Brought car in for service. Made an apt for a flashing light, 5 hours later I received my car back with light working properly. Car was washed and cleaned. Friendly staff. I would say 5 hours was an extremely long time for a simple fix. A loaner car should have been offered if they werent able to repair it in a timely manor.

I hate to say that this time I am very upset and disappointed, I totally regret taking my Fiat 500L to this dealership. Long story short, they charged me $884 for a battery replacement, they said to me that since the car was completely dead they would need to reset the computer of the car and fix a whole bunch of codes. I did authorize the job Friday at 4:00, they called me before 6:00 and told me car would be ready for pick up Saturday morning. So, they charged me $884 for a job that took 2 or 3 hours. Come on guys!!! It’s not a Maserati!!!Won’t ever come back here!!!

Took my car for service and it had taken them two weeks to give me an estimate. Everyone is nice, I bought two cars from this dealership, but they havent cared to call or give slightest update. For a car to sit at a shop for two weeks, you would think they had done a lot to it but it didnt even need body repairs.

Took my vehicle for service and was returned damaged. Service director Juan is the rudest service director in the industry no idea how the Rick Case family allow him to be on board. He was a terrible service director at Braman now he is at Rick Case really making them look bad. He does not care about the customer at all. Look at the paint protection on the vehicle. How would feel if this was done to your vehicle? Be ware of this service department.

My experience with this dealership for service recently was exponentially improved from the past. My representative, Juan Guerra, is very diligent, accommodating and professional. The repairs were effective and efficient - I now feel safer driving after repairs were explained. With Lyft service, I was able to resume working and be productive. I would recommend this location.

Were so disappointed with Rick Case Fiat. Their customer service has fallen apart in the past couple of years, especially now.First, a month ago when attempting to make an appointment I left three voicemail messages, and filled out their online form. I never heard back. My husband got lucky when he managed to get someone on the phone three weeks ago.So three weeks out we made this appointment. I came in last Saturday, and the Service Advisor couldnt find my extended Wrap warranty info in the system. I went through this last time too. He insisted my car is out of warranty. Insisted!The Service Advisor finally found it the warranty, but informed me that it will take a week to diagnose why my brake light and interior lights dont work. No loaner cars are available. Last time my car was in the shop for about 4 weeks. They expect me to be without a vehicle for weeks without a loaner car when Im under warranty. We have never had this issue at any dealership.This is my fourth car purchased here, but we will seriously reconsider doing any business there again in the future.Icing on the cake... The soap dispenser in the mens room doesnt work, and I looked next to me in the waiting room with a man not wearing a mask. Keeping my distance. But then a staffer got in my personal space without a mask so I walked outside. Really Rick Case? Unbelievable!

I made an appointment for 8am for an oil change. The day before the appointment I receive an email identifying the appointment time at 7:30am. The day of my appointment I arrive at 7:20am. No one shows up til 8:10am. I was not the only person who received the 7:30am email. I was told the oil change would take two hours. I told them I would pick up my car in three hours giving them an extra hour. I showed up three hours later and my car was not done! Terrible service!

This review is LOOONNG overdue! My service representative Juan Guerra is the best one in here! He makes sure to update me, take care of my needs/concern for my car.A little backstory:I’ve been servicing my car at this location for about a year now. I began seeing a representative (who I will not name because he is no longer there) who was very rude/nonchalant and pushed me off when it came to certain things.Juan is the COMPLETE opposite. He remembers my name and my previous services (I don’t know how he does this with the amount of people he sees, LOL). And is always so enthusiastic to speak to me.If you’re looking for service, go to JUAN GUERRA. I usually get nasty looks from the other service representatives in the corners and at my last visit overheard him being rude and arguing with an elderly woman.Juan makes dropping my automobile child stress and worry free.

Those are the actual pictures of the rotors that the service manager said were replaced after spending over $600.00 for new rotors and brake pads,I would not have known about it if it was not for my visit to Firestone to have my tires replaced . I was told that the rotors wereSHOT.Finally the pictures showing the LIPS are there on color.Need an explanation and the service done as promised because I paid fully for the service.

Terrible service. Told me that they couldn’t look at my car (needs the a/c repaired) and would have to leave it for a few days. They didn’t have a loaner car for me. Then they proceeded to try to sell me other service work that I didn’t need such as new tires when I just had all my tires replaced in the last year. I chose to go to another dealership that provided excellent service.

This dealer is largest in Florida, I bought a Fiat here and I can say they have honored their warranty all these years and thank you for that. What I regret here is customer service actually if only thinking of this my rating would be one or two stars considering previous experiences, advisors change constantly and I can tell because they are not good or are overwhelmed with work and quit.This time I went I got a much better advisor, went for an oil change of a 30k miles Fiat.What keeps me very unsatisfied it is the absurd prices that are charged here, the final price I paid was $1.000+ for a 30k service which I had to remove items because I was not willing to pay more (at the end I am changing the engine and AC filter myself). At the end they performed oil change and brake fluid flush this costs but not 1K, the rest a whole bunch of treatments that I know are a lot of sprays and fluids, the rest labor hours and a humongous bill. I am sorry to say, good bye Rick Case if it is service I am done I prefer do these things by my self or go somewhere else.

Lovely location and great customer care, on the rep side; however the price paid for a diagnosis, fuse change and a small part ordered - plus the time it took to get this all done- almost 2 weeks-were terrible!! ($1500 is a tad overpriced) so no, I will avoid if possible, even though the location is super convenient for me. I guess if I were a Maserati owner this price might be inexpensive- but I own a fiat so this was ridiculous.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Show up and they had no idea of my appointment. And the service advice reply was I was lucky to get one(thank you for doing me that favor). Dropped the car off Monday heard nothing so I stopped in on Friday to find out the status. Once again I felt like I was bothering the service advisor. Not a good feeling to have when you take your car for service.

Rick Case Fiat provided the worst auto service customer experience I have ever had. I made the service appointment online for regular Maintenace (oil change) and was slightly disappointed that I could not get a Saturday appointment for almost 3 weeks. I was blind assigned service advisor Jorge Gutierrez. A few days later I had a number of missed calls and a voice mail from Mr. Gutierrez asking me to postpone my appointment to a later date because he would not be working on Saturday Dec. 12. I called back and left a voicemail that I would consider rescheduling to an earlier appointment but not a later one. I did not hear back from him for about 2 weeks, until on the Monday before my appointment he called and again asked to me to reschedule to a later date. I told him no, and suggested rescheduling to Wednesday or Thursday, Dec. 9 or 10. He agreed to Dec 10 and seemed annoyed. Why he could not simply reassign me to another service advisor was not explained. I arrived on Dec 10 for the appt at 9 am. Mr. Gutierrez seemed annoyed by my presence. He looked at my car and told me I needed to replace the two front tires. I asked him why they needed replacement after only 25k miles with scheduled rotations. He gave me a non-answer and again seemed annoyed. He then half heartedly tried to sell me the 25,000 mile maintenance package and I declined. So I signed off on an oil change and tire rotation, and left the car. I then waited for Mr. Gutierrez’s call - and waited. By about 3 pm when I had not heard from him I called and left him a voice mail. No return call. So the car was there overnight. I called the service Dept the next morning. Now I was annoyed. I was told that Mr. Gutierrez was with a customer and to leave a message. I said no, I wanted an answer right then on the status of my car. I was eventually told by the receptionist that no mechanic had yet touched my car and I was 5th or 6th in the queue! It was then 25 hours since I dropped off the car! For a simple oil change! Plus they would not give me an estimate for when the car would be ready. I insisted to speak to the manager. I was told he was with a customer and to send him an email, which I did. The manager is Juan Penton. The email expressed my dissatisfaction and requested I be reassigned to a different service advisor. Mr. Penton did not respond to my email. I called again after 2 hours. I demanded to speak to Mr. Penton and I told the receptionist I would hold and wait. About 5 minutes later the receptionist got back on the line and told me that I had been assigned a new service advisor, and she gave me his name and told me he would call me. Finally, after 1 pm the receptionist called and told me my car was ready for pick up. I never received a response from Mr. Penton. Mr Gutierrez and Mr. Penton should be ashamed and embarrassed. They were unprofessional and were simply bad at their jobs. Horrible customer service. I give it a zero.Stuart Mermelstein

Recently bought a used car at Fiat. It was not the first automobile that I have bought from Rick Case but it was the first used one. The staff at Fiat was exceptional, Albert Cruz who attended me was personable, knowledgeable, and very professional.It was I have to say my best car buying experience and I was bought many cars in my lifetime. Would also like to mention that the follow up by Mr Cruz was exceptional, making sure that all was well and all my questions were answered. Additionally would like to mention Fiat management. In one word exceptional, as was the entire staff including Maria in finance.

Some months ago I began to receive texts from a rep at the Fiat asking me how our service visits have been, since this same rep Kristen Brown has mantained contact with us and has been our go to person. Kristen has not only helped me to arrange service appointments and a rental car while my car got serviced but, she has also facilitated car purchases and many other inquiries that we have had along the way. She has put us in contact with wonderful people such as Ezra who has gone above and beyond to help us get the best car and best loan. Mr. Wolf who has been one of the loan officers that helped us, took the time to sit with me and get to know me and what I needed from a loan. Everyone who has worked on our car selection and approval process, have treated us as if we were celebrities and have dedicated their time and efforts with professionalism and provided us with a personalized service. I haven’t been this happy with Rick Case Fiat, since the day I purchased my Spider Abarth! The staff turnover has been tumultuous to say the least! The staff who initially sold me the car were all terminated, who knows why? Then, they were replaced with Rick Case Honda employees, a horrible experience. I was actually, looking for other dealerships for future service.Then I noticed all of the contacts that I had listed, had once again changed. So, try one more time?Took a roll of the dice and chose first available service representative, and up popped Jorge Rivera!Upon arrival at Rick Case meet with Jorge who seemed both pleasant and knowledgeable; first time that I ever spoke to anyone there who actually understood the mechanics of an automobile. Then it got even better with a no hustle explanation of what was required for this particular service.Jorge has saved Rick Case a customer and quite possibly the dealership. What a turn around, I actually departed with a smile. Oh, and he completed the service in record time, shaving 2 hours off of my last visit.Kudos to Rick Case for finally getting it together, and hiring the proper personnel!

Appointments are made for the shops benefit and not the customers. Waiting customers with appointments asked to wait hours for oil change.Attention to detail lacking, service writer was presented coupon for 59.95 oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. Only wrote up oil change and multi point. I received invoice with no tire rotation and no copy of inspection report. I have no idea if the inspection was done, if other fluids were checked, if tire pressure checked, etc. etc.just don’t feel like I visited a dealer for service and uneasy with the lack of information on what was done. :(Another visit 8/10/21 with issues again. I made appointment two weeks in advance, outlined my concerns, and selected that I would be a waiting customer. Get there and service advisor tells me. They do not have time to work on my car today.. I asked why they did not notify me and response was that they have no idea what work is coming in until people show up! What is the point of the appointment?Of course they found time to do all the work that I was going to pay for but had no time to address the warranty issues. Asked to reschedule but what is the point if they are not going to be ready when you arrive. Like I said before they do not run service as a service to the customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There cars are constantly breaking down and extremely overpriced. When I took my vehicle for maintenance they didnt give me an accurate quote and were very misleading. Once they gave me an Uber home they responded for the first hour or so giving me updates on what they would do with the car. They take extreme advantage of people who dont know about cars. Once I have them the ok to work on the car they never responded. I expected them to call me when the car was ready. They never did. I tried to contact them and they never responded I had to find a ride myself back. When I finally figured out a ride and arrived it turned out the car was ready for hours which was infuriating because I could have had my car much sooner. If I never had to deal with them again Id be blessed. But, sadly, for now Im stuck with this car which is already broken down less than two months after a full service.

I came in for a bulb light change. Was told it was going to cost almost $400 for a vacuum pump and PCV valve because my car “was gushing oil” even tho I hadn’t seen any oil in my parking spot and there was no indication from the car sensors that there was a problem. I contacted the best mechanic I could find on Yelp who told me it would be $95 in labor so I bought the $27 parts and kept the $300.

He went way over and beyond to do everything for me to make this purchase work out for me.i was previously in a car accident and had no transportation I was trying to pay friends to take me from fort Myers to the other coast to buy it but it never worked out. Not only did Devin find the exact car I was looking for but he personally delivered it to my home in Fort Myers. I love ❤️ my new car so much he also spent a long time making sure my phone was sync to the car showed me all the features. This place is the worst. They told me my brakes were jammed into the calibers and that I needed new brakes and alignment, then proceeded to try to charge me $200 for alignment and $800 for brakes. And that only fiat could put new brakes on my car. I called their bluff and took it elsewhere where they told me my brakes look like they’re brand new and the alignment for my car at this place is $79.99. Fiat was just trying to make money off me if I wasn’t educated enough to know it was BS. There’s a reason fiats depreciate faster than any other car and why they failed in other countries. They’re as unreliable as the people working at the dealership.

Here we go I took my 2015 abarth to this dealer for a Check engine code (P1cea)..... it also was the first time that i took it to the dealer/This dealer.......They stay with the car for 4 or so Days........The call me They say they fixed it and i get the car back in two Days after 3 day Car again with the same Check engine code so on the point am super disappointed......call the dealer again took the car back!!!........They give me a Loaner had the loaner for 3 in half weeks .......They say they fix it AGAIN after 4 day out of the dealer........This Car still has the same light with the same code.........Im sooo super Disappointed on this Dealer.......................its Disappointed the own dealer cant Fix the issue on them own CARS.......................

This dealership was right next door to the Hyundai one (which also belongs to Rick Case). I stopped by Hyundai first simply because I got mixed up when I saw a Fiat 500 on display near the road. I spent a little time there but then went to the Fiat one.Glad I did.Cynthia greeted me right away and brought in Matthew to speak to me.He was well humored in a natural way, answered my 1001 questions and even brought up a number of other things I had no idea the Fiat 500 included in the 500 version (non C or Sport).We went for a nice test drive which included a bit of highway, which is a plus in my view.When I was finally done, Justin came over to introduce himself and also thanked me for my visit.I know a lot of this is pretty obvious, however you cant really fake good humor (without exaggerating it) and you can feel when someone is courteous but in a hurried or non-personal manner.None of this occurred regarding any of the three people that I dealt with.The store, the CAR and last but not the least at all, the people there surprised me in the best of ways.Time to get that car! Even if I have to drive 26.9 miles again (I was that well impressed).Oh and that awesome Alfa Romeo in the lobby is a Killer automobile!

I came in knowing exactly which car I wanted and had all of my research (NADA/KBB values, similar rates for other vehicles, and which dealer fees I wasnt willing to pay). My advice to anyone buying a car from anywhere is do the research - it helps!The staff worked double-time to help me secure financing at a better rate than the financing that I had from an outside bank. I love the Rick Case rewards program and the free car washes! Juan, Elias, and Mauricio were really nice and helpful.I would give this 5 stars except that I spent a great deal of time waiting (3 hours from the time I arrived to the time I left with my car). Also, all of the staff speak Spanish (some only Spanish so communication was a bit difficult sometimes for me).My family will likely be purchasing more vehicles from the Rick Case family of dealerships. Happy with my new (used!) car

The customer service is really good, they cater to your needs and have gone out of their way to please. Time wise they do a pretty good job. They do not provide a shuttle service if you have a busy day and have to go away. The sales and service department are a solid gold and are really good, take their time to speak to you and answer all your questions. Now the finance department, they have had a change in employees but they do a good job but if you are a first time buyer bring someone with you. Over all great customer service. The vehicles are good, but keep in mind you are buying a fiat, its a light weight town car. Its like an oversized golf car, look up before you purchase it, but all in all I love my car, there are little downs but not major since ive owned my car.

In December 2013, my husband and I leased the new 4 door Trekking Fiat from Rick Case and this was an outstanding experience. We have leased for over 15 years and without a doubt this was smoothest transaction. We were able to turn in our Honda at the time of this lease. Everyone in the dealership was up beat and positive. Danny and Elias were our first phone, text, and email contacts. However, the final deal was confirmed with owner Raquel Case. I bought my Fiat 500 Abarth a while back and had a blast with the experience, my sales person was educated, funny and always on top of the situation. While it did take some time to get everything finalized you can not expect to go to a dealership and be in and out driving in 2 hours so that was fine. I just had my first service done and the process was smooth and informative as to what was done to the car. Overall I would recommend this dealership, its a great place that makes you feel like family with a great staff, and service.

I came in looking to buy a used Fiat and had a great experience. Natalio and George were very helpful when it came to weighing my options and I eventually settled on leasing a new 2016 500x. Since my last visit this dealership has totally changed. The customer service with the new staff is awful. I remember when I purchased my 2012 fiat 500 I was like family. Now this dealership has grown so large it has forgotten about the people who started it for them. No one has service my car but them until my last visit when I didn’t have an appointment. This advisor told me that I’d have to leave my car all day just for an oil change. In the almost 8 years I’ve been going there I’ve never had to make an appointment for oil change. Well I’ve decided no more trekking out to Weston to be treated poorly. Found another dealership with cheaper service prices and MUCH better customer service.

I can not say enough for the amazing customer service I received from the staff at Rick Case Fiat. I came in with barely any money down, a horrible trade in and terrible credit and they treated me extremely special and amazing like I came in with perfect credit and a lot down. I was there till after midnight purchasing my vehicle and they kept a smile on there face the entire time and treated me amazing. At first I purchased a vehicle at which I was not in love with the color, However they were able to find a location that had the vehicle that had my color and truly in love. I would highly recommend the staff all day and willing to work with my situation. I rarely post comments about places and never thought I would post such an amazing comment regarding a car dealership but they are truly above and beyond anything I would ever imagine. I dropped my car off on Saturday for a battery issue. I learned there was also a recall for a fan. The office didn’t even offer me a loaner but they were kind enough to get me a LYFT. 4 days later and several calls later I was finally told the car was ready. When I picked up the car they didn’t cap the battery or wash the car. As I pulled out a dash light came on for a bad bulb. Maybe, I’ll just change the bulb myself.

As a matter of fact, I was looking for a new service center for our daughter’s Abarth. First off I would like to thank Tiffany the manager at Rick Case Maserati for making my car buying experience the best I’ve ever had and for going above and beyond to assist me. I was in a sticky situation with my previous car and she was able to get me approved on a brand new Fiat with the options I wanted, GAP insurance AND maintenance all under my monthly budget when no other dealer could. Communication is not a priority in this service department. When I brought my car in I had to wait around 3 hours for something I was told would take 1 1/2 hours. If I hadnt kept pestering it probably wouldve been longer. I was having them replace the trunk button that literally FELL OFF and for some reason this meant they have to replace the entire silver badge on the back of my 500X.
