Searched online and emailed the dealer inquiring on a vehicles availability. Cameron Beneke got back to me promptly. Communication was great. We set up a time for me to come in. It was already late and getting close to closing. Cameron stayed around to help us with the purchase. Everything went smoothly, and they stayed until after closing to get the deal done. I bought 4 cars at this dealership over the past 5 years and traded 2 back to them.I placed an order for a new 911 and was confirmed an allocation for Dec 2021 at MSRP, no discount, no premium. As we get closer to the date, no calls returned, I left messages daily, no emails returned and weeks later the dealership asks for premium over MSRP. These are not Porsches standards of customer service. I will take my business to other Porsche dealers, Porsche West Broward is a very bad representation of the brand, absolutely a shame. What a disappointment.
We purchase a 2021 Dodge Charger less then 20 days ago. They claimed they did an oil change but 20 days letter it stated that I have an oil change due. Not only that when we were purchasing the car, the service at first was great then it became worse. It got to the point that we were going there everyday for an hour for 5 days. They even told us one day “ we don’t want to stay late “. I work at a dealership and we know not to treat customers how we were treated. I called today and to Major who is a manager. I told him about the issues and he said how do you know how to check for an oil change. Because I am female he assumed I don’t know how to change a oil change.

Daniel Guillen treated me with the utmost respect and truly listened to what I was looking for in a Porsche. He was extremely patient and considerate. He showed me the options I had at my price point and was direct and honest the entire time--no games, no gimmicks.In the end, I was completely and utterly satisfied with my purchase (2018 Cayman S, Automatic with all the trimmings!). My brother drove it as well and was unbelievably impressed with the scalpel-like precision of the ride. Even if it hurts you in the pocketbook a little bit, it is well worth it in the end. I promise, you will not be disappointed! Just go for it!I had a 2016 Corvette Stingray (beautiful car, loved it), but it doesnt measure up to Porsche engineering. Recently purchased a Porsche 911 from Porsche West Broward. I have owned a number of Porsches and have used different authorized Porsche dealers. My experiences have always been positive. The experience at Porsche West Broward was exceptional. My Porsche Brand Ambassador was Alberto Acosta. Alberto unequivocally takes it to a different level. He was responsive and efficient, and fast-tracked the process as I was only in town for a short period. He definitely worked with the highest regard to complete this transaction and treated me as if I was his only customer. Obviously, this was not the case as Alberto seemed to know many of the customers in the dealership. He has a great personality and exudes confidence in Porsche and also has an exceptional knowledge base concerning the vehicle. He explained the car in a concise, systematic manner and it was set to go when we completed the presentation. Alberto is a pleasant person and treats customers with respect. His passion and alacrity for the Porsche brand is unmatched. I feel fortunate that on a whim i went to look at the vehicle and met Alberto. I couldn’t be happier with the automobile, and after a few bumps in the road, the trade in value on my Macan was more than fair. Although the dealership is an hour and half driving time from my residence, I found their selection of Porsches to beoutstanding. The trade-in/buying process and subsequent paper processing went very smoothly. Great job by all!

Mediocre establishment. They charge 20-50k over sticker on all sports cars. Don’t fall for the whole “market base price” line it’s a strategy they use to make you feel like you’re not over paying for something you can purchase a lot less for if you go to Champion or The Collection. Management is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t exactly seem like they know what they’re doing… I’ve seen better customer service from a Mazda dealership. If you want the Luxury experience this is the LAST place you should consider going to. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time, money or interest in owning a Porsche.

I recently traded my car in and purchased a car from this dealership. Everyone I met was really helpful and was transparent. There were no high pressure tactics, just a great car buying experience. I took my car to the service department because it was not driving correctly, there was something wrong with the transmission. When I made the appointment I requested a loaner vehicle and told them that I would be leaving my car so they could check it properly and with no rush. When I arrived I wasnt given the loaner and they made me wait. They returned me the car after a few hours and said that everything was ok, that the problem was that I had incorrect expectations. A few weeks later a Transmission Error message appeared on my dashboard, I took the car to The Collection Porsche, there was a problem with the transmissions valve body, they replaced it under warranty. Now the car is driving perfect. I dont understand why sometimes service departments dont listen to their customers.

Let me start off by saying that car shopping is no fun for me!!The guys at Porsche West Broward changed my car buying experience! Being from out of state it was difficult to view the vehicle and thoroughly look it over. They arranged a walk around identifying the small imperfections on the vehicle. Putting on the financials in place was a breeze as well. When I was able I traveled to FL to buy the vehicle. While observing the vehicle there were more imperfections in the paint than i was aware. My sales rep alerted the supervisor of the body shop and noted the areas. When the truck arrived in Lexington I was very surprised at how well they had done in addressing those areas. Overall I’m very pleased with there communication, friendliness, integrity, and just in there delivery! Thanks

I stopped by the dealership a few weeks ago to look at different vehicles and I overheard Mayer Damouny, speak very poorly about one of his clients to another employee. I took my business elsewhere and decided it to go to another Porsche dealership.
I bought a brand new Porsche Macan and was a nightmare from the beginning of the car buying experience all the way to the end. The customer service has been horrible. They don’t return calls when called back and just a complete mess of a experience to buy from. I have bought many cars and this was the worst!!!! I was left on hold for thirty min just trying to buy the car. I ended up hanging up after 30 min because they forgot about me and left for the day!!!Drove 3.5 hrs away to buy a car that was not cleaned very well and was told by my salesman that the detail department is not very good there. Then had to have my car back weeks later because they forgot to do my pre inspection. This dealership then had my car for a week before they returned it back to me. They actually wanted to drive it back and fourth and put all the miles on it too. Finally they arranged it to be trailered after weeks of waiting. The Porsche connect never worked and I was not shown how to do it. It was said to be done when it was there for a week but was done on the wrong app for the other Porsche cars. I had to go to a local dealership for them to fix which was another hr and half out of my time.I was told the interest rate was 4 percent and turns out to be closer to 5 percent and the response I got was that it was in the 4s. I was told 4 percent.Did not respond back to calls when I asked to cancel the tire and wheel protection. I only wanted tire and wheel protection and was sold a premium package that included keys and dents when all I asked for was tire and wheel. So I was lied to and tricked into getting the premium plan I didn’t want. I had to figure out how to cancel myself and get ahold of the company.I advised when it down that it had been ceramic coated and they proceeded to put wax on the car which is not something you do to a ceramic coated car. I asked for A copy of the PDI and CPO inspection and was not provided it. I also asked for the window sticker for buying the car and was not provided that also. I also had some chips on the front of the car when I bought it and when I was told that the car was absolutely perfect before driving 3 1/2 hours each way. I been calling and waiting for payment for over two months of 200.00.So if you wanting a complete mess of a car buying experience then I would suggest Porsche West Broward. I will NEVER buy from them ever again.

Terrible experience. Service department, incompetent, unreliable and dishonest. Took my 2019, 1.5-year-old, 35000 miles (under warranty), Cayenne for the 3rd time in 2 months to have AC repaired. After having to wait for a loaner for about 3 weeks, the 1st time it was taken for repair, car spent 5 days in the shop and was told that they can’t find leak. They added refrigerant and proposed that I come back in case problems shows up again. After a week of the 1st repair, AC broke down again.The 2nd time it was taken for repair, car spent another 5 days in the shop and was provided with conflicting diagnostics by service advisor (Mark Wright) and service manager. One said it was the evaporator (which takes much longer and more expensive to repair) that went bad and the other said that the issue was related to a leaking high-pressure line (which would be an easier shorter/cheaper fix). Dealer opted for the later and tried their luck. Dealer replaced high-pressure line and noted in the repair report that no they found no issue after 2nd repair. However, this time, the band-aid like high pressure line replacement repair only lasted 2 weeks before AC broke down for the 3rd time.The 3rd time it was taken for AC repair, car spent an additional 37 days in the shop. I did not hear anything from the dealer until the 2nd week car was in the shop. On 3rd repair attempt, the diagnostics provided by service advisor was a bad evaporator and was told that dealer had part in stock and that car would be ready the following week. I did not hear again from dealer until day 37 stating car was now ready. Spoke to service advisor and he said, yeah, it was a bad evaporator. Went to pick up car on day 37 and service advisor (Mark Wright) gave me repair records and without going into any details said car is all good to go. Went home and could not enter my gated community until I realized dealer had broken and replaced windshield (which had access sticker attached to it) without being notified by service advisor. Finally, got home and starting reading repair records and noticed that besides breaking windshield while attempting to replace evaporator, dealer also replaced without my consent (and never informed me before, during or after) regarding the replacement of the steering column and servomotor. I find this deceiving and dishonest, not to mention that from a safety standpoint this is very concerning. Now, the work performed, (particularly associated with the replacement of the steering column), has generated new issues in my car and it now vibrates in the front axle. Contacted service manager and got a call back from service advisor (Mark Wright) who negated the fact that dealer replaced the steering column and servomotor (even though their repair records show replacement of these parts) and was told that they can’t fix car now as they don’t have a loaner to spare while they repair the new issued that appeared. What a complete joke and bad customer service. Now, I am stock with driving an unsafe car while they respond to me even if my car is under warranty.

The best Porsche dealer out there, the service advisor Wayne stone helped me a lot, and he went out his way to save me thousands of dollars on my repair. I used to go to the collection and their service and dealer dont come close to west Broward Porsche. Now the only thing in my opinion is Broward Porsche need to do is make their parts department a little more big, besides that not 5 stars but 10 stars, and now Im a loyal customer.

I walked in without an appointment on a Friday morning and asked if they could have me out in 2-3 hours. I knew they were busy so that seemed like the minimum. The service advisor said he’d do his best, and he did! They had me in and out in an hour and 20 minutes. The dealership was beautiful and I walked around looking at their impressive inventory. This dealership is extremely unprofessional. I went to the dealership to buy a car signed all the paperwork and even ran my credit. The next day they called me and told me that the car was sold to someone when I fully signed a contract and was expecting to pick it uo the same day. Don’t go to this dealership. Very unprofessional don’t shop here.

I drove from Tampa to purchase a vehicle at this dealer. I must admit I was a bit skeptical as I had previously traveled in to the area and had a terrible experience with a few nearby dealerships. I met with my sales rep Dominic who I had talked with earlier in the week. He actually came in on his day off. He was a professional and pleasant to work with. He bent over backwards to earn my business. No bait and switch, no nonsense here. They went straight to the point, upfront with numbers, no gimmicks, no BS. I felt so comfortable here I had no need to go the other 2 dealers I had scheduled to visit afterwards. I bought my car on the spot. The only complaint I would have is with the prep department. Perhaps because it was late but I expected a better prep and detail from a high end dealership. I felt I had to give their detailers lessons. To their defense, the General Manager Mayer was there and offered I bring the car back and he would have it fully detailed to my satisfaction. I drove the 3.5 hours home and took care of it myself. Perhaps I will take him up on the offer and bring it back one day when I can afford the drive. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely return and do more business with them in the future.
I requested to test drive the taycan electric vehicle that never happened. The salesman Leo immediately took me to the conference room and talked about numbers saying I read notes on the computer etc. apparently Daniel the salesman put notes on my profile. All said I never got to test drive the electric car I wanted. I guess I have to go to another Porsche dealership to make that happen. Now I am getting a decent lease deal from another dealership which is miles away which most likely be shipped to me and I havent even driven the car yet.The attitude the staff has here is beyond rude and talk down to youif u cannot afford the car they wont help you. I mean come at least come up with second options. They dont want to waste their precious time for a customer. When I leased my panamera that was not a good experience as well. Mayer manager is rude and condescending so i spoke to Taylor also a manager thinking female power lets back up the only female and give her the business. She kept interrupting my father and raised her hand to his face so he can stop talking. I did not appreciate that.Oh and after all that I didnt test drive the vehicle of course.The horrendous service may be likely due to their upper management because I havent met one single person who knows how to treat a customer properly. The two employees who were exceptional John the salesman and Sean the service advisor who have left them, I wonder why.This is my first of many reviews and will definitely be sending more to Porsche America and Penske Auto
ALERT!!!! I want to first describe my experience when I first walk into the West Broward Porsche Dealership at 5 PM when I first walk-in. The receptionist at the time was awesome with great customer service experience, making you feel welcome. When she paired me with a sales person, whos name was Yoram Gozlan, the minute he sat me at his desk he begin pre-qualifying me asking what car of interest and how much down and if Im a first time which I replied, yes to being a first time buyer. After that response, Yoram Gozlan started to give attitude of not wanting to move forward or even going for a test drive because of the notion of first time buying, just repeatedly saying your not going to get approve on a 2021 Macan Base model with 10k down for lease. Being the fact hes the Top 5 sales person at the store, you would think he would have customer service for such a prestigious brand. Ive never felt such prejudice in my life, where I had to insist a sales person to go on the test drive, and where hes making remarks saying hes seen plenty of you people here trying to lease or purchase this car before and its not going to happen cause his exact remarks where Porsche does not finance or lease its vehicle to first time buyers with even a good credit with 10K down. And proceeded to tell me the only chance is by putting 20% down to even be considered, trying to scare me off and persuade me not to even test drive the Porsche Macan. After Ive ask several times to test drive the Macan he eventually succumbed to it and grab the keys. After the test drive, I ask him for the pricing sheet for my shopping, and he repeatedly say we dont do that here, like if Im not even worthy of seating down to see my options to purchase the vehicle. Throughout the whole experience I felt a since of discrimination, and unfair treatment to receive the proper customer service by when he first said, Porsche is selective on who they select to finance or lease a vehicle and that certain people with certain job roles get the car. Now if hes one of the top salesmans at the store that means hes providing a level of service to sell a lot of cars, now if when he receives a customer like me whos first time purchasing with about 8k down with good credit and your not providing the same level of experience but rather try to persuade not to test drive the car with a straight face saying youve seen plenty of you before. I call that discrimination at its highest form, and Im not going to make this a racial thing, but no customer should ever experience discrimination in a establishment where products are being offered for purchased. For this experience I would not ever recommend any first time buyer with good credit and down payment of 8k to visit the West Broward Porsche establishment since Yoram Gozlan say people like you with Good Credit rating with 8k down Porsche will not approve of you. You just left the taste of prejudice in my mouth, and Ive been living in West Miramar since 2001, and come from a prominent family. If you dont know the person personally dont judge or discriminate upon your conversation cause you were not hired to discriminate based on class or race. One positive thing I will say before leaving the dealership, The sales Manager Taylor was nice enough to hear me out, after I pleaded to see numbers on the Macan, and she agree to show me the pricing breakdown even after Yoram look at her and said you sure want to do the numbers with a hard stare at Taylor, I can definitely say Taylor provided customer service. Besides the fact, if your in the market for a Porsche I would not recommend this store, youll be judged and discriminated against.

As usual, my service rep., Mark Wright, did an outstanding job in ensuring my car was serviced thoroughly and quickly. Mark kept me updated throughout the time my vehicle was being serviced. My experience, as usual, was very pleasant.
Mark, my service advisor, was fantastic in helping me set up a pick up and delivery. The team conducted an annual maintenance and corrected a problem with a vibration. It was fast and made very convenient for me. Ive used their service for years and it never disappoints.
I, John OBrien, was looking for an SUV for the N. Carolina mountains, with the option of automatic bright headlights, which turn on, then off, when an oncoming car is approaching. That is the one option I need because Ill be driving on the mountain roads, in pitch black, and you cannot see. I told this to my Salesman Dominic Sparacino. He told me this particular Porche Cayenne had it. So I purchased it on March 18th, 2021. I had asked Dominic how to operate the vehicle and he told me to go to YouTube! You would think the Salesman would know how to operate the car or, maybe, he didnt want to bother telling me. Anyway, a few days later, the only option I wanted was not in the SUV and, come to find out, it does not even exist in Porches, period! Ive been an owner of Lexus, Mercedes, Jaguar and Maserati, as far as luxury cars go. The salesman had never lied or mislead me to buy a car. I am very unhappy about this purchase. I would stay clear of Porche West Broward, and definitely Dominic Sparacino!
I take pride in owning a Porsche and I take good care of my car I recently took my car to get serviced and it was givin back to me dirty with oil stain on the hood and fenders the least u guys could do is pass the car thru that nice automated car wash u have at your facilities before handing the car over to their owners.P.s.. following up on customer satisfaction is a must

My 1st experience at Porsche West Broward was not good. I just order a simple key and they guys make 3 mistakes (all related to miscomunnication).1 - promisse 5 days to be ready. (It take more than 10)2 - when my key was ready, told me that porsche german sent 3 diferent keys and nobody know what is mine;3 - I ordered a key !! But when I pass to pick up, to my surprise ... you need by a service to make a coding ....My question: why ???? Theres somebody that order just a blade ??? I ordered using a VIN give me a key ready to work !!!!Bad comunication !!!! Really bad !!!

My experience was great. I had been looking for a 2020 Cayenne Coupe that had been a loaner vehicle. Porsche West Broward had several to choose from. They had more loaners that fit my criteria than my local dealership had new Cayenne Coupes. Juan Mallea was my salesman. We did everything over phone and email as I live in North Florida. He delivered the car in perfect condition with all of the paperwork ready for my signature. The entire process was easy and Juan was very professional and offered quick follow up....even after the sale was complete and I had a question about setting up cars wifi. I highly recommend Juan and Porsche West Broward.

This dealership is extremely unprofessional and operating outside Florida law, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Within 60 minutes of contacting them on Sunday, Feb 28th, the sales person and I had agreed upon a purchase price verbally and in writing by email and text message in accordance with Texas and Florida law. At the same time, we confirmed the availability of the vehicle. The process was going great for an out-of-state purchase. I provided my info, license and told them to charge my credit card. When presented with the contract, I requested the dealer adds ons be removed (LoJack), and why they agreed by text message that the car was certified but didnt want to put it on the contract per guidance from FLHSMV. I also asked if there was any wiggle room on the higher than normal dealer fee from cars Ive purchased before. As a note to those reading this message, Dealer Fees are the Dealers cost to prepare (clean, take pics of the car, and process) to sell a vehicle and usually are not $1k. Also, remember that Florida has no cool-off period - this means the deposit is not refundable if they missed something, so you must get this 100% accurate at the signature stage or chance losing your deposit. Right away, they said no problem give them 60 minutes to fix it, and the sale will be completed; this is the second confirmation that the purchase price that they sent me is acceptable and agreed upon, and we are just doing some standard contract cleanup. Then I get a very suspicious message the salesperson had left for the day mid purchase and will contact me Monday . From this point forward, I received the run around for TWO days; each time I texted or called, I was told they just needed another few minutes to get the paperwork processed by their finance team. I received text messages, voice messages, or recorded calls regarding this delay, and I kept urging that we were at terms and charge my credit card and provide me the updates I requested, and they agreed upon. Then 48hrs from the first moment I had agreed to a purchase price with the dealership, they tell me they just had sold the car a few hours prior, I asked for clarity, and he said they worked the deal very quickly from another buyer Tuesday . . . 2 days after I contacted them. In utter disappointment, I first contacted their manager Mayer; he said he would investigate and get back to me shortly. He never contacted me back, still now a week later. I was then contacted by his co-head Manager Taylor who did nothing to fix the situation and tried to make excuses why they did everything right by claiming we were still negotiating the price of the car . . .No, you werent Taylor; per Florida and Texas law, when your dealership and finance manager presented a cars purchase price, and I agreed verbally and by writing, we were at terms of the cars purchase price awaiting final contract updates that I requested. If there was an issue with what I requested, we could have spoken about it within the first few minutes on Sunday instead the whole time I was receiving verbal confirmation that everything was fine. Whomever was signing off on the deal delayed getting the contract updated for some unknown discrimination. Ive purchased multiple Porsches and luxury/exotic cars and will be filing a complaint with Porsche and my contacts at VWGroup over this blatantly illegal and clear-cut discrimination. This is not the experience any customer should expect from this luxury brand from violates the Florida and Texas joint law of verbal contracts and FLHSMV guidance. Runaway, and find another dealership that treats everyone equally.
Great Porsche Dealer, the building is beautiful the staff is nice. Servicing on my Porsche was pretty fast, my tech adviser Leo listened to my concerns and addressed them, they kept me up to date with the progress while my car was there.You can definitely trust PWB

My wife and I went into Porsche of West Broward yesterday as part of our car dealer tour de force in the process of deciding which vehicle should replace our 6 year old Range Rover Sport. I also own a Porsche Cayman S so my inclination towards the brand was a given, however, the superb attention provided by Kaleb Fowler on the sales team and later by his manager Taylor Moen helped seal a deal for a nicely appointed 2021 Cayenne that my wife selected.The ambience at the dealership is certainly upscale but not alienating (as is the case in many luxury brand dealers), perfectly clean and organized, showcasing wonderful examples of the German brands world renown engineering.The experience with Kaleb and Taylor could not have been more pleasant and positive. Five stars the whole way.

I just moved here from Lombard, Il to Hollywood, Florida my previous Porsche consultant was remarkable. But, now my new consultant Mark Write is just as remarkable- he is an individual who immediately interacted with me with professional courtesy. He did a complete walk around my vehicle (2017 Porsche Cayenne) before sitting me down in his office. I was there for my 40,000 mile major service. He discussed every major detail about the service. He put me at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly - And a loaner was waiting for me a 2020 Porsche Coupe - it was a treat to ride in it. Mark is a dynamic consultant and I have gained another thrusted Porsche consultant.
