They use cheap charcoal. They hookah is good for the first 5 minutes and burned. I asked if they can get me another coals but they only have one kind . .. 1 st and last time.

Great lounge, atmosphere and selection in a giant humidor. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Lounge stacks up to the best Ive been to in other major cities...a real gem! Excellent hookah options were a nice bonus.

A little late on my review but I visited Habano and was pleased to be stepping into a giant humidor! I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted as its been years since Ive had a cigar. The owner greeted me and helped me understand the layout of the room. He also helped me narrow down the selection. I went w/ a 708 Connecticut and Tatiana Groovy Blue. I was able to see the lounge and future Hookah bar, too! I cannot WAIT until this opens! Top-notch setup in the QC and a very easily accessible location for all.

Without hyperbole, the seriously best hookah lounge Ive ever been to.Helpful and friendly staff, proper hookah equipment (natural coals and decent hoses), everything clean and nice, great bathrooms, wide variety of shishas and drink menu all for reasonable prices.Cant wait to go back.

This place is exactly what I’ve been waiting for in the QC. Good selection of cigars, and the hookah lounge is very relaxed. I’ve met both owners who are extremely friendly and helpful. Been waiting 2 years for them to open, they got hit with the flood then Covid. So I’m very happy to see them opened finally. Highly recommend for a place to have some smokes with friends.

I dont really smoke, but a cigar once in a great while as a celebration. I needed something mild with the aroma my wife loves. They chose for me and hit it right on the nose! They really know their stuff.

Went in after work when I noticed they had finally opened after dealing with some flood related contractor issues. When you walk in the door on the side labeled Cigars you are literally stepping into a giant walk in humidor, which is pretty neat. The shop had a huge selection of cigars and accessories, much larger and nicer than anything Ive been to in the QCA thus far. The owner Mark was nice enough to give me a tour of the cigar lounge area, the private members locker area that is still being finished, and the separate hookah lounge as well. Both lounges are decently finished and the air filtration level was definitely great. Since I work nearby Ill definitely be looking into the membership options so I have a nice place to hang out after work here and there and relax. Happy to have them in town.

Awesome. They make you feel at home. The owner, freddy, is very eager to help you. They have a party room closed off from the front. It doesnt smell like tobacco shop smoke.

Staff is very keen to what i am looking for. You can go in with a very general idea of what you want and they can help you chose that one you are desiring. The lounge is great and full of great people to visit with.

The staff knows their stuff and can help find a cigar for any palate and experience level.They will also have a hookah, vape, and smoke shop that is separated from the cigar area. This is the BEST cigar shop in the QCA. Go and take a look for yourself.
