I got my bridesmaid dresses here and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE them. The service every time I went or called was excellent. I ordered the dresses based on a small swatch and I absolutely loved the color. The dresses came in exactly at the time that I was promised. I would definitely recommend this place.

I ordered a $300 dollar dress from here in a size zero (they even measured me and told me I was a size zero). Shipping took two weeks to the store and when I finally got there to pick it up the dress was a size two. When I told them that the dress was the wrong size and they said they had changed the size because they “thought” it would fit me better. I was never inform of the size change nor did I agree to it. They changed it because they felt like it. Horrible customer service. On top of that they said they would give me $15 so that I could take it to the seemsstress knowing well that they would charge a lot more than that for the alterations I have to make to the dress since it is now big on me.

Bad service to customers, they do not take orders as the customers request, also if the order is wrongly taken, they ask the customer to pay for shipping, I ordered a dress for my baby shower and the order arrived way after it was supposed to. Not only that, it was a different size from what I ordered, after that they re-ordered and the dress came in a different color from the one I was expecting.

Worst customer service ever!!!. I’d rather go buy a ridiculously over priced dress at Nordstrom than waste my money or time here.

Worst Customer Service the lady that helped us didn’t really care about anything. We asked her to measure us and she did not. She also looked at us like if we had no money to pay. Worst place ever don’t bother coming here

On December 20 my pregnant wife came and bought a bestido. Supposedly she had to arrive on the 26th, well it arrived on January 8th and the baby shower is on the 13th. When she came to try on the dress it was u. Size 8 when they had to order a size 10. At that time there was no size 10 but they ordered an 8 to make the sale. Aller ordered another overnight dress and when it arrives it is another color. The truth is that the place is a show of respect. And the manager Devi wow how ill-mannered she lacks professionalism. In the end we had to collect the money and look for another place !!!

The worst customer service you can imagine, they ordered a dress that supposedly would arrive in 3 days and it took 20 days to arrive, it did not work for me since the person who attended me took my measurements wrong, they asked for another to arrive the next day and when I went to pick it up it was blue and not pink as I had requested. In the end I had to go without a dress. They are the worst store I know I do not recommend
