Extremely disappointed with this store. My disabled mother wanted to purchase a watermelon and was able to get it into her cart. The store was not busy, so she asked a cashier if someone could help her out to her car because getting the watermelon out of the cart would be a difficult task for her. The cashier told her they would not help her out to her car, but instead they would just place the watermelon in a bag. There were multiple employees standing around chatting with each other at the time. My mom left in tears unsure if she’d be able to get the watermelon out of the cart or not. Luckily there was one nice employee collecting carts in the parking lot who helped her. He is the reason for this store getting two stars instead of one. He seemed puzzled that no one inside would help. I reached out to the corporate email weeks ago to ask if refusing help out to a persons care is the stores policy, and never received a response from them. I will never, ever go to fresh thyme again after the way they treated my mom and the lack of response from corporate.

My favorite thing here is the ready to eat barbecue ribs! I used to get the sushi but now I never know whats in it and they dont have it labeled so I havent gotten it in over a year. What a shame.

Usually have good experiences here. Have a great selection and friendly staff. But make sure you seriously open and inspect the produce that is packaged. I just bought strawberries last night. Opened them today and are covered in serious mold. Pic posted.

Store is always clean. Only shop here with their ads when they have sales, usually on meats and seafood like shrimp generally goes on sale and decent price. Fruits go on sale and are fresh. Only buy on sale, otherwise Aldis has usually cheaper fruit without sales on average.

Recently shopped here on a recommendation from a friend. Was impressed with both the quality and prices of the meat and produce I bought. Ground beef was lower in price and of comparable quality to other local grocers. I also purchased celery and carrots, which were also of lower price and similar cost to other local options.I really liked the store layout. Having the produce in the middle of the store made it easier to shop for what I needed. Planning to return soon for more.Thanks for being great.

I went the first time today. I counted at least 5 customers and 3 staff with masks on their chins. Just because the weather is nice and the numbers are down, doesn’t mean you can play fast and loose. I don’t blame the employees though because the examples start at the top. What good is it to be a “health” store if you can’t protect folks basic health?

Wonderful store! Fresh Thyme carries many uncommon brands, while trending towards the healthier food zone than their local competition. Its easy to navigate and its conveniently located. Today and always so far my experience with them was great and my only problem with them would be their hours. But then again everyone has cut their hours unfortunately, so its more of a complaint about the state of the industry as a whole. All in all its a great place to shop for groceries in QC.

The food is reflective of the name. Fresh. Fresh produce. Fresh meat. Fresh baked goods. Fresh made peanut and almond butter by you. Fresh pizza and sushi. Fresh honey, syrup, and so many things I cant remember.They have a stand for kids to pick a treat. Usually it is filled with fruit snd my daughter loves to pick out an apple, banana, orange, or even s peach or pear and eat it as she roams the store with me.

I love Fresh Thyme. Ill get fresh produce here which is fairly priced for the quality, but I mainly come here for their extensive supplements. Theyve got everything you could need. This is also the only place Ive seen that sells high potency probiotics that are actually refrigerated too! Thats very important to me and it makes me happy they have a huge selection as well

I love shopping this store. It is clean and well organized. Their produce department is really special. Everything is fresh and prices are good. The staff is friendly. I can get paper bags for my purchases while many there stores use only plastic and wont take it back. Loading up the dump with more plastic is awful so good for Fresh Thyme.

I love this market. Fruits and veggies are fresher than other grocery stores. Prices are lower as well. Plenty of staff to help you and actually are knowledgeable about the product. Lots of fresh grains and other items sold by the pound in self serve bags. A great variety of spices. Some I never heard about before. Only draw back for me is limited supply of no added salt products. Still my favorite market.

Hands down, the best value on produce in the area. Always fresh and a wide variety from which to choose. Excellent selection of spices - many hard-to-find varieties at good prices. Nice variety of canned seafood if you are looking for oysters, anchovies, clams, mackerel, sardines, or imported tuna.

Concern for customer? YES, 100% The only grocery market in town which insists upon customer protection by wearing a mask. Oh yes, hardware stores require masks; but not the rest of grocery stores. THANKS Fresh Thyme; you are the greatest yet again!!!

I enjoy stopping into Fresh Thyme for their produce and meat deals. They also have delicious options at the bakery (like the double chocolate muffins!). Store is always clean but sometimes the checkout lines can be a little long than other stores and I have never felt that the customer service there is that great, most always look like they hate being there. But I do look forward to trying out their sub counter soon!

First time shopping here. Staff was helpful, especially the butcher. Great selection of fresh brats in many flavors. Bakery was well stocked and very fresh. Many items not found in other local grocery stores. Will visit again.

I usually love this place because the produce and prices are awesome. It seems to me that the management needs to be more aware and observant of their employees. The checkout staff and floor staff during this time of corona virus appear to have been observant of practices and the installation of plexiglass barriers gives a sense of security. Unfortunately when shopping the meat department on 7-17-2020 the person at the counter had his mask at half mast below his nose. This caught my attention and I didnt say anything to avoid conflict. Then I looked back at the window separating the counter and the meat cutting room. The meat cutter had absolutely no mask on. Customers as well were in the store without masks. Unfortunately many stores are putting up signs about masks being required and not enforcing this rule with employees and customers and this one was no exception. With the majority of their clientele most likely having health issues from allergies to immune disorders it seems to me that they should be much more cautious than the general run of the mill establishment. I suffer from both of these. I usually made a stop there about every 10 days on my last visit to the QC I skipped it. My only hope is to avoid this virus until the hospitals have room and better treatment of symptoms and my lack of confidence in businesses to help in that matter has become sketchy at best. I only hope the management sees this and corrects the situation as I really love the store itself.

I go to fresh thyme often and on this particular day I was in a hurry and needed to get in out. The girl that bagged and rang me up was so friendly and sweet. She could tell I was in a hurry and she rang me up quickly and efficiently. I believe her name was Alyssa and I told her I appreciated her quickness and her pleasant smile. Great workers like that will by why I will continue to go back to this grocery store.

Love this place!Equivalent to a smaller Whole Foods or Trader Joes. Anything that you can think of they have with a great selection of fresh produce.Huge parking lot so parking is convenient and establishment was super clean and very well organized. Obviously with a health food store its get what you pay for so prices are a little increased but its quality products youre receiving.

I was looking for a specific brand that they used to carry. The store clerk directed me to the store brand and offered it to me to try for free. I thought that was a really great gesture. I would return based on that alone.

I want to start by saying I love shopping at Fresh Thyme however I refuse to step foot inside after what happened.Weeks ago I was there with my boys buying groceries we were waiting patiently in line. A man came out of no where who seemed to be the manager. He takes one look at the line and starts barking orders at the elderly cashier and rather than helping the line he continues to denigrate her.Things were tense in the line after that and to break the ice I said to another person in line how at least HyVee will open another lane. They agreed with me and said they were going to be done shopping there too after that. Waiting is one thing but putting up with anger should not be part of the grocery experience!I made complaints, gave them several chances and its just a horrible experience every time. Part of the reason we love shopping at Fresh Thyme is the friendly atmosphere not hearing people get mistreated by their superiors.Due to managers like Br___ youve lost a customer for life. HyVee is closer for us but we loved the food and atmosphere at Fresh Thyme so for a while it was worth the extra expense. Its really sad for us because its the one place my kids would sit still when shopping!I feel awful for anyone caught working there during these COVID times and now they have to get yelled at? Its 2020 and people notice how you treat your employees. So no more Fresh Thyme for our family, sorry.

I always have a good experience at Fresh Thyme. I mostly buy produce from here. I have had really good luck with fruit from here. I have had terrible luck at other stores buying fruit. One example is the peaches. When you buy the peaches and they may happen to still be hard, you can let them sit out a day or two until they soften. I have had peaches from other stores if you buy them hard and let sit out they never get soft and taste terrible either a funny taste or no taste at all. I like that they sell a lot of bulk items here as well. I would recommend you give it a try if you have never been there.

Have a great sale on chicken breast. Cooked up very tender and moist. My wife also bought a bag of cherries that she said were very good as well. Nice store that has a very good fresh meat counter with a nice variety of seasoned meats and fish.

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market offers a wide selection of fresh fruits, meats and vegetables. They carry a full line of Boars Head deli meats and a good variety of cheeses. Checkout was fast and efficient and the staff were both courteous and helpful.

Although it can get pricey depending on what you get, everything has a price/weight or price/number on every item sticker. So it makes it easy to compare to places. They also run deals weekly, if not daily.

I absolutely Loved my shopping experience, at Fresh Thyme! Got so many good things: Fresh Green Beans, Watermelons, garlic, avocados, Granny Smith and Honey Crisp apples, a bag of small yellow, orange, and red sweet peppers, a bag of Tender, sweet green beans - And a nice big roll of sea-salted Amish Butter! All so Fresh, and Yummy!

Very nice, clean store. You can find good produce for relatively low prices. Delicatessen is good too. The bakery does a pretty decent job and the hot food section is also good. I wish they had more options for hot foods, maybe more than subs and pizza, make it more like a Whole Foods. The seating area is not very big but it is comfortable but it doesnt have a view . Staff are very friendly and helpful
