Excellent customer service. I will be returning to get my new tires. I just went in for a tire repair and ended with new credit and a new customer coming soon to buy. I can advise anyone to apply for their credit, it has a lot of benefits attached to it.

Rayon was GREAT!! Filled my tires to the proper level and Ill go back tomorrow for a patch or new tire. Explained the tire numbers and letters to me and was amazing... great customer service. May be my new mechanics also.

Bad Business, I took my car for a new battery. They talk me into new tires and alignment.They can’t reset my tire pressure in my car. I left with the light on. Didn’t know if have the right pressure in my car. A car hazard. My husband had to call dealership.. Don’t up sales if you can’t do the correct work on the car. BAD Business

Great service, very knowledgeable, and there to help! I had to get my flat tire replaced before going out of town and no one carries my size tire. Renel was able to get my tire the same day and have it replaced quickly. I had to visit the location again today for getting a nail in my tire. Renel talked me through my options since it is in a difficult place and was able to use my warranty to have it replaced. I am very thankful for the team at Tires Plus!

Scam alert!!!! Stay away from here!!!! I went here this morning after calling and speaking to Renel where he told me it would cost $35 to fix my flat tire that had a nail in it. I left in my girlfriends car (she followed me there and waited) and I received a call about an hour later. They told my girlfriend that I should replace all 4 tires and get an alignment. I go to Toyota every 5k miles on the dot and my car has 28k miles on it. Toyota told me my tires have plenty of tread for another 15k miles at least. Furthermore, I had a flat repaired at another shop about 5 months ago and they told me all tires were fine. Renel told me on the phone that he would not repair the tire but would sell me a new tire for $268. I told him put my car down and give the keys to my gf now please. She took it across the street to Costco where they honestly repaired the tire for $11.86 and said all the other tires were fine. Consumer be aware of Tires Plus at this location!!!

Took forever but they did a good job. It would be nice if they cleaned my new installed tires..even with a quick spray of water.. wheels and tires were very dirty went straight to get a car wash.

Bad service . Nobody work

This place used to be decent but service has really gotten poor. Dropped my truck off at 145 for a 2pm appointment. No call from them at all and it wasn’t ready at 5 when they close. The dude at the front told me because there were too many screws that’s needed to be removed to get to the filter. Total BS!! I watched from the waiting room that he didn’t even start to remove the plate until after I got there at 5! I’m not even mad about it taking long, I’m more mad the guy thought I was dumb enough to believe his excuse! Never returning

I have gone to several different Tires Plus and this one is my favorite. I have moved and I still drive the extra distance to go here. Thank you for being honest and super kind!!

The guys here are very helpful. I had a 4pm appointment and they fit me in a little early. They also did a great job patching my tire. I will definitely be back if something happens again.

I had been bringing my car to this Tires Plus for years. Until recently, I rarely had an issue. Normally, I deal with Fred. He always takes good care of me and my family. Last time I went in, I had to deal with a guy I havent seen before. Upon getting my oil change, I received the dreaded upsell phone call.He told me that I needed 2 tires cause of worn tread & a third because it supposedly had a nail in it. I reluctantly agreed to having them do the work, but I drive a lot for work, so I had it done.When I arrived, I asked to see the nail in the tire. They showed me a tire with a nail that was obviously on the surface of the rubber. I showed it to Fred, who talked with the guy that I originally dealt with and one of the techs in the garage. They said they used water to determine there was a hole.I wasnt buying it. Fred had them remount the tire and call me back in to show me. When they brushed water on i, air was rushing out. It was rushing out so fast, that my tire would have been totally flat in a relatively short period of time.The upside here is that Fred is an honest guy. He saw what was going on and didnt charge me for that tire.Unless I can count on Fred being there to supervise all work on my car, I have lost all trust in this location. I confronted the tech who did the work on my tire. He couldnt look me in face.So sad. The promise of a quick buck to unscrupulous employees cost this company thousands of dollars in my familys future business.I give FRED a five star review. Unfortunately a business is only as good as its weakest employee.

I take all of my cars to Tires Plus. They have a friendly staff and they work to give you the best price possible. All of the work is extended warranty approved and the tire prices are great. I found it best to make an appointment as they are always very busy. The work is done in a timely manner once its started. I recommend them for all of your tire and repair needs.

This location used to be a great place to take my car. The customer service was always great. However this past year I was scammed into buying brand new rotors for my car when all I wanted were brake pads. Every question was brushed off and the guy at the counter refused to acknowledge me when I had been standing there. I originally believed I needed new rotors because this business had always treated both my car and I well. After reading more recent reviews, I was not the only customer scammed. If you like being spoken to unprofessionally and unnecessarily drop large sums of hard-earned money then this is the place. Garbage. Will not be returning.

I had a Huge screw AND a washer in my front tire. The manager took my car and changed out that tire with my spare for NO CHARGE! turning what started out as a bad morning to a better one. Thank you Tire Plus. Your compassion has made my day.

Never disappointed in the level of service I receive.

They are usually not rushed and the service is faster compared to other places. The gentlemen here have always been very polite and attentive. But today the lady at the front desk had a little too much attitude for my taste. She didn’t greet me till several minutes passed. Another gentleman cleaning the place did. Her answers to my questions sounded sort of “get out of my way”.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I have been coming here for nearly two years and have always had great experiences. They are very helpful, never take advantage, and explain all options in depth. It is a bit tricky getting into the place since it doesnt have a dedicated entrance, so be sure to turn in at the Extended Stay hotel just past Costco.

My one stop shop for oil changes, maintenance, and tires. They never pressure me into any services. Always give me a fair price on tires and service. All of my family services their vehicles here and get tires at this location. Service is usually quite fast, and appointments make it even faster. One stop shop for most of my cars needs.

Hit and miss attentive desk personnel. As if THEYRE doing me a favor just by walking in the front door.

Good people at the counter. They try but are a bit mechanically challenged. Sometimes busy and not attentive but it can be weary dealing with customers too. Making appointments seems to help none.The techs that touch your vehicle are pot luck. Might have 1 guy in the bunch that knows the game. The rest are temp grease monkeys that can do more damage then good. I have issues since I know more than most everyone there and instantly recognize the BS given. Used them for years just for tires. Even that has been failures lately. Go backs, denial of responsibility, lame answers given as reason... I will attempt one more time to resolve my current fail with them and I am done. Need to go back to old school shops like Bobs Auto and make sure Bob is who I leave my keys with, Bob does the work and Bob is who I pay.

Came to replace a flat tire. The staff is attentive. They didnt have the tire I wanted and rather than make me wait while they bring it from another store, they offered me a better tire and matched the price.

This place is a Ripoff. I took my car which is a Mercedes to get the brake change and was told I needed rotor and brakes for the front and the back. I ask the technician the cost and he told me $1,000 I told him Im not goin to do it. I t went to pick my keys up and they gave me the keys without the printout which was weird to me. I took my car for a second opinion Today and found out my rotors was not bad at all and the brakes on the front and back are still in good shape. I wanted to share this because I imagine how many other people they scam and took advantage of. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Good reliable service. The people there are warm and easy to deal with.

The tires I had put on my vehicle where fairly priced and put on in a timely manor. The problem I have is when I pulled out of the shop my check engine light came on, I had the code ran and it was my oxygen sensor. When I put it on my lift I noticed that the wires connecting my oxygen had been disconnected. It could be a coincidence or they could have done it on purpose.

Went in for an alignment and they had me out in about an hour and a half. Since I knew what the problem was before going, the staff did exactly what needed to be done without trying to sell me anything extra.! Thanks for the great customer service.

Went in at 10:30 for an 11am appointment . Greeted by a rude service tech and was told it would be an hour and change. After the first hour I watched my vehicle being brought into the service bay and put on the lift. Great an oil change takes a half hour max and Ill be out of here soon. Proceeded to watch my truck on the lift for the next hour without anyone working on it. 2 and a half hours later my vehicle was done. Needless to say I will not be returning.

The offers that show online coming to the store is not the same I had a very bad experience in that store I waited 4 hours for the change of 2 tires at the end they could not change it and the manager who calls himself Fredi did not care about my wait He did nothing to help me

Ive been taking my car(s) there since I was 16. Vehicles have always been treated with care, and the mechanics wont BS you with unneeded repairs or maintenance.

New to Davie. Had an unfortunate incident involving a hit and run. Brendan Alves the store manager was great from the start. Job isnt finished, but I have no doubt the work will be outstanding as the service has been great

Great service with reasonable prices. Have purchased tires and mechanical services and the staff is helpful and they have never attempted to up sell me on unessasery parts or services.

Financing on tires is good. Their mechanic lost my car keys. I was pissed. Had to go back the next day for them. Took another car there and they broke the dipstick handle off.

My sister had a nail in her Tire we went there it was a $90 tow and they made her by two tires and not one

I felt like I was getting a very honest opinion regarding the brakes on my car, something everyone worries about finding in the car maintenance industry. They ended up being a bit pricier than I would prefer, but I think it bought me a job well done.

Good shop but compare prices. I have found better deals elsewhere.

Went to ask for a quote on 4 new tires for my car. Employee gave me a quote on multiple options including some Bridgestone tires ($142 each!!). Found the same tires at a Firestone location for $110 each! Watch out because they will try to steal you out of your money

Just like the review 7 months prior here I was told my drain plug could not be removed and therefore the oil change I waited an hour for could not be done - furthermore they accused the last shop that gave me an oil change of rounding the plug and that I should go back there to challenge them - well an hour later at the excellent Sawgrass Tires Plus my oil was changed with no issues (two stars bc Ive had good experiences at this location before however I no longer trust this shop)

Better make sure their Certified Tech is doing their work (i.e: brake job, alternator, anything youre going to pay an arm and a leg for) and not a G.S.! G.S means general service, i.e oil change, tire change, flat repair. Those of general services!

Told me they would work on my truck. I came down, they saw it and told me it would be a bit of a wait before they could get to it - no problem, I elected to come back another day. Upon returning the mechanic told me they could not work on it because the lifts would destroy the running boards and they refuse to work with a jack. I have no confidence in people who waste my time, but less on mechanics so inept that their boss forbids them to work with a jack. How many cars did they drop before this policy was enacted?And in my subsequent search I found they were more expensive anyway.Dont bother with these guys.

Fast service

Worst service Ive ever seen. Went in for an oil change and they refused to change it claiming the plug on the oil pan was screwed on too tightly and they couldnt remove it. They offered no suggestions, no nothing. Went to another location and they did the change just fine. Will never go back there. POOR.

My husband and I have been coming here for 5 years and have always trusted their work. However this last year, they told me my transmission was leaking after I had gotten a. Oil change and yet when I got a 2nd opinion, it was that they didn’t tighten the screw of the oil lid. Then I went again for another issue and they told me it would cost me $1500 to replace my radiator that was leaking which was causing the my car to overhear and when again I went to my 2nd opinion, it was nothing with the radiator or to that price. I also don’t like how one of the front people addressed me in a very condescending tone and almost made me feel like when i brought the car in, it was a joke. So going forward i will not be bringing my car nor will my husband be bringing his car to this location again, and if we even bring our business back to tires plus in general. Very disappointed and rather spend my money with people I trust are going to check my car and fix the real problem not just try and take my money. I drive 2 young children and I don’t need my car not being analyzed correctly due to laziness.

I came to Tire Plus for oil change then one their employees came to me and told me that the A/C filter needed to be replaced, he showed me a dirty filter and said that the new one will cost $40. I thought that was a little costly but I decided to go for it. When the job was done I looked at the invoice and I noticed that the A/C filter only costs $20 and labor $20. Note: to install the A/C filter all they got to do its to open the glovedepartment and slide it in. * $20 for that! Its a ripoff * never again Tire Plus.

Employees are rude and not helpful at all. Wont even look at your car to give you a correct quote. They just take a guess and say heres the worst case scenario depending on what you need. How about you LOOK and tell me what I need!
