Great response when I was unexpectly needed a new door and opener! With in the day they were to see exactly what I needed, ordered and on their install list! Install was professional, fast and done right! I couldnt be happier with their service and product! The owner, Tim, was great and seems to take alot of pride in his work. Just called to get a garage door quote and the gentlemen that answered had an attitude like he didn’t want my business. Asked me a budget right off the bat as if I even know how much garage doors cost. If you are looking at your reviews. You need to hire a real sales person because you do not make the cut it at all. I’ve been in sales for 32 years and you are the nightmare of a sales person for a sales company.I called your competitor and was greeted with a dwindle and professional matter. Those little things diverted me to your competitor.

We called for an estimate on a repair for our garage door. Wed already called another place that wasnt responding to our needs in a timely manner, having dropped by to make an estimate and leaving, saying theyd get back to us. Eastern Iowa Overhead Doors came promptly and fixed the door problem on the spot and the price was totally reasonable. The other place called back 2 weeks later trying to charge us 3 times the price as these guys did. Will definitely use these guys again in the future!
