Its pretty good. They have nice quality clothing although a bit pricy. Dont go there looking for shoes though. They kind of lack in that department.

This Jcp has open dressing rooms. The last one I went to did not. Very clean with nicely organized racks.

Typical department store. A bit over priced on most things. They do have a few good sales going on right now. Staff is not that helpful. I was looking for a short sleeved black button down shirt. When I finally tracked down a clerk I was advised to “just look around.”

Another JCPenney store nothing special about it. I thought they were going out of business but the racks are fully stocked. Staff are nice

When you promise 2 hour curbside pickup, that isnt supposed to be 12 hours! K ordered at 14:46. When I last checked at midnight, it still shows pending. But, the only one in-stock at this location was no longer showing there. I checked after getting up this morning and the application showed that it was ready. But, I never received an email stating that. I was supposed to be able to use their application to notify them that I was there. There was nothing in the application to allow that. When I clicked the link in the APPLICATION INSTALLED ON MY PHONE, the application told me that there was no device ON MY PHONE that would allow me to call them!I know that they are in terrible financial shape. But, Ive seen LOCAL BUSINESSES with better application functionality!

I saw Chloe in the Salon. She always gives me the best look. I come in with ideas of what I like and she makes it perfect for me. The first time I went to her she fixed my terrible at home bleach job that was patchy and orange. Definitely would recommend scheduling an appointment with her!

Its like a dying store on its last legs but this one is nice. Friendly staff. Wish the 2nd floor wasnt so creepy. But still a nice place to find some clothes beside walmart.

This store is huge! The upstairs has childrens clothing, pots and pans, mattresses and bedding. The downstairs has clothing, underwear and swimsuits. I still get a kick out of riding the escalator. Their prices are very reasonable.

Much h better selection of womens petite clothes than Kohls but could still be better.

We have spent a lot of money here over the years. $600 today. Bought Jeans for the son and dress clothes for the wife and shorts for me.

This place doesnt have nearly any items You would find in the stores on the west coast

I wanted to return adisney necklace my son gave his girlfriend. She had it 2 weeks and it broke. They would not do athing, because he did not purchase the insurance for $25, I believe was cost. When I asked to speak with manager same response.Offered to sell me a$29 chain.I went to Walts in Albany Illinois and purchased silver one for $3.JcPenny quality and service went way down. I will never shop there again. Poor quality and service

It is no surprise this chain is having financial trouble. While they have always carried high quality merchandise, their service leaves a lot to be desired. One should not have to track down a salesperson or ( worse yet) interrupt a gaggle of salespeople talking together, in order to spend money at the store..

Shopped Pennys for years

Went to get a new pair of shoes for my child. Usually the only place we can find inexpensive shoes in his size. Today the selection was spare. Looks more like they are going out of business with as many empty shelves and limited selection they have.

Im from out of town and told my family I needed to find some clothes at a good price and they all said JC Penneys. I was hesitant because in my mind they were a little pricey but I was so wrong. I spent most of my time in the clearance rack and walked out with a bag half my body weight in clothes and spent under $200. I will always choose Penneys from now on

Absolutely dissatisfied with my experience. I used to love going to this store, but the staff today was very unprofessional and down right rude. Worst retail experience ever!!

Great shop day for the kids

I shop here every now and again but did not realize they had a big and tall area. My son is tall and a teenager it is hard to find clothes for tall people that is in style. Some of us old folks dont care we just want to look nice.

Went to Pennys to buy a suit. There used to be older gentlemen to help size but they r retired. Mostly women working there that didnt know the difference from a suit coat and sports jacket and said they were trained to fit for suits. I asked if they had someone to help and here comes Mike. He was so helpful, worked with is for 45 minutes until we found the right fit. Pennys need to hire more men to help in the suit department

A little busy at checkout s.They had a big selection and good prices. I went shopping for some new summer clothes, and found some great buys. Helpful employees and big store. Cashier was friendly and pleasant.

Spent 30 minutes in the men’s suit section. Never approached by nor could find an associate to assist me. Deplorable!

Nice place in a mall to shop. With a lot of stores closing, it was good to see if Pennys are still open. Store was fairly crowded but had a lot of merchandise on hand.

I was shopping for a certain item. Found it and went to check out. Had a discount e-mail but no coupon or bar code to use to get the right price. The associate did not give up, she called a supervisor and got me my discount. I was very appreciative. JC Penneys has great employees.

Very helpful and welcoming. One of the staff (Ashlee) went out of her way to help us find a specific item both within this store and at others in the area. The attention to customer service was very much appreciated.

We have shopped here for thirty years and would recommend anybody who needs their first gold chain to get it here cause they used to offer service plans in case a link show up in your herring bone or a clasp tips out. We always had good turnaround and fair prices. Watch for sale prices and the upstairs has even more to offer if you enjoy perusing

I can hardly believe how the personnel has changed over the years. They were so friendly and willing to help. They even offered to look some Jeans up to see if they came in short. I will be shopping there once again!

I like JCPenney, i would like it a whole lot more if it wasnt in the Mall. Actually I cruised through to Sephora where Colin helped me. He is worth the visit. Mall employees deserve a medal.

Saved a Penney or two!

I walked around this store for 2 hours and not 1 single person asked if I needed help. Also there is an old man who normally works at the register closest to the Photography studio, and he has got to be the rudest, most lacking of customer service skills employee I have ever encountered! Walk in that entrance and Im sure you can spot him immediately!
