Fantastic service I need 2 vanos solenoid for my BMW and the order the part from different state and have it ready next day great service I am very happy. They are very help full and I recommend this store 100%.

Drove 45 minutes to store on a Sunday to get there for 3:30. Ordered part online to secure part and speed up pickup. Get there at 3:29 only to find store is closed when it advertises that it closes at 4pm.

Not helpful at all! The counter guy seemed like he did not want to be bothered to help me find a part for my 1999 Chevy Silverado. Wow! I thought, doesnt he realize I have been under this truck for hours fighting and getting dirty to get this part off to be replaced. I come to this ait conditioned store to ask a fat guy sitting behind a counter that do take five minutes to help me out. I do not get it. You guys must think about your customers. Dah! Really hurt my image of a great company like NAPA.

Had my 96 Tacoma valve cover gasket in stock. Little slow but everything was correct. Good store.

Laughed when i asked for a roberts head screw drive, like i just had the name wrong . One man said “i dont know” stood there and the other talked on the phone, using language that most would find innappropriate. Then just said “i dont know” and ignored me, whilst the first guy just walked away and never came back. Im actually still standing here with no one paying attention. Not ok . Once he saw me taking pictures he promptly got off the phone and decided to help . no thanks .

Dont waste your time going to other parts places, theres a reason the independent shops get all their parts from NAPA. anytime Ive gotten parts from the other guys Ive had to replace it again within a year.
