I found this garage after purchasing a used 3 series which had a bunch of lights go on a few days after I left the dealership. I must have visited 4-5 other ‘European brand specialized’ garages before I found New Germany Parts and Repair.Unlike a lot of other places, they are really specialized, Ketchron (the owner) really knows his stuff and is an ex BMW employee, with all the training that goes with it. His mechanics are also top notch. He was able to help me identify what was wrong with the car, what was needed right away and what could wait.His team did a stellar job on my automobile and the price I paid was roughly 30 % less than what I was quoted at other mechanics’. Forget about the BMW dealership… if you are out of warranty and need repairs, this is your guy. They are honest, transparent and fair. I will 100% be returning here for maintenance and whatever else my BMW needs.

I definitely recommend New Germany Part & Repair not only for BMW service, but for any foreign or luxury car. Amelia the Office Manager is very professional, responsive and friendly. Ketchron and his team of mechanics are very knowledgeable. They are transparent, efficient and wont try to upsell or overcharge you.

These guys really know their stuff. Theyre the only ones I know who can program BMW keys.

Hands down THE best BMW repair specialist in South Florida. True dealership quality repair (if not better) for a fraction of the cost. The owner is very honest and will never over charge or recommend unnecessary repairs, which is very hard to find in the auto repair space. As a BMW owner I can gladly say I would never even risk using another shop and risk being overcharged for a lesser quality repair. I would, also, never risk having someone repair my BMW without being a BMW specialist..... Great shop and great staff with the knowledge, experience, and technology to deliver high quality repairs and service while keeping your costs low. True definition of a BMW expert. As a woman it’s really hard finding a mechanic that not only does a great job but is also honest with pricing without trying to take advantage. Highly recommended for anyone with a BMW looking for a specialist without overpaying at the dealership. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!
