I went to this location for the first time about a week ago and it was a horrible experience. Rude associates and not helpful. I’m use to Sephora being a fun light shopping experience but not at this store. I’m a Rouge member and usually shop online but occasionally Galleria location. The Galleria staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful.I asked for a sample of a skincare product and the associate proceeded to give me the face serum, even though I asked for the eye serum. I stopped her to tell her that’s the wrong one and she gave me such a bad attitude. Then she kept looking at both bottles for at least a minute then she put a tiny pea size amount in my sample. I asked for more and she said “it not like you’re going to smear this all over”.... Next was when I wanted to purchase a perfume that the website showed was in stock at this location. I couldn’t find it and associate told me she would look, so I stood near the cashier area waiting. No one ever said anything after literally 10 minutes, I went over to the associate and asked if she found it and she just said a simple “no”. It would have been nice if she told me sooner especially because she had moved on to helping other people.Overall avoid this location unless you don’t need any assistance and know exactly what you want. Rude smug staff at the Davie location.

I recently brought my little sister in to have her makeup done for her sweet 16. Although the original girl Natalie was very sweet, she was in training. I understand people need to train to improve their skills but I felt that because it was a special event for my sister, an experienced makeup artist should have been the one to do her makeup. They switched over to another girl halfway, who was very smug and rolled her eyes when we would answer the questions she had about her eye makeup. At that point she wiped off the eye makeup and basically started over. What was suppose to be an hour long appointment turned into a 2 hour long appointment. My sister was late for her party because of switching artists, had they put her with someone experienced she definitely would have gotten out in time . I am extremely disappointed with the service we got. On top of all of that they didn’t even email us a list of the products like they were suppose to. I’ve gotten my makeup done in the past with Sephora and never got poor service like this.

The ladies who work here exude customer service!! Who am I speaking of specifically? Morgan and Bri. These ladies were so sweet when I visited this store a couple weeks. No hassles when I had issues with a couple products I purchased from another location.They make me feel comfortable and excited to shop at this location.

This Sephora is brand new on the corner of State Road 84 and University Drive. When walking in my sister and I were greeted warmly. The store was clean and fresh smelling. This particular Sephora is on the smaller size so they don’t have some of the things the larger stores have such as La Mer but do have a very nice selection for a smaller store. In addition to the employees there were some brand specialists there that were very helpful. We asked for some samples and they were more than happy to give them to us. The line to checkout was short I didn’t wait longer than 2 or 3 minutes. I was asked about and thanked for my visit. It was a nice experience with knowledgeable employees I would highly recommended this location.

Underwhelming experience. I purchased a Patrick ta eyeliner and I opened it in my car just because I wanted to see it. It appeared that someone had swatched it and put it back or it was damaged. Anyways I call back and go in the store and they’re nice enough to exchange it for me. I leave the store and look at the eyeliner again when I get home,it appears they gave me the same eyeliner I was trying to exchange. Not even going to bother to try to get them to exchange it again. The store is often messy with product everywhere that’s been touched and moved. I wouldn’t doubt if people are just opening products and placing them back on the shelf since the staff is all over the place or understaffed. Regardless I will just go to another Sephora where it’s cleaner and organized. Just sad I wasn’t impressed with this one.

Krystal is amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful, knows when to give you space and offer help which is essential, I like to shop on my own because I’m very indecisive and I’ll feel like I’m wasting your time going back and forth. I’ll ask for help if I need it, but she was spot on her recommendations and customer service. Will definitely come back, first experience at Sephora believe it or not, thanks everyone for your help.

Mercedes, the store manager, was so incredibly helpful and patient while facilitating my return process. She went above and beyond what I had expected. Will definitely be using this store for future purchases!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had shopping at Sephora. I decided to give this stand alone location a try because it’s nearby and the aura was unwelcoming. Upon walking in, Angel stared at me as if I was inconveniencing him by walking into the store. No “Hi, thank you for coming to Sephora can I assist you with anything.” I was being followed around the store every minute asking if I needed anything by another woman with black hair after i advised I was okay. Finally, I decided to ask for assistance but she was assisting another customer so I called Angel for help, he gave me so much attitude and made me feel as if I was disrupting him and a bother to him. I was extremely upset and walked to the POS station where I then asked for the manager but was told she’s not there. I shop at Sephora weekly and have NEVER been treated so disgusting and as if I wanted to shop lift from a store. I will be giving Mercedes a call to advise this behavior is not okay. This felt motivated by racial profiling! Do yourself a favor and pick another Sephora location to go to.

I love this Sephora. They have a great selection of products and its never too busy, which makes it social distance-friendly! My only negative comment is the staff. They consistently make me feel like a burden for asking questions. They are very knowledgeable, but also rude. When I know what I need, I always come here. If I have questions or need advice, I go to the Sephora in Pembrooke Pines or Galleria as they have wonderful staff.

I would have put 5 star because the store looks great and I’m sure the employee’s as a whole are wonderful . I had an unusual comment entering the store in Davie . Upon entering there were 2employee’s standing at the front to greet you and as soon as I entered one of the girls saidImmediately“ hey what’s up “ instead of welcome to Sephora or hello or anything that would have been appropriate . It was so unprofessional although she did assist me to the back counter and took care of my return and did it without anyproblem . I just have never in my life been greeted in that manor and I know that isn’t your protocol . I have been in the cosmetology business for years and know how to greet people with respect . I’m saying this so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else and offend them.

The staff at this location is just so rude and judgmental I will not be coming back to this one again. Sawgrass and boca are much more friendly and act like they actually like their jobs.

I’d like to give a shout out to Mercedes in Davie! This woman is absolutely amazing! In February, before Covid, I went into the store and on accident, left my engagement ring, and then went on a two week trip. Little did I know, until I got back in town, that she’d called me and left me a message about my ring. ❤️❤️❤️ As soon as the store reopened, I was able to contact her and retrieve my ring. Not to mention, she wasn’t even my beauty expert the day I lost it. She had found the ring, had to do a thorough review on her end, and finally link it to my transaction of that day. For her to contact me and have held it up to this point really shows something special about her. I’m so so thankful. Exceptional customer service, BEAUTY from WITHIN. Thank you Mercedes! You’re a real gem!! Couldn’t be happier ❤️

Products are good and the store is clean and they follow proper COVID-19 guidelines. They have very poor-fair customer service. If you don’t know exactly what you need not a good place to shop. One minute someone helps you and then 2 seconds later they are called away to help someone else and you are left just hanging. I don’t like this at all. Very poor quality of service. They are the only place that sells the cosmetics I use otherwise I would go back to shopping at the Mall where you get one on one quality service. I am very disappointed!

I came in last week looking for some assistance with my eyebrow shape I was immediately greeted by every one and Gaby helped me find some of the best products I have used in a while definitely recommend the store for a great customer service.

Went there with my wife to buy her her Christmas present which was unlimited shopping spree.She needed new a hair dryer,curler,straightener and many other things. The manager had a really nasty attitude, I have ever seen a manager treat a customer this way. She was shouting at my wife, trying to make a scene in front of everyone and embarrassing us as if we were criminals simply because she was wearing a face shield and not a mask due to her medical condition. Cdc has approved a face shield as an alternative to a mask for people with medical conditions. No where in the country we had been kicked out of a store and never got treated this way because of my wife’s medical condition!There is a happy ending to this day.We went to Ulta beauty right after that and got the best service and beautiful kind smiles. They had no problem with us and we spent a couple of thousand dollars and I was happy that she found everything she was looking for and more.Merry Christmas!No wonder why sephora was empty and Ulta beauty was full of costumers.Dump Sephora and shop Ulta where they care about their customers.

The rudest most unacceptableexperience of my Life! The rudest store Manager with the name Morgan has not allowed me to shop at this store because I was wearing a face shieldAnd Not a mask. Which by The CDC guidelines people who suffer from medical conditions and areAdvised by their doctors NOT to wear aMask but a shield instead . I shop EVERYWHERE around the country with this shield andI have NEVER got treated this way after I explained about my medical condition.This Manager literally attacked me embarrassing me loudly in front of other costumers that I have to leave the store even when I kindly explained that I have a serious condition. In a bad attitude and a loud voice she was telling me toShop online or she can showMe where the door is so i can leave! Add she was saying “bye” to me in a very ironic childish way as if she was trying to bully me personally and makw fun of meWhile I was leaving the store with the rest of the girls that work there! Wow! I got treated like thief and was treated soBadly because of myMedical condition!!!!I have been shopping at a sephora and was a VIB member for over 10 years ! Me and my family have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Sephora stores but I will NEVER STEP INTO A SEPHORA STORE EVER AGAIN !I will share this awful experience to everyone I know And I will make a video and post it in social media about my experience ! Best staff! I told the lady in skin care my new meds were causing breakouts on my face and oily skin like I was a teen again and Im near 40yrs old, she showed me several products what benefits each had, best way to use them and taught me a lot of things I needed to add to my skincare routine like moisturizers. Peter Thomas Roth is the skincare line i went with and I cant thank your employee enough for showing me these products.

Very nice store, but very poor customer service, the girl who was helping me, she was talking on the radio with her other colleague about another customer ! She wasn’t paying any attention to my needs..After filling my basket I just left the store because of the service !!

Went here looking for a variety of new makeup products. I really enjoyed looking at the selection of different products, but the sales associate seemed incredibly annoyed. She continually interrupted my browsing, inquiring if I was looking for anything in particular even though I continually said I was just looking. I was going between brands, looking for a very light colored foundation and was followed and watched by the sales associate the whole time. Just rude.

I had a great time after I asked the dj to turn the music down.How can you ask questions if you can’t hear the answer?I got a great girl to help me her name was Nicole she answered all my questions sand did not rush me.I will definitely go back because of her.

Terrible service, nobody smiles and they follow you thru the store staring at you and yelling at you if you touch something, so sad, it used to be a good place to buy makeup and relax, they should close and wait for a better tide. Dreadful energy there now

To simply put it: This Sephora has the worst customer service.

Was told by a a staff member to cover my nose to walk in and Im tired of being told what to do like a child, by the extra paranoid, so I walked out. Didnt get to spend money so thats good. Its bad enough to wear these nonsense masks, which if we all are wearing, what are we going to inhale? Makeup? I refuse to destroy my health any further by breathing in my carbon dioxide.

The only bad thing about Sephora is that physical locations are always so far away or tucked into the dreaded mall. Well, not anymore! This brand new location opened today and it is GORGEOUS!A wide open floor plan with tons of staff, this location is in the whole foods shopping center. Opening day was crazy busy but handle well by the staff. There are testers for all products, and you can take samples of any 3 with you as a beauty insider (free to sign up!).Run, dont walk to get your color and skincare on at sephora!

The service at Sephora was really good. The sales associate Nirva was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable on the product line that Sephora had to offer. Nirva made my time at Sephora an enjoyable one.

The worst Sephora I’ve ever been to, I go through the door and immediately they want to spray my black gloves then they want me to change my gator mask for there blue surgery mask they were most humiliating, who wants to shop at that store I raised my hands and walked out.
