Best dealership I went to, if you’re looking to buy a Volkswagen hit my man Moe Ahmad up. Just bought a car from him. He’s a straight forward man and made the process quick as possible and explained everything to me clearly. I will recommend this place to anyone. Hands down 5/5 place. The most horrendous experience of buying a car in my life. Maria, the finance advisor, and Javier, the seller, were extremely rude and inconsiderate about problems they had caused. After a month and half of purchasing my car, I had to back to redo the whole process of buying the car. No one ever notified us of these problems. We were the ones who figured it out when attempting to make our first payment. No one at the dealership ever apologized for this inconvenience or accepted their mistake, only stating it was a “common error” (not true). Overall, terrible service and left me furious with their treatment towards customers. DO NOT recommend coming here.

Beware of this place, they will ty to screw you over. One example...they will try to sell you GAP Insurance for which the collect premiums but will never send them to the Insurance company. Stay away from this company, better places with less stress. The Finance Director Jennifer Moss and The Head of Sales and Costumer Servioe Mike Costanza support and conduct this kind of behavior. I am reporting these people to the Department of Financial Service of Florida and to the BBB. You can e mail them 100 times and they will never reply.

Great experience and customer service! Traveled from out of state to pick up the car, and guys made it very simple and even picked us up from the airport 45 min away. Julio was great to work with, and made sure to follow up even after the car was purchased, and answered questions plus provided additional documents we asked for.

I wish I can give this business a 0. 1 week ago I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced. The day before my appointment I get a call from someone that was extremely rude telling me her manager told me to cancel this appointment. The lack of professionalism, and last minute changes without care shows a lack of leadership and focus on customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I just got my first lease here, after many years of driving 15+ year old cars. It was a pleasant experience from the moment we talked on the phone. Mr. Rodriguez was waiting for us outside since it was late, he took us right to the car I test drove and took home. He only needed our name and took a look at my drivers license to let me test drive. He answered all my questions patiently and let me take my time to look at the car, without rushing me to the sales table. He was straightforward with price, with no back and forth. He was also helpful with my insurance, upgraded features, and gave me great advise on financing. Mrs. Fitzgerald at the financing table was fantastic as well. They both were there past 10:30 pm to ensure we can take our car home. I will 100% recommend Rick Case VW to anyone.

This is a little over due but with the last bit of customer service I received I felt it was necessary. In 2018 I leased a 2017 VW GTI and when I went in I was aiming for only a 2 year lease however at some point I got baited and switched to a 4 year ( I will take the blame on this as I should have read carefully). I decided to just deal with it as I figured it was not a big deal, unfortunately I moved states and jobs and this caused me to put double the allowed miles on it so now I need to buy the car out rather than turn it in. At this point its still on me but the 2 to 4 years lease did really put me in a bad position however the next part is the real kicker. I called in several months ago asking about my warranty as my car has engine failure at 80k and I was told that I did not have the original VW warranty however I did have rick cases 100k miles 10year one. I figured great I just need to get it there somehow, so now a few months after that I am ready to get it to them and I call to double check/make an appointment and guess what I have no warranty apparently. So now come October (next month) I will be purchasing a paper weight for $14k. So in my opinion I definitely couldnt recommend Rick Case as my experience was bad from start to finish.

Julio Rodriguez made this the easiest buying experience ever. He helped me Fill out the Credit Application online and I sent him all my documents and he prepared all the paperwork ahead of my arrival. When I arrived all I did was sign and drive. This is what car buying should be like every time.

The levels of incompetence here is astounding. I have never had a good experience here. Today they left my car running blowing the a/c at its coldest for over an hour because they couldnt figure out how to jiggle the keys to turn it off. I thought a car service department could service a car but I guess I was wrong. Please do not buy from here. My family had always bought from Rick Case and I bought my car brand new in 2015 from here only to have them short my battery, dent my car, and treat me poorly.

Brought my CC here because water was getting into my car and coming out of my rear lights. Hugo the service advisor was super rude, because it was impossible for me to have purchased my 2016 CC with 500 miles on it as if I had somehow stopped the odometer from running. They supposedly weren’t able to find the leak after hours of trying and told me this type of leak didn’t happen and my car must have been in an accident. I was able to figure out that the water was leaking through the rear light within 10 minutes.I ended up taking my car to Volkswagen in coconut creek and the advisor told me this was pretty common among CCs. I wasted my time coming to this dealership

I had the pleasure of working with Juan Archilla and Finance Manager, Roberto. They were both very pleasant, exhibited excellent customer service and went over and above to make sure I left with what I wanted and then some! They were super patient when dealing with me as I had difficulty downloading some financial paperwork for the finance company. A week after buying the car, the battery went dead! I called Juan and he made arrangements for me to come in the next day (Monday) and they took care of everything, no issues at all! I was impressed with how well the entire process went and how knowledgeable and helpful these guys were to me. Ask for Juan/Roberto- you won’t be disappointed!

Used to be a good place to purchase a vehicle but beware of their shady tactics. They are pushy and are dishonest. Do your homework before trading in your vehicle as they will lie to you making you believe your car is worthless. Moreover a car we bought from them. Example, we thought of trading in our 2018 tiguan sel with 40k miles, they said it was only worth 16k, yet their own software that the salesman showed me said 21k. The used car manager didn’t even look at our car in person apparently, so they said, but it’s hard to know when they are being even slightly honest. The sales manager called the next day and said we can only sell your car for 18k and can only offer 16k, yet I told him then why do you have a tiguan se (the more basic model) with 52k miles (more than ours) for sale on the lot for $20,500? I gave him 5 examples of lower model used tiguans on his lot they are selling for more, he could not answer. Kelly blue book, carmax and carava value the vehicle at 20k or more. And a “customer relations” manager they have is not knowledgeable at all about vehicles or customer service at that. He made an appointment for me without my consent expecting me to show up the next day. Very unprofessional.

Called on Monday to make an appointment for Thursday at 10 A.M. because my car had a recall on the driver side airbag. This morning I woke up early in order to get to my appointment for service and when I get there they tell me they don’t have the piece in and that they tried to call me an hour ago to let me know.... no one called me, why would I want to spend my only day off at a dealership if I didn’t have to. Completely wasted my time!! I literally never have good service when I come here. It’s only out of convenience because this dealership is so close to my house.

Purchased a 2020 Arteon from VW Weston. Took it in for Noise. Mechanics confirmed that the car has excessive wind noise at speeds of 50mps. Rick Case kept car for 8 days. could not fix problem and just stated that it is Normal. said they couldnt do anything else for me. Customers are our Friends ......dont call me your friend and treat me like an impesol.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I went in looking for a specific trim and color, they didn’t have. The manager assured me that someone would call me in the next 2 days, once they locate the car in another location. I never heard back. I went back 3 times and the managers kept telling me they would call me, they never did. I even sent an email to the GM telling me how frustrating this was- no response. I don’t know if it’s because I am a woman and they don’t think I’m capable of making a decision or what, but their customer service stinks. No follow through. I felt it would be easier purchasing the car from my local dealership but I guess I will go elsewhere.

Franklin Franklin Franklin. He is best option when buying a car from VW. He is clear honest and thorough. He guided us through the process from start to finish. He can be relied upon to make the process as easy as possible. When were were initially greeted when we walked through the door he was professional and genuine. I arrived outside Rick Case VW at 0952. I had my wife pull into the service lane as we were dropping off our VW Atlas for a 35,000 mi inspection. I waited for almost 5 minutes without anyone even greeting myself or my wife. There were multiple employees walking around outside, some sitting on benches by the door to get inside.As I looked down the service support aisle to check in, I noticed two gentlemen on their phones texting instead of at least greeting the customer. I then noticed a frantic young man heading outside to start the process of getting us checked in, albeit he wasn’t even our designated service rep. He said he’d take care of everything and he’d get us on our way. I will had it not been for him, I would have given this dealership 0 stars. Carlos Ortiz was a great service representative. He was attentive and well spoken. I just wish that the rest of the dealership acted in that manner. It almost seems as though Rick Case VW forgot they were in the customer service business.

Customer service is horrible. Well not horrible, but just non-existent. I have emailed multiple times per day, and chatted on their website, was continually told someone would get back to me. Told them explicitly that i wanted to buy a car in the next couple of days, just needed them to give me a total price and id wire them the money - no one ever got back to me. Not the end of the world for me, but absolutely shocking that theyre still in business. You cant make it any easier for people who sell cars than saying hi im here to buy a car today, just tell me the price and ill pay In the end the car i offered to buy outright was sold by the time they called me back. Purchased a car from Rick Case VW today and the experience was incredible and convenient. We were referred by a family friend to Franklin Blenner, and he was very kind and attentive to our needs. He made sure that we got what we wanted, the way we wanted it. We were able to go over all of the details of the vehicle and strike a deal quickly and efficiently over the phone. Franklin even brought over the vehicle to my home and took care of my previously leased vehicle to ease our convenience even more. I highly recommend going with Franklin Blenner as your salesman. He really does go out of his way to please his customers. :)

Absolutely in disbelief at how horrible the customer service is here. Initially, I was so excited to lease my new Jetta, and since signing the contract have been incredibly disappointed with everyone I’ve spoken to. When I brought up my concerns after a few mistakes made by one of their sales people, our agreed upon solution of 2 years free warranty were then completely dismissed and forgotten. Again, after calling their sales manager concerned that my bill was incorrect and due the next day, he promised to fix immediately, and then proceeded to ignore my calls the entire following day. I don’t enjoy taking on the intense customer role, especially being in sales myself, but after several text messages, voicemails, and missed calls, the only explanation I was given was by the receptionist, saying he (and their entire team) were in a meeting and “there’s no one to help you”... Absolutely not blaming their receptionist, as I trust she was probably told to say something along those lines, but how could that possibly be the best explanation as to why no one has been able to remove the incorrect charge? Nor does it explain why it was added in the first place after we agreed to 2 years without it.Highly recommend going somewhere else for your car purchase. The customer experience here has not been worth choosing Rick Case, and I probably would’ve gone with another dealer even if the monthly payment was higher.

Customer Service was fast easy and incredible ! How it SHOULD be for a happy returning Customer. The car was ready faster then time they have us which was excellent as well. Well worth the drive for a pleasant experience with Staff and attitude and very helpful without being pushy. Great Selection of Cars AND Point system for Perks they were also less expensive then the VW dealership we originally bought the car months ago. Had a mixed experience. Service staff was very good. But two things embittered me. I was approached by a rude Rick Case sales guy working there wanting to get me interested in a new VW car and that was not good. After getting my car back from its service I tried using Rick Cases loyalty card at their service gas station, card didnt work and attendant was aldo rude.

The salesman who attended me Mr. Kevin attended me in a very professional and friendly way, a cordial treatment, and he dedicated his time to show me each of the cars, I recommend it 100%.Unfortunately, the Analyst who attended me, Mr. Javier, had a rather rude and hasty treatment, he did not present options, he was not willing to negotiate, totally predisposed to me leaving the dealer, not a minute of his time was taken. He gave me a number in my trade-in that in another dealer they improved it for more than 7k $. Thanks to that terrible experience, I dont recommend that dealer, they made me waste my time.
