Its a shame the staff here are so non customer focussed. We love this brand and the staff here are dreadful, with limited service ethic.We walked in the door and were ignored. Even worse, we noted to the staff that the disinfectant bottle (at the door) was empty and we were just waved towards another at the back of the store. Hint: 1. Fill it up before opening (we were in 15 minutes after opening 2. Dont grunt at customers.Having said that, we visited the ground floor and mens floor. Spent 15 minutes wandering around looking at clothes and not one member of staff approached us. Why bother having staff??What did we do? Went across the mall to Boyner and spent 800lira on US Polo Association clothes there (1,700 at undiscounted prices). Staff were friendly, very helpful and professional.Postscript: just read the other reviews - this is a very common problem at this store. The management need to pull their heads out of their butts.

I prefer us polo for men more than women. There are 2 different us polo stores in istiklal strt, one with up to 40% discount and the other one doesnt have any discount.We were not aware, so we bought with full price and then saw the other one that has the same clothes but cheaper 😊So be aware..

Best sales rates.. i love foing there every time i come to istanbul... always good sale ... 40% .. 50 %.. buy one take one....

This is a review of USPA in the Citys mall, as it is some why unavailable on google. The intern working on the counter first started billing wrong items, and then after I asked for the tax free receipt said that I should’ve asked for it before paying. On my inquiry why she didn’t offer it before taking the payment she disappeared for a couple of minutes and then decided to say it’s actually a software problem. Needless to say, no apologies or other signs of politeness were shown, disgusting.

I like u.s polo brand a lot, i visit Istanbul every now and then but I always notice that the employees are not happy and they dont smile and they barely repeat what they say as there is a language barrier!
