I went to Auto Zone in Davie, FL on University on a Saturday morning (three days ago). I needed a new battery for my key fob. Martin provided excellent and friendly customer service. I purchased the battery and he went over and beyond by replacing the battery for me. He saved me so much time. Def worth visiting this branch.

Came in to auto-zone because I was having issues with my battery. Martin helped me test my battery and alternator and I was a little apprehensive so I had my dealer check it, turns out he was right ! I left the dealer and took my business straight back to a Martin who sold me a battery and installed it within15 minutes.A wonderful experience and will recommend to all my local friends ! Thank you, Martin !!

I called first to confirm if they had the ac hose for my truck and the individual over the phone informed me that the part would need to be ordered. I came right over immediately. When I arrive the gentleman Charles knew who I was and assisted me right away. I needed a high pressure ac hose, 3 cans of air freon and the hose for that. Charles was EXTREMELY nice and generous. He blessed my whole day based off his kindness and generosity. Ill definitely be back to this Auto Zone.

I went to AutoZone to purchase a new battery for my car. After purchasing the battery I asked if the guy couldnt install it and he did not look pleased. He hands me the battery and we walked towards the door and he asks if I brought tools. I replied of course not. I go outside while I assume hes getting tools and wait for 10 minutes before realizing hes not coming out. I go into ask him if he can install it and he comes out and takes a look and says hes not installing it. He did give me a loaner set of tools to install the battery myself but the set was incomplete so I had to purchase tools to install my battery today. Not the end of the world but a severe lack of service in my opinion. Thumbs down. Lost my business.

For me Personally, my day was already going bad. Yet when I got in the store I was assisted by a nice Gentleman named Andrae. I came in and explained my issue and he diagnosed quickly. (He was quite Patient when I was explaining it) Then he helped me put it in my Vehicle and now my it’s running like New. Y’all won’t be disappointed when you come here.

Andre was one of the best auto zone employees I’ve ever experienced in my life! I’m in auto zone 2-5 times a week, and I’ve never met an employee in such good spirit. He was nothing less than amazing, and I’ll be making this my main auto zone of choice just because of how good Andre treating me. I am still amazed, someone was being rude at first. Then Andre noticed that, and immediately assisted me with every question I had & got me the correct parts I needed. Thanks again Andre, never had such a good experience at a automotive store lol.

Juan provided great service, changed my car’s battery with ease and properly explained the two and three year warranties. I went with three years, since it was only $20 more. I was in and out with no problem, and I’ll still make it to work on time. I’ll definitely be back to buy a few more things at this location.

A very pleasant experience. I was assisted by someone by the name of Delmy just the other day. I was struggling to find the right product needed to help with an issue i was having with my battery and he saw that I was rather lost in the store so offered some help. He was very respectful about it and stayed by my side from the start to finish to make sure I didnt need anymore assistance. He also kept his distance and kept his mask up at all times which is always appreciated. Great costumer service.

I was attended buy a lovely man named Andre today. I needed help determine the engine light situation going on with my car and Andre helped me from start to finish. I can’t stress enough how important customer service is. My battery went dead and with the rush of having to get somewhere I went to my local AutoZone. I met Paola who is the Parts Manager there and immediately she took control of everything I needed. She picked out the battery and the port cleaners and got to work. It’s really amazing to not only see how much she cared about getting things done for me but her knowledge of cars and care was more than I ever thought. I definitely underestimated her, she’s truly an example of an employee. It will definitely bring me back, knowing that she’s there holding down the fort. I don’t just give the 5 stars because of the establishment, but I think Paola deserves 100 stars because she’s one of the very few who stands out and does an AMAZING job. Thank you Paola!

I needed to replace my windshield wipers and as soon as I got there I was greeted by an employee that was just getting there himself. He politely open the door for me and once inside I was again greeted by another employee by the name of Angel... and he was truly an angel. I have been to autozone more than a dozen,, of all the employee there, Delmy is by far the best, both me and my brother shop there. We have been help by most of the employee working at this location but if I waa going to send you to someone there my advice would be for you to ask for Delmy trust me you wont regret.
