My car was getting the seats replaced. Dropped it off and couple hours later get a call that it’s ready to be picked up. I tell them I will come get it after work, before 9. Man on phone said okay. Didn’t tell me they close at 7. Spent money on an Uber there to pick up my car and they tell me the division who worked on my car is closed and that I’d have to wait 2 days until they get the keys. Wasted money on the Uber there and can’t drive for 2 days. Great
Really bad costumer services in PARTS department the women working there really need a costumer service training.
