3-2021...This store is under a compete renovation. They have already added made to order Habachi Grill and a maid to order gourmet pizza place, MIA. A Starbucks will be added soon. Love the dining upgrades that have been made so far.

Always clean, well organized. Checkout assistants are always polite and helpful.

First and Foremost: I havent been in a store that has so many happy and courteous staff in a longggg time. Other grocery (et al) stores could use lessons from your trainers. Hy-Vee AND my local $ Fresh go above and beyond including the managers right down to the checkers. KUDOS to all. To top it all off, they dont gripe/grunt about answering my queries, etc.PS I like most WalMarts but they could use some beside mannerisms training from your company.JudyK/Baldwin, IA

The remodel of this lovely store is very frustrating, it is very difficult to find things because there is no rhyme or reason to layout of displays or products. It has become a Dollar General wanna be a little bit of everything, cheap products but overpriced. Its sad this was a beautiful shopping experience at one time

Its true what they say and with the masks off there certainly is a smile in every isle here,I have asked where something is and the employees are always courtious enough to lead you straight to what your looking for even as busy as they may be I love this about HyVee food stores

Easy to find everything in my neighborhood store, friendly service at the customer counter, wide aisle for easy mobility, new food counters, and now a Starbucks. Thanks Hy-Vee i might never leave now;)

They have changed everything getting familiar with store again

The organization is engineered to benefit the employees rather than to benefit customers! The prices are not competitive enough to compete with WalMart or the discount grocers. Customer service is better than discount grocers but the pricing still makes the discount grocers more attractive or a better value for larger purchases. I usually only shop Hy-Vee for specialty or convenience. Not for value! Which is clearly more important!

Who knew that you could have one of their fresh young kids whip you up some fresh Japanese, Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese food? What a tasty alternative to humdrum Chinese! P.S. They have great artisan breads, too.

They do not have non-dairy whipped cream. Their website lied.

Not my usual store to shop, but on that side of town. I shop at the Hy Vee on my side of town. This store is under renovations at this time. Abit hard to move around to move around, but will be nice when completed. Our store was recently renovated as well.. Fair prices on their products and staff helpful and friendly.

Until supply chain or remodeling issues are completed or handled the quality of the products will suffer. We havent been able to buy some of the fresh produce we usually purchase do to poor quality or the bugs that that are feasting on them. Also more than usual expired products in the prepackaged items as well(tortillas, coffee creamer etc.) Some items two or three months past expiration. I have shopped at this hy-vee nearly 30yrs and will continue to because the nice people that work there. But at the end of the day what matters is what i am loading into my vehicle and taking home to my family. I look forward to the improvements in our neighborhood hy-vee.

In bakery, employee was on phone, asked him if he realized had been out of frosted sugar cookies for 2 days, gave me a pained look and said yes, we dont have any the look he gave me wasnt at all nice. This bakery is poorly run, at Christmas I also wanted same cookies, they had 6 packages on shelf, all of the containers had a broken cookie and some just had frosting dripped across them. These cookies are $1 a piece! cashier took all 6 pkgs back and told bakery worker the customer would like 6 unbroken frosted cookies, she had to open the pkgs to create 1 correct pkg! General attitude in bakery is very poor on other requests also

First time visit on this store and I would say it was satisfactory. We just had breakfast and noticed the remodelación area in front of the kitchen, most be something good. Congrats!

I prefer the selection of the HyVee on 53rd st. They always seem to have what I need, and want! The staff are very friendly. I enjoy that if you do have to ask where something is, they don’t just point in a direction, or tell you which aisle.... they physically walk you to it. If it’s not where they think, they find it for you. Like the Fuel Savers! Great Produce department! Excellent Customer Service! Thanks, all!!

The Starbucks here was a joke I was thw only person in line and in tool 20 mins to make this . and confronted about the amount just said sorry I made how I was supposed to . and took 3 trys to get this

Always been my go to hyvee since i live near by and i enjoy it. The only bad experiences youll have is with customers the workers are great.

The stores have changed....now they are charging too much and helping too little.

Its okay but I felt it had several items that were overpriced so Id compare versus buying everything there. I was also disappointed to see I got double charged on a can of soup so Im out 2.69 as well.

A company that not only treats their associates well but they train them well and it shows. I will not buy my produce or meats anywhere else! Ive witnessed a manager jump in to help many times. Impressive. Other companies could learn from HyVee!!!

I highly recommend never going to this Hy-Vee if you want your items stolen by the employees this is the place to go. I went shopping today and I left a bag at the counter with the cashier I was gone for 15 minutes came back ask for my bag and he said it was gone. These people are thieves and I have extremely lost my trust in this place. I will never shop here again.

The produce is very disappointing. Staff is friendly hopefully it will be better after all the renovations are done.

Great place to stock up on meat they have great sales every week. Love there new Chinese restaurant in side very good and filling.

HyVee is great,what a variety of products,they have a great organics dept.,meats &produce are great,lots of choices for wines,alclohol&beers,if you cant find what you need here,they dont make it!!

Silvis Hyvee is my least favorite store..Ive nearly switched all my shopping to Walmart because of it.

I really enjoy Hy-Vee. They seem to have a lot of products that other stores don’t have and even some I’ve never seen or heard of. Their prices aren’t bad depending the product your buying but they do often have good sales as well.

Theyve turned this hyvee into something awesome. Good food, nice place to dine, even have a bar (but Im not a drinker)Best part is-the now sell just about everything you would get at a fresh market store, including vitamins you use to have to buy from manufacturer. (Thorne) my fiance, she swears by the brand.If they get boarshead meat and cheese, jicama and dehydrated morels-I wont go to Fresh Thyme anymore, as hyvee will be my one and only store.Good job hyvee! Ive already told multiple people about the charges, and I was there only yesterday.. Please, please get the boarshead lunchmeat and cheese, stock jicama and dehydrated morel mushrooms.

Cashiers are always friendly and has always felt more like a larger, local store than a chain.

Being on holiday here from the east coast, I wasnt sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the very nice, fresh produce. And the bakery, butcher and seafood departments had wonderful selections! There was less variety of boxed and canned items than Im used to, but other than that its a great grocery store.

Still in the process of their remodeling. Starbucks is coming soon inside of store.

Convenient to where Im living. Plenty of checkers so not long lines waiting to check out. Friendly employees. Online ordering available (have used with great results, but this time only needed a couple items so went in the store myself)

I found everything on my list. Im impressed that Hyvee (West Kimberly) is keeping everthing together during this gigantic remodel. There are some stacks of stuff in the middle of the floor, but its organized. I enjoy the things that are done so far.

Clean store helpful staff good deals good naborhood. If you cant find it ask. If a long line starts they open another register. Vegan and non vegan food can be found.

I enjoy shopping at Hyvee, especially for their fresh selection of produce. The only thing I was disappointed about was that they did not have frozen strawberries in syrup.

Did not have the Clean Shower nor the box of Clorox bleach2 color safe. No Coast soap I buy there. Nor the bounty full sheet. Very very discussed. Didnt have the cream of onion soup I use a lot of.

Fare prices for Covid except they no longer sanitize after each customer which concerns me when Ive been in Coralville and Iowa City and there Grocery stores clean everything including the card machine and ask that you wait till there finished before stepping up for service.... Excellent service
