Doug Levin is nothing short of a gentleman and a scholar! He is just the most knowledgeable, honest, helpful person you could ever have the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. He is always willing to help and he is very generous with his time. I’ve called him and he would stay on the phone with me explaining things and made sure I totally understood. I always look forward to chatting with him because I always learn something new. He has given me advice and sent me in directions that were best for me with no monitory benefit to himself. Doug Levin is the only person I have work on my Viper. He has raced them and Has owned/operated a shop specialized in Dodge Vipers for over 20 years. Doug has worked more vipers than anyone. He is a true master in his knowledge. He and his staff are also very friendly and professional. His fees are also very reasonable, especially considering he is the best At what he does. Doug performed a bunch of work on my 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10. I was very impressed by his in-depth knowledge, excellent work, and flawless customer service. He readily identified all of the major and minor issues the car was having and took the time to help me plan out a sensible work schedule based on cost, importance, and urgency. His craftsmanship is top-notch and Im very happy with the results so far. Looking forward to bringing the car back to him for phase II at some point in the near future. With Doug taking care of my Viper, I know the car is in the best possible hands. I dont think there are many people who know these cars as well as he does. I took my newly purchased 2004 Viper to Mr. Levin in order to get a thorough inspection and develop a list of things both mechanical and cosmetic which needed to be worked on. Without knowing me or doing any previous business he meticulously went through the car finding things both good and bad which a previous inspection did not find. I made an appointment to drop off the car and had several things repaired which I had assumed would have taken an eternity. The car was finished and ready for me to pick up almost to the minute of when he told me it would be available. The engine now sounds like it rolled off the assembly line and the clutch is smoother than any manual vehicle I have ever driven. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
