the property and were extremely taken back by what they saw, but did nothing about it. Actions speak louder than theatrics. All in all, Jennifer made attempts to help, but she was defeated by the companys inadequacies and shorty after gave up. We would never recommend this company. Dont walk, run away.
