Took my car to replace the original brakes, they charged me very expensive for originals brakes and few days later the brakes sounds like an old car. They checked it and cleaned it and after a few days it still sounds like an old car. then I took my corolla for battery check and they tell me the alternator must be replaced for a total of $ 1,000 because they only have one available, of course I rejected it. They charged me $ 66 for the battery check and then they left me without any battery charge to run the engine, I had to ask my wife for help with some auxiliary cables. I won’t take my car to Toyota Auto nation Weston again. really bad service, slow, expensive and poor attention. Go to Doral Toyota they are more honest.
Took my car for wheel bearing replacement $674, then they tell me that when mechanic went to test the car, my speed sensor went bad on a different wheel (what a coincidence). They wanted another $450 to fix it.Dont take your car there. The mechanic should be fired, he messed up my speed sensor and said that was on another wheel. NOT TRUE. He messed up the speed sensor on the same wheel he was working. I had to take my car to another dealer to redo the bad job and plus fix the speed sensor. Any amateur mechanic could have done a better job.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE, THEY WANT TO RIPP YOU OFFThey told me my brake fluid was low and needed to be flushed- LIES AGAIN- my brake fluid was full to the top.According to them I needed to change my back brakes - LIES- they will last me at least another 6 months according to the other dealer.
I have been coming here since 2016. Good place. Ask questions and make sure you know what they are doing.
All i can say is Mr. Karonnie Cooper and Cody were the epitome of professional, knowledgeable, and patient associates. I was able to purchase a car with a peace of mind. 👎👎👎They ask you to sign that you agree to do the repair before they even check the car. Otherwise they charge you about $150. I wonder who can sign that? I mean I need first to know the diagnose is reasonable, make sure not ripped off, and maybe buy a new car is a better idea if the maintain cost too much. I decided not to check my car there at all. Anyone who consider to go there be ware!!!I wish I can give them 0 star👎
Took my 2020 Tacoma in for for its 10k service today and was very disappointed. Upon arrival to pick my vehicle up I noticed grease on all 4 door handles, front seats, steering wheel and shifter knob. Upon further inspection I found the oil filler cap was left on top of the battery!!!!!!!! After showing the service manager these issues he had my vehicle taken back into the service department. The grease was cleaned off of my front seats and the oil filler cap was properly installed but my vehicle was still covered in greasy handprints. Once I arrived home I had to clean up the mess they left behind. Furthermore they did not install the cover on my cabin air filter properly. It seems complimentary service comes with a price at Autonation Toyota of Weston.
Im a lifelong Toyota owner and I have not only used this place for service on previously owned Toyotas but on vehicles purchased from this exact dealership. Their service department is horrific. Horrid. Do not let them touch your vehicle. They lie about the work being performed and they will do more damage than good. I thought I was past the point in my life where Id have to do my own oil changes in my own garage but after seeing this locations handiwork I will never take another one of my investments to a Toyota dealership. Absolute clowns. AVOID.
The experience was something like thisbrakes 150. labor 100cable * 100. labor 50liquid 70 labor 50plastic 90. labor 50spark plugs 100 labor 50filter 120. labor 100pills 150. labor 50total more than 1300but if we do not make you, the spark plugs, the plastics or anything, we just fix the stuck brake, it will be 950 $ and you will come out very well😱😱😱I am going to imagine at least 10 workers each with a piece in hand at firm waiting all to work for 2 hours in a row in my car
I have been going here because when I bought my car I bought 5 tire rotations and oil changes ahead of time. Every time I go there seems to be a problem.1. They didnt even do the service in my car and after waiting an hour and a half they called me to tell me my car is done. When I pointed out that they didnt even take my car in for service I had to wait longer for it to get done.2. They gave my keys to another customer and couldnt find them when I went to pick up my car.3. This last time they finished my car and 45 min later it was still sitting in the parking lot to pick up. I had to go asking around to get my keys.If i didnt prepay for the service I would not be going there anymore!

Today they seem to be taking forever. I came in because of the airbag recall. That was supposed to take an hour and 45 minutes. I added an oil change... Ive been here over three hours. So... If they have the car being worked on, why does it take over an hour to change the oil? Disappointed.

Beware, I requested to test the car battery that was purchased in 2019 at a Toyota dealer in Virginia.They wanted to charge over $100 for diagnosis.Toke the car to Toyota Lipton and Hunter checked it for free with an exceptional service.Did not feel comfortable with Weston Toyota service.I found out the service lady was trying to hide information about warranty of my battery.
This is the first time that I come here to do my oil change. After quarantine, I had to do my oil change so I chose to come here since everything is open again. The thing is that everything still the same! This place feels pretty risky to people that work here and also people that are coming for a service! Came super early just to find A LOT OF PEOPLE In the same waiting room as always! I was shock no social distancing at all! And it seems that they are doing same amounts of appointments! Its crazy! I was freaking out the whole time! I wanted it to go somewhere else but since my oil change is free did not have more options. Please if you need to come here avoided for a while! It is not aafe at the moment
Pay attention and double check on your vehicle to make sure that the service was done, they have a tendency to forget what’s on the work ordered.

They took care of my service. The customer area could be improved if Im going to spend a few hours waiting. Add better coffee, more snacks besides the cafe, comfy chairs. If I have a comfortable time waiting, then I would be coming back.

I really liked Toyota automation from Weston, a super dealership with all the cars of all the models you want and in addition there is general manager Gabriel very ethical and sincere with the numbers in getting the sale for you. in addition but a positive point has the seller Mateus that I recommend him 100% understands a lot of sales and does his best so that you don’t leave without driving a new car, great person great seller surely speaking to Mateus is in good hands to make your new cars dream come true.

I went there on Nov 22, 2017. My check engine light and one other light was on my dash board. Any older man by the name of Leslie was my Toyota representative. Leslie said Toyota will perform a diagnostic test. I also want Leslie to check my brakes.I was called at home regarding the results of the diagnostic test. The rep said I nn the black cannister to be replaced, in addition I also nn brakes. The cost to replace the black canister was over 1000.00 not sure of the exact amount. I told Leslie just replace the brakes cost around 260.00. A friend of mine took my car Rave 4 2004 for another diagnostic test. According to this test all I nn was a gas cap replacement. The seal on the gas cap was bad. The cost for a new gas cap was 14.00. I wonder if Leslie worked on commission. It made wonder if my brakes were ok. Lesson learned when u go to Autonation Toyota get a 2nd opinion. I should have ask for a supervisor but Im not well. That why I took a long time with review. Also they deserve 000 stars.

After waiting for two hrs for an oil change, I saw the car outside, thinking that by it was done, nope not done, the costome rep had no idea of the car or status. Another hour passed, they wanted to sell me air filters, injectors flushing, break fluid flush. Terrible service. Clueless rep.
