Well this may just be because of Halloween but its not really an excuse. The place is dirty, therere arent very many workers and the workers that are there are pretty lacking.

Fine for cheap party or holiday ware.

Wanted to give a great review for this location. Office friendly, professional, and very considerate. We had purchased some balloons and a couple hours later a couple of them flew away, I returned in the staff was quick to help me out and replacing them. Highly recommend the store. manager Stephanie was very sweet and polite. Helped us out immediately.

So I went looking for a harry potter costume at this location and asked where costumes were located the girl sent us to the candy section smh

Went shopping for items for my wedding reception. This place has everything you need for a nice event. Inexpensive items that dont look cheap. And the store is always clean. Workers are attentive and friendly!!

I received very good customer service at this location. The Manager was very patient and very nice. All the cashiers were helpful. I was there for two hours buying items for a 25th anniversary. Purchased way too many balloons that couldnt fit in my car. The manager helped me to fit all the balloons and helped me to pull out of the parking lot. I ended up going to another Party City in Pembroke Pines and didnt receive the same treatment. I will definitely return to the Davie location going forward. The pictures I included are not even all the balloons or the decorations I purchased.

Because of covid I had to buy three different costumes bring them home try them on and decide which one wanted bring the other ones back and get my money back.But besides that the girl helping me behind the counter was so sidetracked with her phone and her texting and very apparently upset with somebody barely said one word to me drop my costumes twice she just seemed extremely annoyed and definitely didnt want to be there she only charged me for two costumes when I had three didnt realize it until I got home went back the next day to get my money back because I didnt like the costumes. and gave them their costume back that they didnt charge me for.I would highly recommend not allowing your staff to carry their cell phones she definitely should not have been helping customers.

If youre throwing an event, you HAVE to go to party city. They have absolutely everything you need. When its Halloween season, they have all the spooky decorations and costumes you need!

Went in due to sighns all over doors, Windows Halloween clearance sale...I go in and pick an animal mask and 50s costume pieces...mind you, they were all in the isle with All the costumes with Orange Clearance signs up and down the isle with some saying 90% some 50% some just Clearance, like the one above to 50s costume pieces to get to the register to find none are on sale and being told just beccause the sign are there doesnt mean they are on sale.WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME...I DECORATE MY JOB FROM THERE FOR EVERY HOLIDAY BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!!

Friendly staff. Well stocked with variety of items. There are $1 only cards available such as birthday cards, etc (marked $3-5 ea) but ring up as $1.00 which is great.

Horrible customer service, follow people around the store like if everyone was a thief and at the register when you are going to pay 3 people filling up balloons with more than 5 customers in line with Nike to check you out just look your way roll their eyes or laugh.. Sad

I understand the holidays are rough on retail workers, however, Im really disappointed that I spent $30+ dollars on New Years Balloons and they were deflated within a few hours. The cashier told me its $1 extra per balloon to fill and I said thats fine. She told me that with helium the balloons should last 3-4 days. I was so disappointed that I had to drive 20 minutes back to the same Party City the next day on New Years Eve and they gave me basic plain balloons as a replacement. This was a huge inconvenience and it would of been nice if they added at least one extra balloon with a New Years style. I know its just balloons but I spent $30+ on them for my party. I will not be purchasing balloons from them again. The cashier was rude with her fake eyelashes batting them at me for this inconvenience that wasnt my fault. Its rude to roll your eyes at a costumer who came in nicely. I worked in retail before, I get it. But Im so upset with the service and unprofessionalism. I ended up leaving with the $1.49 with helium balloons instead of the nice ones I purchased :( they definitely killed my vibe.

Cannot believe they are discontinuing pastel baby blue in solids supplies. That and pi k are basics. Bad bad move.

I usually shop online for my party Items, however when Im shopping last minute always find my party supplies at the store. They have a great selection on party themes.

The service personnel were excellent and directed me to the right aisle. Love this place...all the items I wish the other stores had.

Nice variety of items and ok prices. Had a bit of a wait at the cashier though. She was blowing up balloons. I think she should have attended to me, then go back to her balloons. Its not as if a customer before me was waiting for them.

Good prices gratis for hollween costumes

I always come here and everyone is always helpful and whiling to give a helping hand. My balloon orders are always accurate and ready when needed as well. Great supervision when it comes to trying on costumes I like that.

Called them last min. Looking for ROUND table cloths on yellow. Everyplace had white but not yellow. To my suppress they had them and at $2.19 each I didnt feel gouged! She put the on the side and 15 min later I had my 10 round yellow table cloths!! Loved it!!!

They have everything you need for parties with particular themes for young children for teenagers and even for adults. You will find what you need at Party City.

Being a retail worker myself, I understand how frustrating it can get when the system goes down and you have customers waiting, but there wasn’t even a handful of customers within the whole store and the I guess manager or whoever she was, short Hispanic lady there was rude af. We just wanted to purchase balloons for my boyfriend’s birthday and see the choices we had, but the lady just walked to a poster that had balloons on it, slapped her hand on the counter and told us that’s what they got and went back to the register where another cashier was at.. like she didn’t even offer good customer service, good customer service is attending the customer, telling them their options, interacting with whom ever the customer may be. She was fine attending the Customer who spoke to her in Spanish even laughed and what not. I don’t know maybe next time I’ll just speak to her in Spanish and hope I get better customer service, if I even come back here. This party city needs a new leader.

This is a good place to go for party items. The selection is wider than somewhere like Target or Walmart, but the prices are higher. Unfortunately, the shopping carts are terrible. We were unable to find one that rolled which also has a working child seat.

Not many costumes and the ones that were there were extremely expensive AND you had to pay for ALL the accessories separately.

This is a great place if youre having a birthday party or any other type of party wedding, baby shower, graduation they have tons of decorations and props and party goods.

I came here for my daughters birthday party. Last minute deal, which I was able to decorate for my daughter. Party city is overpriced and the selections should be better for the price that you pay. However, since I was last minute shopper and didnt plan right. I paid the price. The store itself is messy, and unorganized. And it lacks employees. I found the same decorations in my local family dollar store a few days later. Plan better and youll never have to pay for decorations ar overpriced party city

I cant express my appreciation for a particular staff member here enough. I wish I had asked her name but I was so extremely stressed that day! I had 100 tasks on my to-do list and ran in to pick up a costume for my toddler who was going to a party later that day that turned into a costume superheroes party at the last minute! Most of the costumes for Halloween were still in boxes. This amazing girl found and unpacked the box with the original blue & gray Batman costume that my 3 year old had his heart set on! Im so greatful! Thank you! ❤

Always Find What I Need, And Great Customer Service.

I came to this store to purchase some party supplies for my nieces birthday. This was immediately after I left carters right next door. I went to an associate and asked where is the party supplies for the children as I entered. He directed me to the area. I walked down the isle ( mind you this isle is directly in front of the register. I stopped halfway down started looking and immediately decided i was going to buy the unicorns which was at the front of the store same isle. I turned around and noticed this heavyset white guy prentending to fix somnething on a display looking down. I continued to get what i was lookng for. As I was checking out I asked for the manager. I explained to him it is very uncomfortable as you enter a store the first thing is having someone following you. I told him I understand all types of people steal and someone cant differentiate but the situation was very uncomfortable. Mind you I undersatnd I had bags from carters but if any anyone has ever shopped in this party city they know the parking situation on weekeds especially a saturday. As a working class black women I have always been conscious of going into a store with bags especially large bags as a black persom. I had a 4 y.o and a 7 y.o, car parked at the far end of parking lot.These stores were next to each other. I explained this to the manager as well. I saw a lady, a black lady leave her bag at the front(as I was picking out the unicorn supplies ). I explained the above to the manager and made him aware if I had known I was able to leave my bags.I would have.He stated that this is not a policy and he would speak to Clyde about it. I will be contacting corporate. As a black person it is very uncomfortable to go to places where people think you are stealing. That is the problem in America with these stores. THEY( WHITE PEOPLE FOCUS ON THE WRONG PEOPLE(BLACKS ) most times. That is why all.these crimes which i will.not mention are committed by their own and go unnoticed. Needless to say I will not go in this store anymore. If I do have to go I will go to another store. My motto is keep watching us blacks because its your own kind that will be doing the damage without you knowing. This is a warning for african. Dont frequent this store if you want to be put 8n the same situation. I SAW WHITES ENTER AND HE DID NOT FOLLOW. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE AS WELL.

This place is packed with people looking for costumes, lot of costumes are sold out so I would check the website before going to far still great selection of costumes and extras plus quality is much nicer than the big box stores for same price range

If I could give no stars I would. I called to ask a question and the lady in the phone was very short and rude with me. When I asked her to check the time the place closed because I thought it was 8:30 and she thought it was 8 she sighed as if it was a big deal that she had to ask someone what time the store actually closed. If it wasnt for the fact that this was the only place near me that had rose gold balloons I would not be going here.
