I havent been able to go for a long walk all summer because the bottom of my feet would start to ache after 1/2 mile. I went to Fleet Feet as recommended by a friend and had the 3-D imaging etc. done and they fit me with a great pair of New Balance shoes. The next day I walked over 4 miles pain free! I highly recommend stopping by.

I brought my son in to get new running shoes and cleats for high school cross country. We were immediately greeted when we walked in and the gentleman that helped us made the selection process very easy. My son hates to shop, so it was great to be able to get everything we needed at one place and we were in and out in around 30 minutes!

I originally went to Fleet Feet looking to buy some insoles to make the shoes I had more comfortable. I am on my feet a lot for work and was having foot, knee and back pain and was pretty desperate for anything that would help! Brian was very knowledgeable and helped me discover that the shoes I was wearing offered me zero support and showed me both insoles and a couple different pairs of shoes. I felt the person who waited on me was very knowledgable and knew what to do for plantars fasciitis. The shoe she suggested helped manage the pain almost immediately. It was kind of embarrassing but I teared up at the relief I felt when walking with my new shoes and inserts. She was very kind and made me feel like I was going to be okay and able to walk without limping soon. Ive worn them non stop since I bought them and I can already tell Im healing.

I had a great experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and was helped immediately. I scheduled an appointment and was 30 minutes early, but I was still promptly helped! We went through the foot scan process and our associate, Jack, was very helpful in explaining to me what everything meant in my scans. He grabbed a few pairs of shoes that would feet my specific needs and was very attentive to making sure the shoes were correct for me. He was excellent to work with. I ended up purchasing a pair of ASICS, as well as customized insoles. I had a great experience from start to finish!

Everyone at Fleet Feet was super helpful! As a newcomer to running, they were able to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations and a great deal of information. I would highly recommend going and getting fit for some shoes!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The scan was easy and explained to me in detail. I bought new shoes and insoles. The insoles did not work for me and they returned them no questions asked. I would shop there again.

The staff member took her time explaining the results of my foot scan. She asked for feedback on what I liked and didnt like about each pair of shoes I tried on. Ultimately I found the right pair, a brand I likely wouldnt have considered without her input. So far so good, Ive had two great runs and am really enjoying my new shoes.

I wish I would have gone to Fleet Feet before I even attempted to start running. I havent ran more than 1 mile in about 18 years due of the pain in the ball of my foot and toes. A friend finally recommended I go in and have them scan my feet and recommend inserts. I went in and found out that I should be purchasing a womens wide size 8. Ive been buying 6.5-7 running shoes. Additionally, they hooked me up with an insert. The first day I PRd in my 1 mile, 1K, 5K, and 10K. I didnt have to stop for the pain. Thank you so much! Not once was there any pressure to purchase anything and I was given several options and choices to try on. Thank you so much! My go to place for running/walking needs. The staff is always friendly and they know their stuff. You’ll get the same treatment if you’re a crazy fast runner or if you’re looking for shoes to walk your first 5k. And if they don’t have the shoe you’re really wanting, they’ll do their best to track it down for you. I’m a physical therapist and I often send my patients there for shoes, tape, recovery tools, you name it! Can’t say enough good things about the team there!

I cant believe how quickly I was in and out of the store with a great pair of new shoes!In under half an hour the staff was able to look up details on my last purchase, do a digital sizing of my feet and provide me with four pairs of shoes to try.They also never pressured me to lean towards a certain shoe, they just gave me the info I needed to make a good decision for myself.

The job done by Hayley was astonishing. I came in upset that I had already been to a few other store and received exactly zero help from them. When I came in (first time ever there) it was because a friend had referred me. I have (or so I thought) wise feet and was having an issue getting workout shoes that don’t blow out where my pinkie toe is. Well, after she did my foot analysis it turned out I don’t have wide feet; I had been wearing the wrong size shoe the whole time. After some questions Hayley brought me multiple pairs of shoes to try. She put them on my feet and had we walk around, explaining how the right shoes were going to help with recovery as well. She asked pointed questions about the shoes while we also talked about a mutual friend and his endeavors. We decided on one pair, she rang me up, and I was on my way. She had me in and out with a great pair of shoes at a good price in less than 20 minutes. I had wasted hours at other stores that I likely would have bought the wrong shoes had had the same issues. I will be back to Fleet Feet and I will happily hand them my money knowing what I am getting is what I need.

My first experience at Fleet Feet was great ! I brought in the running shoes I had been wearing, explained the problems with foot and knee pain Ive been experiencing . The employee had me stand on a scale that scanned the shape of my foot. He then had me try about 4 different shoes and helped me narrow down to the pair I ultimately bought (Brooks Glycerin). We are lucky to have a store like this in the Quad Cities!

Went in and said I was in the market for shoes and needed to be fitted. Phil helped me out big time. Explained why I might be having problems with my current shoes. Picked out 3 styles for me to try with a more supportive arch and took his time helping me try all 3. Super job and will be back when these need replacing.
