I normally love this store we went in today and got a piece when we got home to use it the entire inside was gross almost looked like someone painted the inside or mold or something inside of the piece. I’m not sure if it was used or not before but it looks like it wasn’t cleaned out. When I called and spoke with the employee he told me that it wasn’t used and there’s nothing he can do. That I could TRY to call back to speak to the owner and bring the pictures In but I don’t live in town but I feel as if this should not happen. No matter what it is it can be harmful to people

We had a great experience today at Cotopaxi. The owner, Jim, is a great guy. The manager, Ashley, is very helpful as well as the other young man that helped us. They are all very knowledgeable. We will continue to be loyal to Jim because he treats his loyal regular customers right with great customer service and knowledge of the products he sells in his store. Check out Cotopaxi at Northpark Mall. Jim has a lot of great items in stock.

Went in here for the first time yesterday. They have excellent quality clothing from all over the world. Prices are Very reasonable. The store owner is a wonderful conversationalist and knows his products. There are treasures all over and the energy there is amazing. We are most certainly going back.

Great store to fix the malls need for an affordable aromatherapy shop. A little bit of everything from essential oils, incense, and decorative items for around the house
