I love having a store right across the street, so convenient. Prices are a little higher than other stores but the customer service is fantastic. They will help you to your car and load your groceries for you. Produce is amazing.

Fareway is the best grocery store in Davenport IA. It took me two trips to remember where everything is, and even on Saturday I can get in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. Great selection and prices-very friendly and helpful staff!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The meat department is GREAT! Produce is a little small but you can always get the basics. They just added self check out stations

I love the meat counter. Today I got some of their meatloaf. Its so tasty with the combination of onions, green peppers, and spices. Also have good specials in their weekly ads.

For a smaller grocery store, the prices are still very competitive with bigger stores. Their meat dept is always clean, and full. Their employees still walk your bags out to your car, load them, and take your cart back in with them.

I like Gateway for their high quality meats. These are smaller stores, but they still have a good enough selection of grocery products to cover 95% of your needs. Fair prices too.

Faraway is a really nice store to shop, however, they use to have food reduced due to up coming experation. I was told the corporate office put a stop to it. Sad!

My wife shipped in here. She said it was clean, had wide aisles, prices were good and the service excellent. They even bring your groceries to your vehicle.

For a fairly small grocery store, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of goods they carry. I found everything I needed on my shopping list and the prices were very reasonable. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful.I was especially impressed with the butcher area, they had an amazing array of store made specialties! And all meats are wrapped to order at the counter. Those reasons alone makes shopping there worthwhile. The much larger grocery stores I shop at in my area in Massachusetts (where I was visiting from) dont have anything like that. I want to give special mention to Alexis from the butcher shop. She is absolutely wonderful!

The meat department and food selections are always great. Quaint little market. And enjoy that they take my groceries out to my car...that probably explains some of the high prices but worth the visit there.

Stopped by for a quick shopping trip. Able to find everything we needed. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Social distancing guidelines were being followed. In fact, all shopping carts were sanitized before given to you by the staff.

I use to shop here weekly as I only live a few blocks away, unfortunately after last night I will never return, I was told by employee that if I was not handicap or elderly I needed to use self checkouts, so I started my adventure of checking my self out and I had a cart full, if you have more items than can fit on bagging area you cant set items on floor or in cart as a error message comes up on computer and I had to stack all my items almost 3 feet high and after I paid I started placing items on my cart and employee comes over and states I have to bag all my items and not allowed to just place items loose in my cart so ridiculous will never go back again

Saturday night, the store is busy as all get out. Im in a jam, on my way to a family event and forgot diapers! (How did manage that?) I have my kid with me, and I dont take him hardly anywhere with covid. I called, whoever answered (I think his name was Adam), went and checked the diapers, told me the brands/prices, and then brought them out to my car! I cant think of any other grocery store that would do that on a whim! He went above and beyond for me, and never rushed me or made me feel like an inconvenience. I really am thankful for his help and the customer service he delivered, he went above and beyond in my book. Please someone, give this guy a raise!

Always a great experience. Fareway has a staff that is knowledgeable, helpful, and always timely in their service. Its my favorite place to purchase fresh produce, deli, and just about anything we need on our shopping list! And they always accommodate price matches and are ready to be the best deal in town. I Love shopping here, at Fareway, on 53rd Street, in Davenport, Iowa! Their employees are friendly, and Evan was a Wonderful help, bringing my groceries out for me, and helping to put them in my vehicle, too! I also Love Fareways store brand products! For example: In my opinion, Fareways store brand peanut butter, is better than JIF, and I Love the Fareway store brand cottage cheese, as well! :)

Selection is decent, their quality is always very good but their prices can be a bit steep when there isnt sales going on. They definitely have one of the best meat departments in town tho.

I like this store but the meat department needs to always have on and change their gloves.

I really like the weekly specials that they have. Especially the steak specials but you really have to see their weekly specials to enjoy the bargains. Service is also very good in general its also normally easy get again and out

We used to love Fareway. Their lack of requirement for masks in the pandemic, though admitting it is recommended, saddens me and has left me to use Wal-Mart, which requires masks by both workers and customers. I wonder if we will ever use Fareway as much as we did before the pandemic.
