Terrible! The person at the counter didnt know how to test my battery, then said they werent even supposed to be touching it! I point to the sign that says they test and all what they offer and he says OH, we dont do that here! I mean really? Cmon. I asked if he was on something, seemed out of it..... What a waste and a lost sale on his part. Go elsewhere, and definitely not this location!

Great selection and large variety of all the essentials. Convenient location, and very helpful staff. Right off the main road and ample parking makes an easy in and out. Not in a busy plaza so fighting traffic, parking or crowds is never an issue.

Funny never had a problem at this store moved to Cooper city 2 years purchasing items at this local branch. I come and buy this battery strap for my 83 Chevy C10 n it does not fit on the battery that i have so i come in today 11/11/17 and Im told that i cannot return the items becuz the plastic is missing on top all parts n seals brand new. Horrible customer service i guess ill take my business elsewhere.It might not mean much but in time u will see a loss. Im not the average customer but heck when u are told a new items cannot be returned at the store u purchased it at is not comprehensible but it is what it is. Need to adapt to this sain

Great service. In and out within 20 minutes. Spent way too much money at my mechanic and had the same issue. I came here and in less than 2 minutes said it was my battery. Had it replaced and left quick, easy and great service.

Petty busy but I eventually got the court part with all the good help from the courtious parts consultant!I felt very safe in the store.The parking lot has handicap parking and wheelchair access to the store.The parking lot was only used by the customers and was safe for me as a single woman.If you know what you need this is the place.

They were helpful with the online discounts.Customer service was not friendly.When I came to return the part I didnt need I was met with aggressive attitude.I was accused of taking something from the parts box.Which makes no logical sense if Im clearly returning something I dont need.What benefit would I have from it?I think I would have been treated differently if I was a guy.The interactions I received here made me feel uncomfortable.Ill be going to NAPA or AutoZone moving forward.

I love shopping in this store, as a female it is intimidating shopping for auto parts. I always feel welcome and get the proper advice. Also for a auto parts store the bathroom is cleaner than some restaurants.

Staff is nice, mostly knowledgeable. No problems when I go in for parts and they always treat you with respect. The only reason I give 4 stars is sometimes waiting for staff takes longer than it feels like it should, but overall they know their stuff and they have decent inventory.

I went in for windshield wiper blades. There was a brief wait as I needed to know the sizes for my car. The clerk guided me to the ones that would fit on my car. After I paid for them, he went outside and put the wipers on my car. I usually go there to get replacement blinker bulbs, etc as they are very helpful for ladies who dont know where to look!

Ive always had a great experience at this store. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and help me find everything that I need every time. Thank you guys for all the help and always having the parts readily available for my VW and Honda!

I ordered some brake pads and the employee told me itd have to come in from Orlando. No big deal. I pay and leave.I come back the next day to pick my part up and a different employee could not find it on the shelf or in the system. Called me a liar saying o never paid for the part. So I decide Ill come back with my receipt and get a refund.I come back an hour later to a third employee, and my pads were on the shelf. The second employee was either illiterate or incompetent.Overall a decent experience, but an employee calling me a liar without attempting to find a solution to the problem is unacceptable. Ill never shop at an AAP again.

Lack of coordination caused 40 minutes delay in picking up my parts that ordered online in order to make it faster and save 20 percent online discount. Ended up just paying the regular price to pick up the part and now I probably have to struggle to get credit for the one I ordered online and the store could not pull out. The Advance employee kept saying he has no access to pull online pick up orders. Terrible!

Helped me April 2018 when I had a hard to reach / bad connection headlight problem. Because of that I went back July 2018 for battery/alternator & brake pad issues with the wifes car. The 2 gentlemen and lady all went out of their way to help me & other customers. Because of them I could use my average DYI skills take care of of our families cars. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Its now my go-to place.

IF I COULD GIVE 1 STAR I WOULD DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I came there Saturday 08/03 to get a new battery for my car, PAID $178 DOLLARS guy installs it but car doesnt start. Car was working fine when I got it jumped and brought it there now it doesnt start at all. They tell me there is something wrong with the starter or alternator nothing they can do and go back inside. They have a huge poster at there store that freaking says free alternator and starter testing so I go back in and ask them to do it, they test it and says its fine so I say whats the problem then you just told me it could be the starter or alternator? They tell me I can pay for a mechanic to come look at it on Monday sorry Im not leaving my car there for 2 days or give you guys a single penny. Sunday morning 08/04 I come with my dad and we pay triple A to tow the car across Griffin to the Toyota dealership, they pop the hood and within 5 minutes start laughing, said the IDIOTS DID NOT HOOK UP THE CAR BATTERY PROPERLY AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. I HAD TO GIVE TRIPLE A 50$ AND THE DEALERSHIP 50$ BECAUSE ADVANCE AUTO PARTS APPARENTLY DONT TRAIN EMPLOYEES ENOUGH TO REPLACE A DAM BATTERY. Best part is I call the store Monday 08/05 to tell the Manager Mike and he has the audacity to tell me to file a claim with the insurance company and not even the decency to apologize. DO NOT EVER GO HERE THE EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO HOOK UP A BATTERY!

Went in to get some spark plugs. Mike looks them up is about to get them and a lady with a battery comes in I step aside it was heavy let her put it down. Mike starts testing the battery I had to wait for the next associate to help me. Never even looked at me again. never going back. Poor customer service and we have a commercial account with them.

They didnt have the part I needed but they ordered it and had it that afternoon. Great to deal with.

I couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. Everyone in the store from the store manager Mike to the commercial counter guy Lou, everyone has always been great. There is no greater feeling walking into a business and people calling you by your name. They have helped me out and always gone out of their ways to get in my business.

I called the store to check stock of an item, when the employee picked up the phone there was silence, I then said hello and then he said hello. I asked where I was calling, then he says Advance auto. How professional is he working there?

Defective A/C Compressor, Cost me $100.00 to find out the part out of the box was defective. They gave me a hard time, then would not help me at all with the $100.00 it cost after finding I hot a bad part from them. I will never buy from Advance Auto Parts again.

I was there the drop off used engine oil someone tild me i can leave it outside the trash can and they will pick it up but somehow it diddnt sounds right to me to i went inside and ask the guy and sure he told me there is a big fine if you did that you have to drop the oil inside in the metal container and both guys were really helpfull i thank you both for helping me i always have good experience at this store

I dont like to complain, but the manager on the store, his name is Mike, is very rude to be the main representative for customer, he dont know how to treat people, very sarcastic with customer and also I dont think that is professional to be chutin tabaco when customer are talking to hem.., He make me wait more then 10 minutes after he was taking care of me to take another customer, after I was waiting on my turn. Very unprofessional, I was very disappointed after Im been coming to the store for years, but never I was attending by hem, and I was ending going to another store, thats a shame

BEWARE!!!!! I went to get my bettry recharged since it was under warranty. When they removed it and installed it, they left the battery bracket inthe engine. My car wouldnt decelerate and I almost killed myself in the highway thanks to them.

Do yourself a favor and make sure that you speak to someone with knowledge of vehicles, you will either get the wrong part or their favorite quote its a dealer part
