Kind of like a Starbucks, but way slower. Consistently. Probably their busiest location in the area and they’re not staffed for it.

Ordered a Venti Blonde with cream. When it came it appeared to be curdled. I asked about it and was told they use heavy cream and that is the way it looks. I asked for half and half and was told they only use heavy cream and walked away.

Have been going to this Starbucks for over 10 years. Consistently good. Understand the need for speed in the a.m. Gave us a gift card this week for no particular reason. How nice!

My mother used to come here a lot, and I can see why she stopped coming. I had a Starbucks gift card I was sitting on, and I saw they had a Matcha Green tea. As you can see by the provided pictures, both drinks are not completely full, theres a lot of missing. My matcha green tea has all kinds of floaters bec6it wasnt mixed thoroughly. And dont get me started on the name misspelling.

He’s is one of the great starts to my day when I do stop through that one before 6 am 😊🙌🏼 I look forward to his bright and cheery personality! Never have I had a bad item food or liquid from Starbucks!! When my wife and I travel we will Google Starbucks when the time is right and GPS to get there. No one does it better. I make a mean pot of coffee but I dont have all the magic fixings for the yummy beverages as they do.The workers usually seem to take pride in their masterpieces. The man taking orders at this last stop in Davenport Iowa was wonderful, knowledgeable and helped my wife understand the difference in beans and brewing so she could make her order, was extremely good.

I stop on Wednesday mornings for a drink and coffee cake and everyone is always helpful but especially George! At 6 in the morning he is always a bright and cheerful person who is the perfect addition for those like me who need a mid week pick me up!

I LOVE STARBUCKS! Seriously, they do make good coffee and I probably have an addiction. I tend to brew my own coffee at home these days, but I am not going to pass up a chance to get a good cup of joe from Starbucks or maybe a tasty latte. The only reason to not go here is if you are boycotting them for some reason... More power to you.😁

Starbucks is always good about mixing up a good coffee. On top of that at least 90% of the baristas Ive met are high energy and make the short purchase process a fun and exciting one. My wife and I will continue to come and get a delicious pink drink for years to come. Thanks!

The last time I went here the man at the drive thru window was so rude to me. He asked me how my day was, and mid sentence he says thats nice, and shuts the window on me. I dont care if we chat or not, but dont ask me a question then shut the window on me! I usually tip but not this day! Now I go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks. The one on middle road are so much friendlier!

My coffee (iced Americano) had an amazing flavor. Staff (female, I’m guessing manager) was incredibly friendly and when she informed me that it was closing time was quite cool about it. Her male counterpart was obviously newer and a little bit awkward at his job, but still friendly, but not to engaging. Wooden chairs were a bit comfortable, but overall the decor of this location was quite pleasing to the eyes. There were cushion seats in the corner, but I didn’t sit there due to needing to do a little bit of work on a computer.

Used to be my favorite. Now if you ask for anything special it isnt received. Im tired of getting the wrong order because they think I cant tell the difference. Not worth the price anymore. Go accross the street to kwik star and make it yourself for half the price.

A good cup of coffee, especially the cold Brew. The parking lot can be a mess and the drive up line very long. I usually order on the app and go inside to pick it up. But they are always pleasant and friendly. Always clean. Sometimes I think the music in the store is to loud.

My double shot was bitter, shots were completely dead. Somehow the cold brew was SOUR/SPOILED. Staff was more concerned with chit chatting than serving customers.

Well its starbucks on every dam street corner its ok coffee but not the best in the uk we have neros which is a lot better but overall its ok friendly staff and always sevice with a smile :)

Friendly atmosphere and fast service. The employees are really kind. Drinks are a bit expensive but the quality is worth it. The only problem is getting out of the parking lot.

I get coffee here daily and I typically see the same morning shift people. Today, a barista named Mathew had the audacity to question why I come here everyday and told me to go to Atomic coffee since it is so close to my work place, which I had told him previously during small talk. He said it with a snarky attitude and left it at that so there was no “joke” about it. I find it so disrespectful and that’s not how to treat a paying customer. I really hope that they have a talk with him because if he hates his job that much, they should probably get rid of him.

There are two little brunette girls, and they are awesome. My drinks are always on point when they are making the drinks and theyre very nice.However, Ive had multiple bad experiences. One girl gave me an attitude when she didnt pay attention to the 1 of 2 items on the labels. I had one drink and had to say something to get my second drink after waiting a while for it. The girl was really rude about it too.Another incident where I only received one drink, I sat down waiting for the other when the barista asked me what I was waiting for; I told her about the other drink and she abruptly says I dont have that drink. She had put it in the drive thru and gave me a tude about it. *itch!!!!!!Another time they gave me the wrong tea and when I came back later to get the right one, this guy took the watered down tea (as it had been hours until I could come back) and poured it into another cup then handed it back to me. Say whhat?Lastly, I came in when and there was a line wrapped around the building and a guy (gray hair) is bleaching the frappuccino sink. SMH. Talk about not the time.

Just like a lot of other stores in town, access to this coffee shop was poorly designed. I, however, still enjoy going to the store for their coffee and relaxing environment.Update: during Covid pandemic, workers at drive-thru are not practicing proper hygiene - they handle cash from another customer, then handed me my cup by grabbing the lid with bare hands and they sure didnt sanitize their hands before touching the lid. This is totally unacceptable!!

I am a Gold card member and I used my rewards for a free drink just now. I asked for a Salted Caramel Mocha frappuccino with a shot of espresso and half the normal pumps of syrup. I instead got a caramel frap with those modifications. So I asked for it to be remade. My new one tasted awful. It was bitter and had no flavor to it. Normally when I go to the Moline store they make it perfectly. I feel as though because I had a line behind me the person making my drink was rushing to get me out of the line. It had mocha drizzle (which doesnt come on a SCM frap) running down the sides of the cup. So on top of that my drink was still wrong and it was messy. I had to go out of my way to go to the Moline store just to have it made correctly. I am very disappointed.

Male barista gave me attitude and got drinks wrong. Plus they have ghetto r&b music playing! Not again! They chitchat all too much and dont focus! First time I ever seen a Starbucks with a 2 star rating and clearly with the reviews I see it wasnt only me with a bad after taste!

Staff is great...but the parking is so awful. Weekday mornings are tolerable but dont go on the weekends you will spend your time trying not to get hit just waiting in the drive thru.

Service and baristas were great. However, my coffee was awful. I ordered a regular coffee and it tasted so burnt is was not drinkable; I went back up, ordered a mocha, and it tasted awful. I have never been so disappointed by a Starbucks in my life.

Went to get my normal mocha frappe and roasted ham and cheese and the drive thru lady talked to me like I was stupid, saying they obviously dont have anything like that, that everything they have is premade and they cant make anything. I get to the window and ask about it, and they said I asked for it to be on a bagel, but it comes on a croisant. I said even though Ive recieved it both ways and the fact that she said they nothing like what I asked is made there, frustrated me because I had to rush to work because I was arguing with them about it. The difference was the croisant, and they acted like I was stupid for not remembering it comes on a croisant even though Ive had it on a bagel before. Definitely would not recommend this location, because if you dont know the menu by heart, theyll be rude to you for it.

The service is always very friendly and they go above and beyond. Once, I asked if there were any more of a limited-time-only coffee, and they said no, except for a partial bag they were using for pour-overs. She could tell I was very disappointed to have missed out, so, when I bought a bag of another type of coffee instead, the barista threw in the partial bag of the Kati Kati. That was wonderful! I appreciated it so much.

Great place for me to go even though I dont drink coffee. They have a variety of drinks to suit everyone. From coffee to tea and smoothies. Great friendly and professional staff. They always get my drink done thw way I like, which is good because i can be picky when it comes to my drinks especially my chai tea latte . They also have food and desserts. Great atmosphere so if you want you can dine in or just sit and have a drink. Also have free wifi so u can sit have a drink and work or do homework.
