I had a great experience picking out my dress and especially having my sister and mom there. The process was easy, as they are so knowledgeable on their dresses and really listen to what the bride wants and is looking for. I would say the only thing I feel is missing is a bit more of that “photo moment” meaning have a back drop perhaps and props with “I Said Yes to the Dress” and such, I feel like it gives it more of an exciting feeling / vibe for the bride. Also, would have liked if they asked me if I wanted to take a picture VS me having to be the one asking, to have it taken. Other than that; location is fabulous staff even more. Loved it! Recently patronized this business to rent a suit for my husband. While we were there the employee helped us but it felt like the she didn’t want to help, like she was just uninterested in being there. I came here with my mom to try on wedding dresses and overall had a pleasant experience. There was a large selection of dresses and most of them I was able to try on (a few I chose were way too small). However I’m surprised none of the reviews mention the silly “no pictures” policy. After spending 1.5 hours trying on dresses, I was stuck between two very different dresses and the sales associate said I could only pick one to take a picture in. I even FaceTimed my sister in law to get a 3rd opinion between both dresses and she tried to tell me they don’t allow FaceTime. We felt this was all silly and bit childish because I live out of state as well and don’t have the opportunity to come back and try on dresses all the time. Needless to say, I left the salon with no dress and conveniently only had photos of the pricier dress to look back on. The whole situation left a very sour taste for both my mom and I. We won’t be returning again as we found the same dresses at a different retailer.

I came here for a bridal and bridesmaids appointment and when I say hands down the most AMAZING staff!!! I MEAN THAT!!!! Imani was such a pleasure to work with. I really had fun while shopping for my wedding dress! Due to COVID-19 protocols, I was only allowed to bring two people with me and stay with my mask on the entire time which was fine. The stylist that assisted me was Sherika. She was a delight from start to finish. Was our last stop after David Bridals which had very poor customer service. We LOVE it ! They had the best service ever!!! Very knowledgeable staff and most importantly the quality of the dresses was worth the price.

Although I did not find my dress at RashawnRose, I had a wonderful experience going there. Imani worked with me and was very helpful and offered great advice. I didnt feel pressured at all and Imani even pointed out a few things to try if I went to other bridal salons. She also followed up with me after my visit! My only negative is that they only allow you to photograph one dress during your visit.

The minute I walked in I was greeted, the place was so beautiful and clean, and covid guidelines were enforced. Didnt even have to wait an extra five minutes to try on prom dresses. Sherika was my stylist and she was so amazing! Recommended things out of my comfort zone when it came to the color and they ended up looking gorgeous. She even asked me about the hair and makeup I was doing, and sent me the number to a place to get my dress altered. Was a great experience overall :)

My wedding dress team (mom and best friend) and I, traveled to Miami for a two-day dress hunt/girls vacation! I found Rashawn Rose Bridal through a Google search and was intrigued by great reviews and selection of designers. Imani was my consultant and she took such great care of us! AMAZING! From the second I walked into the door, I was greeted by two lovely ladies. Not knowing I had to have an appointment, instead of turning me away, they worked to make sure I could come in and shop for prom dresses. Amazing selection of Sherrihill, JOVANI, SCALA, and sooooo much more. The store was clean, organized, comfy, welcoming, and so cute. The amazing woman who helped me pick my dream prom dress was Vishaal G. and she was so amazing. I’d try something on and she’d immediately compliment me in it, even if I didn’t feel awesome about it. Me and my dad both spoke with Sherika on the phone a few weeks prior to my scheduled appointment, and she genuinely has the SWEETEST soul. Once I got there, I can’t put into words how even more amazing she was in person. The original dress I went there for did not turn out to be the dress I said YES to. I bought my wedding dress here last month and cant say enough wonderful things about RashawnRose! I had never tried on wedding dresses before and had no idea where to start. When my mom and I arrived, we were fortunate to have Gloria as our consultant and she was absolutely AMAZING!! She knew exactly what dress style would look best on my body type and made me feel beautiful. She is honestly a bride whisperer and total genius! I had a completely different dress style in mind (from all my Pinteresting) that didnt flatter me at all once I tried it on. Thankfully Gloria was there to guide me in the right direction. We had so much fun with all of the ladies at RashawnRose, as everyone ended up joining in on our fun to share in my bridal moment as I found my perfect dress. Frankly, I was hesitant in going to RashawnRose Bridal due to some of the reviews on here. However, they were the only bridal shop that carried the dress I was originally interested in, so I gave them a call. The person I spoke to that day was so kind and patient in answering my 20 questions, that I decided to setup an appointment. My first visit was on a busy Saturday, and the owner, Rose, greeted us and made sure we were well taken care of, despite having a full house. We were then directed to Andrea, who is nothing short of amazing! Due to my wedding being so close, the dress that I wanted would not be available on time and as a first time bride (not that I am planning on it to be a second time), I really did not know where to start. Andrea made this experience so easy by knowing what would be a best fit, being really patient with my crazy family, EXTREMELY kind, and providing stellar customer service. My second visit was today and I, of course, said Yes to the dress! (Thanks again Andrea for knowing exactly which dress would fit best, based on shape, and venue etc...). Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to make a few changes, and again today, the owner Rose was so warm and nice and beyond helpful and understanding, that I wanted to cry happy tears (perhaps I did in the privacy of my car :D). Again, THANK YOU to you all for making this the best experience ever! The fact that this was the only bridal shop I visited, despite not being able to buy the dress I originally wanted and me being picky, speaks VOLUME. I cannot thank you all enough

As a bridesmaid, I had a terrible experience getting a dress from this place. This shop would have not been my choice due to their poor customer service skills and their overpriced dresses. The young girl who took my measurements was the only one that I can say was polite and made that part of the process simple. But apparently, those measurements were not saved on the computer, so I had to come back a few weeks later when they realized their mistake. I had to take time from work to go get measured again, and at a moment’s notice to ensure the dress would be ordered on time to avoid further delays. This was also the case for a couple of girls on the same bridal party. The dress arrived later than they said it would, which delayed a previous appointment made for alterations. I am petite, so I knew I was going to need to have the dress trimmed. When I called them to ask when I could pick up the dress, the owner answered, and I have to say her customer service skills are so disappointing. She kept me on the line while having another conversation with her employees, having total disregard for the fact that I had to repeat myself at least 3 times because she was ignoring me and carrying on with her conversation. She wouldn’t even put me on hold instead kept raising her voice at me as if I was interrupting her.If you are a bride who wants to avoid mishaps and headaches when buying your dress or your bridesmaid’s dresses, I would not recommend this place.

I found a gown the very same day I went. I had a tight budget, and they respected that. I felt special, important, and beautiful. I love this place and will recommend to all my friends who are getting married and who will get married in the future. My gown is gorgeous, and people cant believe that I got it for the price that I did. My experience at RashawnRose Bridal was amazing from the moment I walked in. Shaunette was unbelievable!!!! She made me feel amazing in everything I tried on but was also super honest about what she thought looked the best which I highly appreciated! It was really truly the best experience I had while shopping for my dress. They are also super accommodating to your requests. I requested sleeves to be put on the dress and Shaunette took the time to give me an idea of how it would look. Overall amazing! Would highly recommend!

I’ve been waiting until all my girls (bridesmaids) received their dresses in their hands to finally write a review. My experience as a bride at this place has been nothing but STRESSFUL! Made an appointment in advance for all girls to try on dresses as one of my girls was traveling out of state. With an appointment we still had to wait a little to be attended. All the girls decided on a dress and were measured same day by employee to place an order. Employee wrote down measurements for each bridesmaid so when we placed the order everything would be in their system and ready. About 1-2 weeks later we called to place order over phone and not 1 not 2 but THREE measurements were misplaced! 3 of my girls had to go out of their ways again to go get re measured. I know accidents happen so we let it go and continued with them. We did have a little bit of an issue with one of my girls that was a little delayed with placing the order but we finally made it. The owner ROSE spoke with me and gave me the date of when we should be receiving the dresses and guaranteed that I would get it on time as I emphasized that one of my girls lived out of state and needed the dress on time for any alterations that needed to be made be done. She again guaranteed that it would be on time. Date she gave me came around the corner and I called and she treated me as if I was crazy! She denied the date of arrival and even made me feel like I had made up the whole thing about the date ! She was extremely rude to me instead of being professional and apologizing or trying to make this situation positive she said she would NEVER give a date. We hung up and dress took almost 2 weeks longer the the time it needed to arrive. I asked if she could mail out the dress to my bridesmaid out of state as this was over due and her answer was: ABSOLUTELY NOT! Could have been nicer with the situation and again she practically was making me feel as I made everything up with the date. Little did she know that I had proof with her name in a text where she wrote the date of arrival ! And yet she still didn’t apologize her answer was :well it’s wasn’t that long after ! Looks like ROSE aid after your money and will do anything to lock in the money after that she DOESNT CARE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!

She automatically understood my style and directed me to a dress that was perfect in all ways. First time trying on wedding dresses, I fell in love with the first dress I tried on. Experience was great, from the private suite and mimosa to my very personable consultant. I loved that it was a (Jamaican) family business. They have an amazing collection of beautiful dresses.

I bought my dress there because I didn’t have too much time left until my wedding ceremony. The girls were very nice but they sold me the dress saying that alterations will be easy and cheap to get (because the dress was big on me and too long). I went to the place that they told me and had to pay $300 for the alterations, which is a half of the price of my dress. This is ridiculous and now seems like they just wanted to sell me the dress no matter what...Very disappointed because of that but nothing I could do because I couldn’t return the dress and didn’t have too much time to find a new one.....- Anastasia

My wedding is in 4 months and I was scared thinking I would not find a dress I love and come to my surprised, I fell in love with a dress and it was meant to be. So I got a call after booking my app, the lady said that there is no wedding dress starts at 350, which I put there because I dont know what they have, I have to cancel because she telling me to go online, because what Im looking for is a social setting, Lol unprofessional and dont judge by what customer puts down, but by encourage them to come in and make a selection, no stars for them!!! A woman will SPEND amount on her dress

I had the most incredible experience with RashawnRose Bridal. Shaunette is absolutely the sweetest, most helpful, amazing woman ! I trusted her so much I let her pick my dress and she did awesome! Miss Joy is a must when in comes to dress alterations ! I swear shes a magician! :) She did an impeccable job and you only have to get fitted once! (Shes THAT good!) If youre looking for a dress, this amazing, family owned shop that makes you feel like youre one of their own is the place to go!Love you guys!

This the best place to go to in south Florida . They really took good care of me . My dress was stunning. I highly recommend this shop because they have unique dresses and it’s not as expensive as much bridal shops. Shanette is very knowledgeable and I’m glad I went to Rashawn Rose .

Rashawn Rose Bridal provided me with a WONDERFUL experience for a fitting. I did not end up buying my dress here but that has nothing to do with the gowns they offer or exceptional service!I was called a day before my appointment by my consultant, Vishaal, to talk about my likes and dislikes. On appointment day she greeted my family and I and was already prepared with some dresses and let me browse as well. She was so patient and kind. My #1 pick at this store was truly stunning and a new style of wedding dress I felt. They have gorgeous gowns and the dresses and facility are well kept and clean. It is a family owned business and you definitely feel that here ...the owner and her daughters even stopped by my area to look at my dress and chat a bit. They werent too busy for anyone.Although, I did not end up with a dress from this store ...I highly recommend Rashawn Rose for any bridal needs! They were so WONDERFUL!

The service was amazing, I found the perfect dress very easily. The dresses are a bit pricey but the quality and craftmanship is gorgeous. I would recommend this store to everyone, make sure you get your reservation!!!

I went in planning a wedding asap. Said really had no time to help me. But would show me a few dresses ONLINE ... ok so I was still willing to look. Began telling her about a dress I saw and liked so she could get an idea of what I was looking for... she asked if I saw it in a store, I said yes. She said well you can just go buy it from that store! I was shocked and turned to leave, she said where are you going? I said obviously I’m leaving because you don’t want to show or sell me anything.Never been treated so poorly in less than 5 mind. And in an EMPTY store.

I had the most memorable time picking my dream dress at Rashawn Rose! Andrea was AMAZING and the staff was so supportive.. felt like family. I am so glad we made the drive down to Davie, FL to meet these ladies! Such a breath of fresh air! I cannot wait to wear my wedding dress!

I’m so happy I chose RashawnRose to get my dream wedding dress! Let me start off by saying their customer service is GREAT. Long story short I found my dream dress here, cried when I put it on, the works.... I left feeling so happy and confident with my decision. UNTIL I showed my dad pictures of the dresses I tried on. Although he loved the dress I chose he did point out that one of the dresses that I had tried on was just as beautiful and asked why I had not gotten it. I told him that unfortunately the dress was out of our original price range and I really did not want to spend more than we planned. He reminded me that this was one of the most important days of my life and he wanted me to be HAPPY and get the dress,plus the dress wasn’t that much out of the budget. I told him that I had already put a deposit on the other dress and I wasn’t sure because it had already been a whole week. He told me that it wouldn’t hurt to just ASK. So I did, and I’m so happy I did. Shaunette was an angel. I told her the story and we were able to cancel the other order and apply the original deposit to the new dress. She even squeezed me in first thing in the morning to try on the dress and make sure I was POSITIVE this time. I’m so so so happy. I will forever be thankful to this boutique for making my wedding dress dreams come true! Brides, do yourself a HUGE favor and check them out. They are AWESOME.

Great dress shop. Lots of variety and colors. The staff there are awesome. My daughter was able to find her prom dress within an hour.

Great customer service the woman who helped me was very sweet only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they asked me what was my budget in a questionnaire and when I got there I was given dresses were way past my budget and didnt know until I tried on the dress and fell in love with it and could not afford it. But I work in sales so I understand it could have just been a simple mistake other than that great store!

Super friendly staff and helpful for someone like me who is indecisive, amazing selection of dresses.

They charged my bridesmaid an additional fee 3 months AFTER she had already paid for her dress. No one told us anything in advance about this charge, they waited until we had to pick the dress up. Rose, THE OWNER, ADMITTED several times that it was her EMPLOYEES FAULT as to why this fee was not added the day of purchase 3 months prior. I asked if this charge could be waived because it was not our fault and that it would be unfair to hold a customer accountable for an oversight on their end. Rose REFUSED and would not give us the dress until WE PAID FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Normally when a business makes a mistake they take responsibility for it. Not in this case, RashawnRose Bridal takes ADVANTAGE of their customers. They dont care about anything else except the money. Not what youd expect from a family owned business. Ive never experienced such awful customer service in my life. Shame.

Wonderful experience with person touch from owner. Only drawn back was by the end of appointment felt a little rushed. They have absolutely beautiful dresses that you dont see everywhere.

Very friendly environment. My daughter and I went to a couple different places to look for prom dresses and the professional attention these ladies showed was nothing compared to the other places we checked out. My daughter is not really a girly girl dressy type but they managed to make it an awesome experience for her and us. Thank you Shaunette for helping her find the Yes to *her* Dress!

Went in and asked for the same dress as Konshen’s wife (she tagged this shop in her post), the woman looked me up and down and told me I couldn’t afford it and refused to show it to me. Needless to say I got the same dress from a different location. Disgusting attitudes from every person in the shop. Shop somewhere else!
