I have placed several orders over the years with Silly farm, but my recent experience has just totally exceeded my expectations that I just want to rave about them for a moment. I wrote an email during a long weekend and immediately got a response, Heather made the most amazing mock up of my feather banner and it arrived 5 days before expected. The customer service was amazing, the product is exactly how I wanted it and the quality is very good.

Exceptional customer service. Called them direct with a question and actually got to speak with silly Heather herself. She said she loves talking with her customers. She helped fix a problem with billing and a high dollar amount purchase. They also kept us informed of the delayed shipping issue because of Covid 19 and the craft n go. Her supplier was closed for a few weeks. Craft n go came directly from the supplier and silly farm told us all that up front a head of time. We were looking for face paint for my nieces birthday party and we found Silly Farm. One of the face painters at my friends party recommended it. It is amazing all the selection they have for Body art, stencils, airbrush, henna! They are so helpful and answered all our questions. I couldn’t believe there is a shop locally. I came in about 6 months ago and I love that I can come in and see everything in person rather than online shopping. Lots of variety. It’s like the candy shop for kids. I love it here. The staff is amazing HOWEVER the lady with the short purple streaked hair.. is very very rude. I thought she had a bad day or something but then I returned 4 times after that and she was still rude. She acts like you’re suppose to know where everything is..uh hello I don’t work here..u do!And then she always says rudely “well everything is not in the showroom, how do u expect us to fit thousands of inventory in one room!” Well then how am I suppose to know where stuff is?! Then she pressures you into buying things you don’t need simply because she thinks you don’t know better. I’m not trying to get her in trouble..just simply better costumer service. I came with my kids once and she was rude to them..she probably doesn’t have kids so she doesn’t know how to speak to kids... but still come on be a little nicer and respectful.

Silly Farm Supplies is the best shop in South Florida. Its so hard to decide, I love their Halloween makeup, and they do airbrush. I am going try the stencils also. Then again, maybe I will try henna, so much to choose from. Its great to find face makeup all year round.The staff is fantastic!!

Drove couple hrs to get my clown supplies, face painting and stencils... The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I want a specific combo of color for a rainbow palette and they made it while I was waiting... That right there is customer service, I didnt mind to wait because quality and service isnt rush is like magic, there is patience, dedication, and passion about it. Im driving there soon !

I had really terrible service here. I waited well over 15 minutes to get any help, then my card was charged for the wrong amount because they messed up the billing address. I should have just left the moment they didnt let me sample the color I wanted, which in turn made me end-up having to buy 3 colors since I wasnt sure how it would look. They also overcharged me on the tax amount and were not at all apologetic about this.I do not recommend this business and I will never go here again for my Halloween and cosplay shopping. Youre better off going on Amazon; just make sure you order ahead of time.
