Three staffers never moved from behind the counter. No greeting. A simple hello would have yielded a sale today. Sadness. I actually found two tea pots I wanted to buy. However, as an amputee, I did not trust myself to get the pots from the shelf alone. When I approached the counter for assistance, one of the young ladies engaging in conversation with the other two asked me to please give them a minute. Kudos to management for enforcing masking and social distancing.

The ladies working here are wonderful they helped us as soon as we walked in till we walked out! Fabulous job guys.

A little expensive, but the quality is worth it. Always have helpful and happy people working. Wish they still accepted checks, but I understand why they dont.

Yes the prices are a little on the high side but it is a wonderful store walking in it was a cozy environment, perfect place to get a house warming gift

Very nice store to buy everything you need for the kitchen and cooking. Nice collection of coffee mugs and coffee makers, they carry chemex coffee filters and I couldnt find them anywhere else in the Quad Cities. Service is great and prices are fine.

Is there is a kitchen utensil or item that you need and you cant find it here, then you probably dont really need it, LOL. Staff was very friendly and helpful and found a couple of eyeball items that I had been wanting for a while. Would most definitely recommend this place.

Amazing coffee!!! Much better than Starbucks and the store itself has EVERYTHING you could want for your kitchen.

The coffee is great, the employees are always wonderful, and the place is excellent for finding the tool no where else seems to stock.
