Worst Experience EVER!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING From here! I bought an oven and after I plugged in, it is NOT working. I mean are you kidding me?? I asked the lady that are you sure that it is working and all and she said yes, mam it is working and all and now it’s not working at all. I called the store and they put on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up on me! Like I was waiting all that time for nothing. I had to call bransmart customer service more than 10 times to tell this. Not only that, the customer service people were all saying different things. VERY BAD!!! I wasted my time, effort, and money to go there and buy this. First of all, why is this store selling appliances if it doesn’t work? Like is this how you do business? Who is the manager?

Our neighbor advised us going to Davie to look at options before we purchased new from our normal sources, (primarily Costco due to warranty). We expected little desirable stock and poor condition. We worried about pushy sales people. What a pleasant surprise all the way around! Anthony was our sales person, he quietly make his presence known initially, and unlike many other higher ticket retail experiences, he then left us to our devices. When we had an occasional question, he would surface, answer politely, then disappear again, an appliance concierge as it were. We were amazed to find 2 LG appliances we had been shopping for a year- Anthony found us the best, in the best condition. We were looking for 3 items, and they had to match. We found 2 of the 3, and bought the 3rd (a new induction slide in range) from Costco. We were tickled to realize we purchased the fridge with a 3 year warranty, same as Costco, for $1700 that we had been reviewing for $3200 or more! Everything shipped when supposed to, and I had no issues installing on my own. We spent $2200 or so with taxes and delivery - we would have paid about $3700 for these 2 items. Best experience we could have hoped for, the sales manager was very nice and accommodating, as well as the cashier - We purchased April 20, or so, 2020 - in the midst of the pandemic, and it was truly a seamless experience. 2 months later all is operating perfectly as expected, and as good as the brand new range from Costco. Our matching kitchen looks fantastic once again!

They have good deals even thoighbtheybact like a big brand store they are still run like a mom and pop shop, meaning the store warranty isnt good. Look paying 20% for a warranty isnt my thing but maybe its yours. The customer service is a hit or miss. Today the manager thought she needed to have a conversation with the person assisting me was more important then closing the deal. Otherwise they have good prices and worth some trouble to deal with. I am not giving them a 5 star cause there not the best. My opinion only.

I found frontload washers and dryers but instinctively the salesman said, I have just the set for you. It turned out to be the exact set I wanted and in a color that matched my tile floors! Wow it was a mystical experience and I am so happy to receive what my heart truly wanted.

Kumar was amazing. Arguably one of the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Refused to let me not take a deal, without pressuring me! Worked so hard to make it work genuinely wanted me to want it. Will only deal with Kumar and nobody else. Seriously, he’s that good.

This is not like a regular BrandsMart, you have to know what you want and then flag someone down to assist. When you get service it is great, but pack some patience as it can get really busy and the workers do the best they can. You really have to know what you want when you go there and ask as many questions as possible. If your a Veteran, ask for the Veteran discount.

Went in, talked to Kumar, we found a TV I liked, the price was good even if it was an open box. In and out with a TV in less than 10 min and a 5y warranty, all for a great price. Would strongly recommend him. They bring new merchandise daily so keep on going until you find what you are looking for and at the price that you want. Very helpful people.

A million thanks to Sales Rep. Carmen R., I recommend her to everyone.Honestly, the process with this location was beyond difficult. I placed an order for a whirlpool fridge & stove, with another rep (not named) and left feeling accomplished. I was informed that my estimated delivery time is 2-6 wks (the rep confirmed that is would be within 2wks). Lo and behold, it was more like 3wks and I was later informed the stove I selected was out of stock. Ok, I accept the changes given the pandemic and inventory being low. At the time of delivery for the fridge, the third party company used by Brandsmart, was so unprofessional and disrespectful. They were unable to turn of the water line to the fridge so I quickly called my plumber for assistance, who came within 10mins. But by then the deliver men left and said I would need to schedule another deliver time. At this point, I was over it and wanted a refund. I drove to the store and spoke to the store Manager Ken, who was trying his best to calm the situation but I was furious. Just to make the story short, he eventually referred me to Carmen. Carmen was knowledgeable and willing to make sure Im content and informed about the products AVAILABLE. If it were not for Carmen this would be a negative review.*** Understand that this is a clearance site, so I recommend it for the pricing and CARMEN!

Ive been shopping around for a washer/dryer pair (with a top-loading washer) so I decided to check out the options at the Brandsmart Clearance Center. Wow!! I knew theyd have floor models, scratch & dent, and used machines but they also had new sets. And I got an amazing deal on a new washer/dryer set (Yes, NEW!), thanks to an amazing sales associate who took the time to listen and find out exactly what I was looking for (see pics). My purchase includes delivery, set-up, & removal of my old appliances...yay!! Im so glad I stopped in.

Worst experience ever. Bought a washer dryer. It was defective. A week has gone by. They were supposed to pick it up in the morning. It is 6pm and they haven’t arrived yet. I will never buy anything there ever again.

Managed to get 4 wall A/Cs 3 5000 BTU & 1 8000 BTU by Frigidaire for $560. Well see how they perform and hold up? Ill keep you posted. So far pretty happy w price and one week into Performance they are all working well. Update the Frigidaire A/Cs are working great. Its been 5 months since we installed them and they have lowered my AC cost by $85 @ month since last year. They filter has a light that turns on when its time to clean. My home has 3 bedrooms 2 bath w 1,000 square feet of living space. 4 machines keep home cool for $85 @ month. Very Satisfied!!!

Paid for a washer/dryer and refrigerator August 2. Asked for it to be delivered on Friday Aug 7. Never got a call so I called thu. They said it will be delivered Monday. Frustrated but said just reschedule for next Friday. Get a call that Friday with a lady stating my delivery would be Saturday Aug 8. Im like what? Again told them Friday Aug 14. I get a call yesterday to confirm and they said 4pm-8pm. I wanted it earlier but got a reply 4pm-8pm ok. At 8am I get several calls. Missed them because Im working. Called back and its the delivery guy. Then the driver asked could he drop it off because its better for their schedule. No i replied. This story goes on because I called customer service to speak to a manager and she gave me the run around. Last call i made I asked to cancel the delivery and she hung up on me. I went to the store and the manager did not want to talk to me. They said they would refund my money in the morning. Rude. Unprofessional and the saddest part, I need those appliances.

I bought a new dishwasher, but first I ask if the store receives the old one and the seller says yes, but it is false.

Mostly major appliance with scratches and dents. You do save money if you dont mind imperfections. The TVs were not that much cheaper than the store sale prices. They had like 15 pieces of furniture that looked in good shape but the discount wasnt that deep. The TVs look like floor models from the other stores, no boxes in most cases. No small electronics, small appliances, toys like in the regular stores.

Three weeks ago I went in and bought a supposed $900.00 microwave convection over the range oven. I also paid $119.00 more for installation. As yet I am still without my microwave, the first time it was to be delivered and installed they called that morning and said it was damaged and could not be sold. A week later it was supposed to be redelivered and installed, I got a call that morning saying it could not be installed as one of there men called in sick, so far I am still waiting for delivery and installation. The woman who called more or less said thats the way it is and if I want to cancel its up to me. What a poor service oriented business this is to deal with. All they are interested in is selling you an extended warranty. Never again!

Best gosh darn prices

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! HORRIBLE FROM THE TOP DOWN, AND BOTTOM UP (of course theyre nice to earn your business). I was an easy sale and said yes and paid within minutes (the sales consultant MIGUEL even said youre going to be the easiest sale of the day). I paid $1100 for a floor model (not used) washer and dryer and some accessories. I scheduled delivery for a Thursday but they messed up and scheduled it for a Saturday on the receipt. So of course no delivery happened. Fast forward to Monday and I called to just schedule to have a friend pick it up. When I called, I was told by Maria a manager is checking to make sure its there and not off-site and I would get a call back. No call back, called them, and was on hold for ten minutes. LO AND BEHOLD, they said they cant deliver it because the washer and dryer are both not working. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE BOTH DEVICES THAT ARE BRAND NEW AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TURNED ON ARE NOT WORKING??? Because its probably a lie and they probably sold it to someone else. SO THEYRE SOMEHOW SELLING BAD MERCHANDISE OR USED MERCHANDISE, or they SELL STUFF AFTER ITS ALREADY PAID IN FULL. RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY!

Be careful people, I bought a tv in brandsmart with a warranty supposedly, it did not turn on after two months and when I took it, they told me nothing for you, go home with the same broken tareco to spend work to fix it with a workshop, change it in short, tremendous problem, I advise you not to buy anything here, you do not respect people. and be very careful because they tell you everything very beautiful.

We needed a new refrigerator. This was our first stop and found exactly what we were looking for. Affordable price and Nash was very friendly and helpful. Will go again when I need a new appliance or electronics!

This place feels like a sketchy used car dealership complete with youre pre approved for credit! and would you like our extended warranty package!? Lots of sales people available to offer assistance and upselling. Not too pushy, though. Aggressive data collection tactics. They do have lowest available prices on new TVs, and looks like some great deals on open box returns and scratch and dent items. They test items as you leave the store. Process takes a while but the service is good. They claim they have a 30 day return policy. I would definitely consider buying appliances here. I have a feeling they would consider some light haggling on some of the scratched and banged stuff.

Don’t order from here. Bunch of crooks. I have had to exchange my refrigerator twice and the last time the fridge arrived damaged/scratched and I was told by customer service that I would be contacted in regards to compensation and the damage done to my tiles as well. Contacted the sales rep 10 times and have texted her and no response. This issue has been happening since June and haven’t had any help.The sales rep was Mahavia/Nahavia and sondra/ken were involved and I’m not able to get in contact with anyone.

Concept is amazing for products you can test and verify are working well. Tried to buy a dishwasher for a rental property and didnt get so lucky. Refund was fast and effortless however!

We went here when renovating the house and is a good place to go to when you need new appliances at a more cost-effective price. As long as you are willing to deal with one or two cosmetic damages, like small dents or scratches, then you will walk out of this place a happy person. The customer service year was extremely helpful and was willing to put in the work to point us in the direction that we needed. Thank you to their team!

I enjoyed going here the employees are pleasant and helpful. However this is a clearance center so dont expect to find the usual items you would be looking for. They have scratch and dent items such as washers and dryers and good prices on wall ac units.

We bought a laundry center. With the warranty and delivery and setup, it was a very good price. It is a great machine. So much room inside and it is only three inches bigger than our old one. I can wash a whole king-sized sheet set instead of half and I even added a blanket.You have to watch the installers, though. They tried to snatch back the vent hose they sold us with the original order, which we didnt need.My husband said hey, I paid for that, leave it.They also tried to sell us a new hose for 25 bucks. When my husband said no, he proceeded to hook up the laundry center and tried to position himself so you couldnt see what he was doing.My husband repositioned himself so he could see him. After that, he told him to tighten the hose some more. If he had not told him to do that, he would not have tightened the hose, it would have leaked and then you would think you need a new hose. You have to watch them every minute. The machine is great.

Never knew about this place until a friend told me about it. Lots if appliances on clearance. Found two dishwashers both at great prices. When I phoned to put one on hold with a credit card was told I could not do it over phone. Had to come into store since it was a clearance item. Was happy but I understood. Hoping I can get the one I saw tomorrow when I return.

Tons of pressure by salesman to purchase through him. After I decided that I did not want to buy a clearance item and that I was going to buy the new item at the regular store, I was pressured excessively to complete my purchase at this store. I understand clerks make money with commissions but no customer should have to experience any pressure.

Was there years ago and was able to puchase all the small appliances i needed.Was looking for a particular major appliance which they did not carry. Wasnt worth the 28mile drive. My local one has everything for any of my needs.

Do not take the first or second price. The employees seem to having a full time party. Its hard to get them to wait on you. They need new management.

I love the normal store but this place has the best dam prices on all your major appliances. If you dont mind a scratch on the side of your fridge you can save 40-60% here on all Major name brand appliances. This would be a great place for a house flipper to outfit a remodeling job or a handy man to replace a broken microwave.

Loved the food. Very reasonable. Does not look like much as a restaurant. Sign says Big Chef island fusion grill. They have separate lunch and dinner menus.

This is the store to come for home appliances. Miguel Haye, the sales attendant really deserves a customer satisfaction medal 🎖.He knew what we needed and wanted, called us home to go back and kept our washing machine separated for us.Then his manager, Mrs Mason needed to help him 3 times with corrections of the name we were giving them. They had no complaints but helped us more. We left with big smiles, warranties and excellent prices!!

Awesome prices but as mentioned in another post not really a place to browse. you should know what youre looking for and have an idea of your price range as the staff is helpful but not extremely attentive. more of a store for men who know what they want, and not women who want to all day browsing.

Their stock is continually changing. They carry just about everything the main store does including brand new stuff I bought a microwave that didnt work and had no problem returning it. Horrible experience every time I go, save for one time. Employees dont care to help you and make it seem like its a chore to get information/assist even when theyre standing around doing nothing but chatting with their co-workers. Multiple times Ive had to return bad items due to being damaged or missing pieces, their return department is pretty good I must say, but once you get to the cashiers its a different story. On my last visit I was checking out and right in the middle of the process she put everything aside and took another customer that she pulled from the line because she was there 10 mins ago and had to retrieve something, instead of finishing our transaction first then assisting the next customer. Needless to say I didnt complete my transaction and left to another store to make my purchase, and Ill never return here again.
