On 6/8/2021 I returned a ice maker that I had incorrectly ordered. I called encompass and recieved a R.A.( return authorisation number.) . On 6/11/2021 at 12:30 encompass recieved my ice maker at thier recieving dock. I was told by customer service that at this time return credits were running about a week late. No problem. After two weeks and no refund I called customer service back. I was reassured that my refund would be issued back to my debit card within 24 to 48 hours. Nope, didnt happen. Its now 7/16/2021 and I still have not recieved a refund. 8 phone calls, emails out the wazoo, ....nothing but empty promises. Never again encompass!

I have been trying to get a refund on an expensive part purchased from this company. It was delivered damaged. I took pictures, filed a claim, and did everything theyve asked me to do. Had three different conversations with three different reps, and was last promised I would see my refund in 3-5 days. It has been over two weeks now since that last conversation. Horrible customer service!UPDATE: Thank you for responding and rectifying my situation so quickly. I understand COVID has a lot of businesses understaffed and things can fall through the cracks. I appreciate your quick response.

The WORST place to get parts!!! I would have given them O stars but it wont accept ZERO. Been waiting on a AC hose since 09/17/2020 and now told it COULD be at least August 2021. Asked them to rob a part from a new unit on the line and got NO answer. Sucks to have bought a brand new unit and now cant get parts to get the unit running. They DONT care at all just apologize.

Most unorganized place Ive ever been to. The signs have arrows to tell you where to pickup parts. The signs are very misleading. No hours on door. Door locked. No one at parts counter. Had to call customer service to get hours and phone number. The woman who answered the phone said oh, you need to go around back.. How is a customer to know this if there is no sign and no one to speak to? So next day went to back. Followed signs. No one answered the back door either! Then a guy shows up and says go over there and pointed. Wow. Then spoke to lady there...she couldnt find the order and said it wasnt there. Unreal. Eventually she found it. Invoicing was vague, never notified me when item was available for pickup. Next time I will have it delivered to my house. Pickup is horrible and unorganized and a waste of time. Thanks encompass!!!

I just giving a star because cannot be none. This is by far the worst company ever. Horrible customer services, long time waiting in line, product never get delivered on time they said when you purchase. A completely waste of time and money.

Call customer service got part number and phone to order part. Called the number that person told me that guy was wrong and sold me the part. Part was to big for my microwave and then had to return. Took over a month to deal with the return and I lost 45 dollars in the return process. Will never do buisness with this company again. Rating would be zero but cant be.

Very good, professional Encompass distributor center! Friendly stuff, excellent customer service, great prices. I usually spend about 10 min to get the right parts.Very satisfied. Definitely will work with them again. Thanks and keep going guys!Andrew K.

Hisense makes poor products such as the dehumidifier I purchased from Lowes. Hisense partner parts supplier, Encompass, no better. Their items flimsy, and dont hold up for much more than 1 year, conveniently when mfr warranty expires. I have three GE dehumidifiers versus one Hisense. The three GE going strong after four years. Adding insult to injury, Encompass stopped making the part and gave me the wrong part number to order elsewhere online. Never buying Hisense again.

Most dissatisfied...here is why:Searching for cables to replace the damaged cables hooked up to my surround sound. Found them in stock on the website of Emcompass Parts Distribution. Great! I ordered the 2 cables (left & right) online using my credit card. The next morning I called Encompass Parts Distribution to verify that the cables I ordered was indeed in stock and may I pick them up at the Ft. Lauderdale distribution office? I was on hold for far too long. Over 15 minutes. I hung up and called again...where I remained on hold an additional 12 minutes. I hung up and went online to their website to chat. Chat came on (Winesha) and asked to help me in which I asked if the parts that Id ordered (paid in full) was available at your Ft. Lauderdale office for me to pick up. I then gave my order number. Winesha confirmed in her chat that the parts were available for that order and that I could go and pick up! I was elated and went on my merry way from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale to pick up my paid order. When I arrived I had to wait over 45 minutes only to be told that they have one (1) cable in stock and that they could not find the other cable. Although their inventory system states it is in stock, the cable was not in its assigned spot on the shelf. The supervisor checked twice. She came to the front with on cable to give me. Why would I want 1/2 of my paid order? That does me no good. Supervisor stated she didnt know what happen because their system does in fact says the part is in STOCK. She wanted me to wait more so that she could go back and check the shelves again. No Way! I am not going to spend another minute of my vacation fooling around with an UNORGANIZED company. No wonder the rate & reviews for this company are not so good. The reviews are absolutely true! Now, on top of spending my time on the phone & chat to confirm before I go there, as well as purchasing the items in advance (because I thought the items were in stock), and wasting my gas to drive the miles: this company charged my credit card $8.51 - probably because of a restocking fee or something. This, because I requested a refund on an order that you inconveniently DID NOT HAVE FOR ME TO TAKE? So in other words, I awoke one sunny morning having nothing else productive to do...I volunteered $8.51 to a company that I received not one iota of a part from. How cool is that? Please dont waste your time. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company.

Quite possibly the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. To be fair the returns and ordering dept is great im sure due to the amount of practice they get. Ordered 3 items $1300 worth every single item was bad out of the box as per the technician, explained and showed how items were faulty. I believe the company is shipping out returned broken parts that they take back as cores or they try to repair and ship out as New. The warehouse facility is im sure in shambles and run poorly. This company is a Sony authorized facility. It saddens me to see the lack of accountability and quality that has now become the new normal.

This is the worst company ever.We make an order by May and still we haven’t received anything, they sent us an email where they said that the shipping of this part is being delayed.We called the customer service several times and that is impossible communicate we spent between 30 - 45 minutes waiting and at the end we hang out.THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND COMPANY
