Staff is super friendly and helpful. Merchandise is organized and clean. They will remind you to mask up if you forget. First time on campus in over 15 years. Very difficult to locate the store for this alumni. 🙂 However very happy we did not give up. Love the campus.

Get your books from Amazon. They actually come in time for classes. Plus Amazon usually has better pricing. The NSU bookstore has the same issue every year, where they run out of books, even though they know how many students attend the school and should know how many books they need. Especially since the same thing happens every year. At least in the store they have plenty of snacks and pharmaceutical supplies. Like CVS.

Young lady at the front desk has a remarkable memory. Merchandise displays always have things for my family to enjoy. I would complain about the prices of the books but that is me being cheap and something they cant totally control.

Great store. Has high prices though. Also, the line to get your books and return them at the beginning and end of the semester is always long; no question about it.

The student staff is friendly, always being productive and have an understanding of the needs of their customers. Again Nova proving that it consists of some of the best and brightest. 10/10 would go again.

Great store for purchasing some NOVA swag!! We were there for our sons graduation and decided to stop by and pick up some college branded shirts and memorabilia.

The young man who helped me was great. A nice Jewish boy. Not sure what his name is but very helpful.

The place is alright. Its expensive than buying at other places online. Would recommend this place for last minute stuff for classes.

Surplus stock of swag material but lacking in actual textbooks. Going on my 3rd semester and it has been my experience every single time that there never enough books available for purchase in the store. An additional week is needed for books to arrive when placing the order. Not sure if undergrads or others have the same dilemma but I as well as my MBA CHS classmates have shared the same experience. This is quite frustrating as it puts us behind on our work especially with the intense 8 week core courses which have assignments due at the end of the 1st week, and since most of us are doing the weekend MBA while working. Better off ordering from somewhere online with expedited shipping. Bookstore needs to have more books on hand for the start of the semester ... at least for 75% of the class. We sign up ahead of time, shouldnt be that difficult to predict how many students will be purchasing books especially if theyre required texts.

Only gripe is I asked if Allopathic Medicine was the study of all medicine and I got eye rolls from the workers. My daughter said to stop embarrassing her
